“Rosemary oatmilk latte in the winter months is a go to. Usually super busy so try to order online (sometimes the close ordering when super busy), usually too loud to work remotely but its good coffee and good food which we don’t have a lot of in STL. Burrito and avocado toast are 10/10“

“My favorite quick coffee stop by far! They’re pretty speedy. The people working there are ALWAYS very kind and helpful with a cheerful disposition.

Their coffee is super yummy. Starbucks has no room to stand next to this place. They always have cool seasonal stuff. The Ube latte was my favorite by a landslide.

The food is a little bit more on the pricier side but it’s really yummy, especially for a drive through. It doesn’t feel like you’re eating something you got on the run. Good quality.“

“Upshot Coffee at Waypoint Church is a hidden gem! The atmosphere is incredibly relaxing—perfect for getting work done, meeting up with friends, or just taking a breather. The service is always excellent, and the staff is super friendly and welcoming. The food is pretty good too, but the real standout is the coffee. It’s always on point!

My go-to order is the vanilla iced almond milk latte, and they nail it every time. If you’re looking for a new spot to try, this one definitely deserves a visit.

“BEST! BEST!! BEST location!!! They’re the nicest bunch of people. The drinks are always made consistently whether I visit in the morning or afternoon. They’re all very friendly and accommodating. I usually order on the app and if I need to make a change, whether I selected the incorrect milk, want to change how much ice, or if Sugar Free syrup is an option for the drink I purchased, it’s never been an issue. I’ve tried another Scooters location and they need to be trained by this store’s employees and standards. They are hands down, THE BEST LOCATION! 🥰💜💙“

“We recently visited this well-known drive-thru coffee shop, which has multiple outlets across St. Louis, and our experience completely lived up to the strong ratings. Even though the setup is drive-thru based, the service feels personal, warm, and surprisingly attentive. The process is quick and smooth, and despite the steady line of cars, everything moves efficiently without making you feel rushed.
One of the things that immediately stood out is the wide range of flavors and drink options they offer. For a drive-thru coffee place, the variety is impressive — from classic coffees to fun flavored lattes, mochas, and seasonal specials. There’s genuinely something for everyone, no matter your taste.
We tried the Mocha, Iced Latte, and Hot Latte, and all three were consistently good. The Mocha had a perfect blend of chocolate and espresso, neither too sweet nor too strong. The Iced Latte was refreshing, smooth, and well-balanced, not diluted like many iced coffees can be. The Hot Latte was rich, comforting, and made with noticeable care, which speaks highly of their quality across multiple locations.
Another highlight was the staff. Even in a drive-thru model, the servers were extremely kind, patient, and willing to guide us through the menu. Their friendliness made the experience feel more thoughtful than a typical drive-thru stop.
Overall, with great flavors, excellent coffee, and genuinely warm service, this place is absolutely worth a visit. If you’re in St. Louis and in the mood for a reliable, flavor-packed coffee experience, this drive-thru spot is definitely a must-try.“

Unfortunately, they often seem short-staffed, with just one person having to take orders, make drinks, and handle everything alone. This creates long waits and puts a lot of pressure on the worker, even though they handle it with grace. It would be great to see more consistent staffing so these employees can continue providing the great service they’re clearly capable of—without being stretched so thin.“

“I usually avoid Starbucks because I am not a huge fan of the coffee and the food is usually over priced. I needed a coffee hit with needing to get some work done tonight so I stopped in at this location. I have never engaged a friendlier staff than at this Starbucks! The majority of my interactions with staff at Starbucks are with disinterested zombies. NOT here- the gentleman who took my order was energetic and engaging. The other staff member working the counter was very friendly as well. Very impressed and hooeful that Starbucks is making some training changes when it comes to staff training.“

“Picked up a dozen Halloween doughnuts for my wife’s class. The only Halloween doughnuts was the spider ones. So I bought a dozen and the first thing the kids noticed was the spider only had 6 legs on the doughnuts. Small mistake but was noticed and your website showed 8 legs on the doughnut“

One of my items was the tomato mozzarella Panini, which was interesting to say the least. There were no tomatoes, hardly any mozzarella, and the middle of the sandwich had a soggy texture. “I came to the Starbucks today to the drive-through and I ordered a Venti strawberry açai refresher and when I brought it home and was eating the dried strawberries in it I found a rotten dried strawberry. I called up the store and asked if I could get a new drink or refund and the person who answered the phone was very nice cordial professional and helpful. I went back to the store and they were able to give me a brand new drink. Eli was the worker who helped me, he answered the phone and made me a brand new drink.
