“10/10 would recommend! I had seen this place all over my social media, and I had to give it a try. The sandwich was made to order, so it was hot and fresh when I got it. My order was the Tuscany, and I was amazing. I love how customizable every menu item was. The flavor and the freshness won me over. Will definitely be back for a future brunch order.

“Their subs are what I've been missing here as a Chicago transplant. LOVE the Lake Street Italian and Vegetable Sandwiches exactly as they are made. The Italian sub dressing is sooooo delicious. Ingredients were fresh and tasty. Only criticism would be next time I think I will have them deliver because it is kind of a pain to park over there, and they weren't the friendliest when I placed my order over the phone and picked up. I have read that's typical though for this place. I don't care what their attitude is- I love the food enough that I will be back.“

“I take no pleasure in having walked into the store on Wednesday, May 17th with a last minute request for an approximately 25 person order, and all that during the lunch rush!And yet, the team (Alexis, GM Shamia, and the whole crew) performed beyond expectation. “OK all the Jersey Mike’s locations in the Metro area take note , this place is over the top ! They made my sandwich perfectly the way I requested it with the ample amount of onions, tomatoes, and pickles on it not just three onions and two tomatoes like at most locations where they’re afraid to put any more veggies on as if they might get in trouble? Anyway, I might just drive the 28 miles to Roseville just to get a superb sandwich that could’ve and should’ve been made at most other locations. It’s not that hard people !“

“I have heard many times of JMS. But on this one occasion when driving my Lyft and I picked up an employee of JMS . During our conversation I had asked him of the difference subs and he told me about the “ Mikes way” . I promised to try. I called my wife and said “ I am bringing home dinner”. I did stop at JMS and ordered just the recommended sub. We were not disappointed at all. I have made a pledge that if We have to had sub for dinner, JMS is where we are going.“

“I am very impressed! They have sandwiches simple as PBJ and up to hot sandwiches such as Rubans and Cubans. They are amazing and be sure to accompany it with their soups. I personally love the wild rice but the loaded potato is a close second! The staff are very friendly, fast, and excellent at their craft. I tried this place yesterday for lunch and today no doubt I came back again. Highly recommend!“

“Our family loves this place! We have a kid with food allergies and Jersey Mike’s is the very best at avoiding cross-contamination when preparing food. “I was warmly welcomed when I came in. Little things like that really mean a lot.

There was a bit of a line - but they were moving fast. The person working the meat section was able to recommend a sub based on some basic questions I had.

Bread got sliced, and fitted with toppings really fast. It was even faster than places that have pre cut meats. Moving onto the next section you can get it "Mike's way" which I did. You get onions, lettuce, tomato, red wine vinegar, olive oil, and oregano. I highly recommend you get this on your sub.

Whenever I'm craving the comfort of a pastrami sandwich or potato salad (seriously, don't miss this), need to boost my morning with a power breakfast sandwich, or feel the need to health it up with a Southwest Turkey Wrap, I bee-line for Brothers. I even showed him the cup and cookies I still had. He said loitering is not allowed cannot just sit out here. Leave or the cops will be called. The guy was a dick.“

“Before I start: I’m not lost on the fact that writing a sandwich shop review of this length might seem sort of odd. But I think the people who work here deserve some public praise for the great job they do.

This particular Erbs location is the best I have visited in many years. If you’re looking for what a fair-priced franchise sandwich shop lunch spot is supposed to be, walk in here. I feel like I’m transported back to the mid-2000s before complacency and worker shortages hurt quality across the industry.

They absolutely nail their French bread, which has a thin golden outer crust and is fluffy and white inside. This has been consistent over years of lunches here. The sandwiches are always well constructed and balanced, never sloppy or soggy. The staff are really nice and fast too.

These should be basic expectations of a lunch spot, but with how a lot of these shops have slid over the last decade, the quality really shines here. This place is run by great workers.“

I called the location to see if they could correct the issue with the driver and the manager - who had actually already realized the issue - told me to keep the food that had been accidentally delivered and then drove me my remade order herself. I am from WAY out of town and couldn't find the pharmacy in U of M maze, despite having a gps & address. The crew went above and beyond to get me in the right direction.
