“Everything about Robin was above expectations! Traveled in from Chicago, and before I arrived to St Louis, the team was able to help me secure a reservation. Upon arriving to Robin, the dining experience and service was impeccable. The vibe and atmosphere of the restaurant was perfection and truly allowed for a beautiful dining experience. Tables are well spaced, and the noise level that typically generates from other diners was basically non-existant. Drinks were top-notch, and whoever curated the drink menu should also get high praise. We ordered the snacks and bread to go along with the tasting menu. The snack bites started the food journey on the right food. My dining partner and I bother ordered the bread, and we probably could have gotten away with just one order. Every dish that we ordered from the tasting menu qas perfection. Standouts were the venison tartar, trout, chicken and short rib. It wss fantastic to also watch Chef Alec prepare each and every dish thst went out. The entire team was exceptional, and worked harmoniously like a beautiful choreographed ballet. “First time and not the last time we dine here, God willing! 🙏🏼♥️🏁 Very busy place, but fantastic service, food, and experience! Josh answered the phone and was so helpful, friendly and welcoming! When we walked in Josh was on it, made us feel we were “regulars”, like he new us personally and Stacey, the hostess that seated us, was equally as welcoming and we were seated promptly. I don’t believe we got our kind servers name, but the beautiful young lady was on it as well. The chefs/kitchen were on par as well, hubby had one of the eggs Benedict with a side of biscuit and gravy, I had the Ranchers beef salad, one of the best beef and blue cheese salads I’ve EVER had, and believe me, I’ve had a “few” 😋🤫😊 Hubs also loved the huge coffee mugs his coffee and my Kahluah/hot chocolate(yum on this damp chilly day)were served in…this where my only complaint would be, my mug was chipped along the rim 😅 All that said, it was just a fantastic way to start our Sunday. “The Crossing Restaurant did a remarkable job the other evening when we dined there. We had impeccable service and outstanding food. I loved being able to do the four course meal with some of the specials. It was wonderful to see the dining room full in this well-established restaurant in the heart of Clayton. I remember being wowwed when I first dined at The Crossing 25 years ago and it is still just as fabulous! We cannot wait to return.“

“I love the healthy options. Something to satisfy a wide variety of tastes. Good size portions. We often take some leftovers home. The mother earth bowl and forbidden rice are stellar. Just add a protein if you want more. I highly recommend the salmon. Our grand kids like the child options. The restaurant can be noisy inside so we usually eat outside on their patio or order ahead and pickup to go. The line to order may seem long but the food comes out fairly quickly. You can always use the app to order ahead and then eat there when you pick it up.“

“The meals and service at Frankie Gs are always top notch and today was no exception. Me friend ordered the reuben sandwich and commented how good the marbled rye bread was as well as the flavor of the corned beef. I ordered the buffalo chicken wrap and asked the kitchen to add jalapenos. The wrap came out as ordered and was delicious. One negative: It was a cold day and supplies were being delivered through the back door. Everytime the back door opened freezing air blasted into the dining area. It might be helpful to put an intermediate door on the back hallway that could be closed during deliveries.“

“Ate at Cafe Smoke Shack recently. The food was fantastic. Service was excellent and our waiter was very attentive. Giant portions, well prepared & we were all extremely pleased with our meal. "Stan, Matt & Marlowe were charming and cordial to all. The owner (Matt/Chef) is one of the nicest and most hospitable folks you'll ever want to meet. Truly cares about his customers. Stay clear of Bill... Why you ask? He was a smug, rude & a disingenuous individual. Brought in six (6) people & spent over $300.00 with no other customers dining that day. He acted like he did us a favor. All of the other employees were wonderful.“

“The Asian wings were great and the side salad was way above average (I eat a lot of salads). Fresh salad, great cheese and croutons made a definite difference. The wait for dessert was rather long (longer than it took to get our meal) but the fried banana bread was amazing and the value made it even better based on the huge portion. “20260608 Vacationing in STL and had a dinner with my friends from STL here tonight. Kailey was our waitress and she was excellent. This is my 3rd time visiting STL in the last 3.5 years, and the first time I had an attentive, competent and friendly waitress taking care of me and my friends. The food was good, and the prices are very reasonable considering how inflation has negatively impacted everyone's (businesses and individuals) wallet. The outdoor dogfriendly covered patio with ceiling fans was perfect, protecting us from the summer heat. I would come back for my future gathering with friends. Thank-you, Kailey!!“

“Every month my husband and I meet two other couples for a weekday breakfast. We like to try a different restaurant each time. This month, we went to The Village Cafe of Lake Saint Louis. The food and service were amazing!! The breakfast menu was very extensive including “make your own omelets and skillets”. I love a good steak skillet with mushrooms, onions, American fries and cheddar cheese, and this make your own creation at the Cafe was one of the best I have ever had! My husband had a make your own omelet, customized the way he likes it!! The other couples also liked the meals they ordered, and the portions were quite large, so boxes were needed. Prices are reasonable as well!! I think I found my new favorite breakfast restaurant!! 5 stars!!“

“Wife and I decided to hit the easy button after walking nine holes and grab lunch at Ruthie’s. Had been years since I’d eaten there, and certainly delivered! Sat on the patio overlooking the 9th hole, and bartender came to take our drink and food orders. Had the 2nd Shift Brooligan, which was a great IPA. We split a toasted ravioli app and the Crush Burger. Ravs we’re good, burger was absolute fire. Fries were hot and crispy, the way they should be!

Vegetarian options: They have a Black bean burger for the veggie in your life.“

“I have been here countless times and they've never been open. Today, for a change, they were open and I was waiting here for an hour for a colleague on a delayed flight.

It's a simple bar and they do have a kitchen. We had a round of beers. Expensive beers. I don't quite understand how a tin of local beer is this costly. I could understand it if the place was on the other side of security, but Missouri Vineyards is groundside next to the ticket counters.

Oh, and they only accept credit cards for payment. The bartender who served us was nice. She does accept cash for tips.“

“I grew up in St. Louis, and always ask my family if we can go here every time I come back in town for a visit. It is consistently lovely - we always try to sit outside when we can just for the vibe! Food, service, drinks, vibe - Sasha's has it all!“

“Outdoor seating is along Manchester road but had sufficient barriers that you never notice. Server Heather was charming. Food seemed to take a while to arrive and the French fries weren't very hot. My Brettman burger was delicious, would definitely get it again. My husband got a Philly Beef with onion rings and thought they were good also. Servings of fries and onion rings were ample, those are some of my fries on his plate.“

“All the waitstaff, even the hosts and dishwashers, do a great job under pressure, in odd weather conditions where they led us to evacuate, suggesting menu orders, and keeping the place clean, harmonious, and hospitable. The chefs could do a lot better in pricing the menu, adding seasoning and larger portions, as well as not removing the popular dishes from the menu. The interior design is also eerie because the huge butterfly graphics do not suit the vibe but again the service here is unmatched.“

“Very nice lunch experience. Half salads were huge for being half a salad. Spouse had the mediterranean salad with balsamic and I had the Charlotte (walnuts, blue cheese with fresh fruit and a delicious raspberry vinaigrette). Absolutely delicious. Reuben sandwich that we split was tasty and substantial. Derek did a great job at lunch. We would return based on his service and our food.“
