I called the store and they were more than willing to correct the problem and were polite about it despite being very busy (I could hear how much was going on in the background when I called!). I was willing to drive there to get my correct order and they took care of it right away. Kudos to the workers! Always amazing food and received great service today.“

“HEADS UP VEGETARIANS!!! If you order a plain cheese pizza with wild rice on it, or a "hog in the bog with no sausage", the wild rice still has sausage mixed in. I have no idea why. It's not indicated as such on the website and several employees *do not know* that the wild rice comes with sausage mixed in and cannot be included separately as vegetarian. This is my one and only complaint and it breaks my heart because everything else is awesome but this lack of communication around seemingly vegetarian-safe ingredients is quite frankly a health risk.“

“My daughter and son in law visited Sunday, May 25th, 2025. Everything, with the exception of salad and Tour of Italy was awful. I had Create Pasta with Mushroom Sauce. Terrible watery, no flavor. Daughter had Zupa Toscan which was tasteless and watery. Her entree was Chicken Margarita flavorless with many green peppers on top. Such a disappointment for a reputed good eatery.“

The food was excellent and Melissa the bartender made the experience wonderful. Very friendly atmosphere and the drinks are poured well and come out fast. Most importantly, prolly the shift manager, Alexa, she did an amazing job handling a bad situation caused by uber, they failed to deliver twice so she came by herself to drop my food which was amazing and all were on the house as a courtesy. The wrap, chicken, and vegetables were crisp, the sauces perfectly placed with great proportions and the warmth still resonating. She deserves a raise.“

“I really enjoy going to Olive Garden. Their never ending soup, salad, and breadsticks are my favorite, especially the chicken gnocchi soup. It’s always so good and one of the main reasons I keep coming back.
They also have some really good main dishes, and I like trying something new when I go. The service is always great, and the staff is welcoming and attentive. It’s a perfect spot for a small group of people, but it also works really well for larger groups getting together for dinner or lunch.“

“Family stopped here on the way to a hockey game in the cities. We experienced some of the best service you could expect from the team on staff. Henry was amazing and quick with our order while we were in drive-thru. Josh W. was very professional, made great small talk, wished us luck at the hockey game and was very quick with changing out our drink order. The team was great and went above and beyond our expectations for a late lunch. Highly recommend this Chick-Fil-a to anyone going through Woodbury, MN. “Mice and fruit flies at this location. My soda had a fruit fly in it. Mouse ran across the floor. Staff and manager laughed. One stated their are everywhere in the building. The mouse ran off and this was ok. NEVER EAT HERE AND CLOSE THIS LOCATION“

I came in at a time when it was kind of busy and they kept the line moving fast. Even the woman who was working the register was super quick but also such a sweetheart, and she even had her arm in a sling! She even politely laughed at my very dumb “Caesar? I hardly know ‘er” joke. It makes a huge difference to just have a genuine and positive connection and the salad was so good.

I love their Chicken Caesar and the C’est La Viche (but my nitpick is the Woodbury location always treats me like I’m saying it wrong BUT that’s definitely because they don’t understand the pun!!! This is my hill to die on)

Do yourself a favor and get anything with the parm crisps. *delicious*“

“This is one of my favorite sandwich chains. Before I had food sensitivities, I used to love getting the 1/2 sandwich and soup cup combo with chicken and dumplings soup or cream of chicken wild rice soup. I can no longer have wheat, so I like that they have a pretty good GF bread here. This store location has very limited hours, and I felt the food was quite overpriced ($16 for sub, chips, drink combo with a mediocre tasting sub), but I was pleased with good customer service as the worker agreed to serve me 2 min before close and was quite quick making my sandwich (very simple order at least.) I enjoyed the outdoor table.“

“Went on a Saturday afternoon and it was extremely busy. We went around lunch time it was just packed. Food was good, we ordered pizza and it was very good. It took a while to get it, but again it was very busy. Very quick to refill drinks overall it's a pretty fun place. A lot of TVs we were watching the twins and Gopher basketball at the same time. “There is a shelf near the ordering counter that I’m guessing was built for online order pick ups. People tend to take bags that aren’t there’s so it makes sense this store has stopped using it, but it would be extremely helpful to put up a sign above the shelf that says you need to check in at the counter for pick up orders. I’ve never been to this store so I didn’t know I had to, I waited an extremely long time waiting for my order to be placed on the shelf before I overheard someone else walk right up and get their order right away.“

“Last night, I had a fantastic music experience at the Pavilion! The concert band Valley Winds performed, and it was one of the best free concerts I've ever seen. I hope they are invited back; I'll be keeping an eye on the schedule!“
