“I did their drive-thru order today and got the Cream of Chicken & Wild Rice Soup in a bread bowl w/chips (you have an option of baguette, chips or apple slices).For beverage, I love their Passion Papaya Iced Green Tea so got that in a large. Recommend!The soup was delicious as well! It was still warm to eat when I got home. I have a little cold too so soup was perfect and especially because of the crazy random cold weather we got today here in MN.I love going to Panera Bread when I want something simple to-go or warm meal to enjoy.“

“Me and the boyfriend went out with a couple from work. They had never been, and we have in many states. The food was great! I only have one complaint. The young man who brought the food out could have been a little nicer. No ask you to work there darling, found another job that make you happy.“

“Pizza was great, slightly burned on a little bit, but it was ok, I ate it, I didn't say anything to them, I could have. All ingredients were great, I ordered and received a small thin crust Pepperoni, sausage and Pineapple pizza. I chose to review the Grand Ave location because of the area - we stopped by Grand Ole Creamery afterwards, and had a great time there as well. Plenty of other places to visit on that streetEach location features plentiful parking, even the high-traffic locations of NE and Grand Ave. They are efficient with the ordering/cooking, and we choose to go here over Black Sheep & Pizza Luce every single timeI enjoy both styles they offer, but usually build my own. The focaccia is good too, but we normally just get pizzas. They freshly shave their parmesan cheese and offer bottles of olive oil and balsamic vinegar to take to your table, which we love“

“Under 2 years old and got it right already. Billy switches up the menu with suggestions from the patrons or with new ideas. A month ago I asked him about desserts and if he planned on getting any on the menu, yesterday the menu was updated and with new items along with 3 dessert options. Besides the fact that he's got a arsenal of new and old drinks memorized he's got you covered even if you don't know what you want,all you have to do is tell him the mood your in something fruity or strong drink/shot it doesn't matter.Kid-friendliness: Not a lot of swearing and plenty of t.vs playing all the games of the day. “The best Ramen you can find anywhere for a hundred miles or more. Top-notch stuff that tastes like we are back in Japan! “THE BEST! Lamphai (maybe I'm spelling her name wrong) is the sweetest lady. She has run this restaurant on her own for 28 years and makes excellent food. She was so friendly and showed me all the herbs that she uses for her dishes. She piled my lunch buffet plate high with beef, chicken curry, pork, wontons, and rice, and checked in to make sure it wasn't too spicy and that I'd had enough rice. Stop by Taste of Thailand for great food and support this long running, woman-owned business!“

“Ordered the crispy chicken sandwich with fries. This was probably the best executed chicken sandwich I've ever eaten. The veg was fresh, bun perfect and toasted, chicken was thick and cooked in clean oil. The fries were probably top 3 fries I've ever had in my life, they definitely know what they are doing. “Casual service of delicious, thin crust, reminds me of Naan bread. We had a pepperoni Margherita and a salami and fungus and they were mouth blowing! With the fresh Punch salad and the addition of some oil and vinegar made it all pop! I love the crust dipped in oil amd vinegar and the salad on the pizza. The friendly, helpful workers made our first visit great fun! “I'm a regular at this Potbelly and always have great experiences. The staff is extremely fast and friendly and my food always tastes great. However, there was a little hiccup today that I'm hoping can be cleared up. When ordering, I asked if the BOGO was only offered if I ordered through the app or if I could get it ordering in person. They told me I could use the app to scan at the end and the BOGO would be applied. When I got to the checkout, there was no option to use the BOGO, to which a different employee said that promotion was only through the app. Had the first person told me that, I would have stepped out of line and ordered through the app. It's not a big deal, and I will continue coming back, but it would be nice if the employees were all on the same page about promotions being offered and how they worked.“

When I swang I felt like a monkey in The Amazon, and it brought me back to the days where I would cosplay as a monkey in my early 30s. “I had the pleasure of eating "to go" salads at this establishment on both Saturday, March 16th, 2024, and the following day on March 17th, 2024. It was my third visit in three days, with the first being in Wayzata on Friday night. It was a great weekend for eating !!!!I have been lucky enough to dine at most of the Crisp and Green establishments in the state and one is Hudson WI.While most of the team members are usually elite in their duties and responsibilities, two team members at the Grand Ave store really were above and beyond while on my visits.Team member Zai (sp?) had really great energy and passion for the brand in everything she did. She perhaps represented this company better then the hundreds of team members I have dealt with.As I feel the salad experience is greatly enhanced by the crunch, I explained this to the team member that was assembling my salad on my visit on 3/17/24. This team member went above and beyond in crushing my chips into a separate bowl!!!!! In my approximately 100 visits in the last two years, no other team member has ever even offered to do that. It was a very small gesture, but really made me feel taken care of.“

“I had the absolute best customer service experience I've ever had in a fast food establishment. Upon entering, a tall man greeted me as he was clearing tables. The woman who took my order had a terrific smile and was sweet to me even when I changed my order. The female manager who had to correct the order I changed was super nice about it and had the previous woman immediately start making sandwiches to keep business moving along. When my order was ready I picked up the sandwiches and the tall man was right there next to me and handed me napkins before I even thought to ask. He continued walking around the restaurant cleaning, straightening chairs, picking up trash, cleaning the soda machine and filling the chips. I was very impressed with all the terrific service and cleanliness so I approached the tall man to tell him. He thanked me and also referred me to his manager, Sabi. The manager finished up taking an order and then removed his food prep apron and came around the counter to talk with me. I'm sure he was expecting a customer complaint since it's likely why most people want to speak to the manager, but I have nothing but praise for everyone at this restaurant. There is a stellar group of employees doing a great job.“

“They go above and beyond here, I went and purchase a Starbucks gift card for one of the gals working that day, that went above and beyond to ensure my food stayed fresh when I had an issue with Uber Eats Take-out (a few weeks ago, just getting the time now to make my review) while ordering and directed to the wrong location by Uber twice, after calling and speaking with someone at this location they insisted they put my food in the cooler and even remade my sandwich that sat for a while (which I never would ask for, but they did on their own). Now that’s exceptional service in my book!“
