“Received a wrong order in my bag (had correct receipt though) when I ordered from door dash. I called the store and they were more than willing to correct the problem and were polite about it despite being very busy (I could hear how much was going on in the background when I called!). I was willing to drive there to get my correct order and they took care of it right away. Kudos to the workers! Always amazing food and received great service today.“

“We went to Cossetta's in St. Paul, one of our favorites. You walk up to a good line and decide between fresh made salads, sandwiches or incredible Italian entrees and pizza slices. There is extra seating upstairs. Don't miss the dessert shop with delicious Gelato, cannolis, cookies and more. There is also a deli onsite.“

“@punchpizza is one of my go to comfort foods. For the good times and the tough times, grabbing a pizza from Punch always does the trick.

Obviously folks know about this place but I still want to highlight them because longtime fan. Fun fact, each location has hidden cat figurines in their restaurants. Generally in the ceilings. My stop tonight was at my local St. Paul location. They have a whopping 12 locations in MN all listed in one of the last photos.

“HEADS UP VEGETARIANS!!! If you order a plain cheese pizza with wild rice on it, or a "hog in the bog with no sausage", the wild rice still has sausage mixed in. I have no idea why. It's not indicated as such on the website and several employees *do not know* that the wild rice comes with sausage mixed in and cannot be included separately as vegetarian. This is my one and only complaint and it breaks my heart because everything else is awesome but this lack of communication around seemingly vegetarian-safe ingredients is quite frankly a health risk.“

“My daughter and son in law visited Sunday, May 25th, 2025. Everything, with the exception of salad and Tour of Italy was awful. I had Create Pasta with Mushroom Sauce. Terrible watery, no flavor. Daughter had Zupa Toscan which was tasteless and watery. Her entree was Chicken Margarita flavorless with many green peppers on top. Such a disappointment for a reputed good eatery.“

“We stayed at the Marriott for a show at Grand Casino Arena. Ate dinner at Smorgies. Food was very good! No waitress, you order food from the QR code at each table, then bartenders run out to you. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating! Would eat there again! Very nice outdoor seating!“

“It has a great patio, great food (I had wings), excellent beers. We sat outside and the place was packed both inside and out. Staff was busy for sure.
When sitting at the bar and when not at the bar it is great but durring peak times (aka diner rush) it can slow down due to being super busy. So just remember that everyone is important and they will get to you. So have some good conversation lined up if you go durring peak time.“

“Family stopped here on the way to a hockey game in the cities. We experienced some of the best service you could expect from the team on staff. Henry was amazing and quick with our order while we were in drive-thru. Josh W. was very professional, made great small talk, wished us luck at the hockey game and was very quick with changing out our drink order. The team was great and went above and beyond our expectations for a late lunch. Highly recommend this Chick-Fil-a to anyone going through Woodbury, MN. Great workers and customer oriented, we would go back anytime.“

“My granddaughter and I went to pick up dinner for my husband and myself and my granddaughter picked out the strawberry sunrise! I was pleasantly surprised that they have sandwiches and wraps now! “This is one of my favorite sandwich chains. Before I had food sensitivities, I used to love getting the 1/2 sandwich and soup cup combo with chicken and dumplings soup or cream of chicken wild rice soup. I can no longer have wheat, so I like that they have a pretty good GF bread here. This store location has very limited hours, and I felt the food was quite overpriced ($16 for sub, chips, drink combo with a mediocre tasting sub), but I was pleased with good customer service as the worker agreed to serve me 2 min before close and was quite quick making my sandwich (very simple order at least.) I enjoyed the outdoor table.“

“This is my go to location in the city of Saint Paul. Every time I come here, I am treated kindly. The service is nice. The food is amazing and it always feels clean and nice inside. “Last night, I had a fantastic music experience at the Pavilion! The concert band Valley Winds performed, and it was one of the best free concerts I've ever seen. I hope they are invited back; I'll be keeping an eye on the schedule!“

“I have been to Pizza Pub in Blaine multiple times now, and I do want to start by saying that I personally do like the pizza. The rest of my crew doesn’t seem to love it as much as I do, but I have always been willing to give it another try because I do enjoy the flavor.

That being said, I have had a couple of service/order issues that have made the experience frustrating.

On one visit, I came in by myself and ordered a pepperoni pizza. When the manager brought the pizza out, it had sausage on it. I mentioned that it wasn’t mine because I had ordered pepperoni. The bartender then realized the mistake and said they had accidentally ordered sausage and pepperoni. Instead of remaking it, the manager asked if I could just eat it and suggested I pull the sausage off.

It was honestly a little awkward to even be asked, so I said okay. The issue was that their sausage is not small crumbles. It is big, almost meatball-style pieces, so when I tried to pull it off, the entire top of the pizza came with it. What made it more frustrating was that when the bill came, I was still charged for the pizza, including the additional toppings. That didn’t make a lot of sense to me, especially since it wasn’t what I ordered.

On my most recent visit, I ordered a personal pizza and a “side” salad. The salads come in full or half sizes, and I was brought a full salad and charged for the full. I will take some responsibility for not being more specific, but I also feel like when someone orders a personal pizza and asks for a side salad, most experienced servers or bartenders would probably clarify or assume the smaller option.

At this point, it feels like there is a recurring theme where something is just a little off with the ordering or service process. I always try to give a place at least three chances before writing it off, but I am starting to get frustrated.

I did notice they have a new menu, and I also saw on Facebook that they have a new GM, so I am hopeful that maybe some things are being corrected. I will likely be back again to give it another try, and I will also make sure I am extra clear when ordering. I do like the pizza, so I am not ready to give up on it yet, but I do hope the service and attention to detail improve.“
