“My office is nearby so I order from the app to pickup from here a lot when I need something quick. It is always ready when I get there and is always made well. Those are the only two things that really matter when you pick up food. The one thing that could be better is that hot subs never seem to be toasted quite long enough, but overall it is one of the better Subways.“

“First time visit to this location. Shoutout to Lexi for being friendly and energetic. She double checked the order every step: toppings add/removed, toasted, needing a drink carrier, etc. Hit every mark for making sure the order was correct. I saw the manager quickly respond when called for (to receive a delivery) and the man doing bike delivery got on register and assisted the next customers promptly when he arrived back. Really nice to see the team was in good spirits and invested with their work quality. Thank you Lexi!“

“Had the Cuban and the Zamboni Dip. The Cuban was one of the best I have had in years, perfect bread, generous meats, and great taste. The Zamboni was also excellent. A bustling little place with a few counter spots to eat. Lots of hockey memorabilia, fun environment. Worth a bit of a drive. Prices are reasonable considering the quality.“

They offered a refund or for me to come back. I was super hungry so obviously I went back. By the time I arrived my sandwich was coming off the grill. “I have heard many times of JMS. But on this one occasion when driving my Lyft and I picked up an employee of JMS . During our conversation I had asked him of the difference subs and he told me about the “ Mikes way” . I promised to try. I called my wife and said “ I am bringing home dinner”. “The person working the deli slicer, maybe the shift leader, during the evening on 09/13/25 had a bunch of online orders. He still greeted me, took my order and worked it in flawlessly into all of the other online orders, while directing another employee on efficiently making all these sandwiches. Which is already just A+ effort!

And then I told him the wrong toppings and he just offered to make a new one without any hesitation. It was my mistake and dude just worked this new remake back into the system. This guy was locked in and I can't even tell you how refreshing that is to see in the fast-casual restaurant setting.

DoorDash gave us a full refund and I called the restaurant to let them know about the mix up in case the other person called wondering what happened. Ms. K answered and was nothing but kind and patient, offering to bring us the food herself once the lunch rush died down. 30 minutes later she arrived at my house with the food, and extra cookies! I cannot stress enough how much we appreciated her going above and beyond. What an amazing manager!“
