This place is just the best. If you live nearby, take a walk for dinner on the patio when it's nice out. Or have a cozy meal inside to get away from worse weather. I order takeout a lot too and it's easy to pick up.“

“I go to the Shack at least once a month. I was there recently and received excellent food and service. Jennifer was great server, nothing was too much trouble. She helped move all of our coats and bags in order to change our seats. She was cheerful and helpful. I bring my out-of-town guests here often. The menu includes healthy,creative, delicious entrees, and as well as gluten free options.“

“One of our favorite restaurants. I always get served more food than I can eat. Reasonably priced with a large choice of food. They have a good Reuben sandwich piled with a lot of meat. Good appetizers, I get the quesadilla or potato skins. Restaurant has a hometown feel. Always clean. Friendly staff.“

I've tried the key lime shake, also delicious! And the customer service is always on point. It's out of my way, but the customer service alone makes it worth the drive.“

“Pretzel Stop is an amazing hidden gem. They have great pretzels of course, but they also have other great food! Their BLTs are some of the best around and the ham and cheese sandwich is so good! “The most important factor is the food and it was very good. We were never greeted or had any employee day anything to us. We had to order via a touch screen that was very laggy. Then when they brought us the food they just asked who had what and that was it. No one was rude it's just set up to be a minimalist atmosphere. The atmosphere and decorations was not very memorial. But like I said earlier the food was good and the shake was ok as well.“

“We had a 6 top on Friday April 17 at 6pm in Royal Oak. Danielle was our server, she was nice, polite and quick. The 1 appetizer for another couple came with their dinner. 4 of the six people got their meals. About 5 mins later our 2 burgers came. Both prepared wrong (order was 1 burger as is on menu, 1 burger with only pickles). Both were sent back. Waitress came over, realized we didn't have our meal, apologized. 5 mins later a manager came over and said our meal would be out soon. As our friends were just about finished with their meals, our burgers finally came, about 15 mins too late. Burgers were fine. Nothing to brag about, I ate half because I had lost my appetite. When the bill came, nothing was comped or reduced in price. My husband paid the bill and I was pretty PO'ed at him that he actually paid it without asking for some sort of discount. The steak ordered by a friend was super salty, and the chicken on the salad was dry. I know they have kinks to work out, but the place and food isn't really much to brag about.“

“The quality of our local steak and shakes have significantly improved along with the staff. Much cleaner, tastes better, and even seems more filling than it used to. On top of that the new company policies like banning microwaves, beef tallow for their fried goods, and grass fed beef for the burgers. It went downhill a while ago but I can definitely say it has done a complete 360 and has honestly been one of our families favorite quick fast food locations now. Definitely better than McDonald's.“

“I love me some Stake n Shake. Been going since I was a kid. I don't go as much anymore. I just happened to be near this location and decided to stop in. I ordered my food thru the kiosk. I'm getting use to these now. Surprisingly, my fod came out quickly. I checked my bag to see if everything was there. I've learned my lesson over the years. Yay, everything was in the bag. I got the tots and I had to have one right away. OH NO, they were cold. There was a lady in site, but it looked like she was on brake. I hated to bother her. But I did. I asked if I could get a fresh order of tots. She didn't say anything and took the clod ones I had. I thought this was going to take awhile. NOPE, it was just a few minutes and she brought out a fresh, hot batch of tots. No attitude what so ever. Stake n Shake has been known to have bad customer service. I usually put up with it because I like the food. Not on this day. From the time I walked in until the time I walked out I was super pleased. It all took about 10 minutes. Pretty good with them make me a new order of tots. I'll be back.“

“My first time there. we got it to go. It was a little above average, but not what it has been hyped up to be. My burger had hard edges, beyond crispy. Fries were hard and no salt. shake was the best part of the meal. $60 for three meals is way overpriced. And they initially packed the shakes in the sane bag as the hot food! I had them take them out and put into a drink carrier. Who puts cold and hot together? It is adequate, but I will not go back for those prices.“

“I ordered the shrimp with rice bowl and my brother had the fried chicken sandwich and fries. We didn't have time to dine in so we got it to go. When we opened our food the smell was great! Everything was very fresh, hot, seasoned but not too much, and well made. It also looked exactly like the pictures on the menu which is hard to maintain with carry out. That's always a big plus for me! My brother loves a good chicken sandwich and said this is his new favorite! Will definitely try again!“

“I went here on a casual date with my boyfriend, we got the 2 for $25 and some of the seasonal drinks and it was a great time!
The service was friendly and she timed everything very nicely.
Although I do feel like Applebees changed their recipe for their oriental chicken salad and that was disappointing:/ it doesn’t taste like how I remember… I guess I will stick with the chicken wonton tacos instead.“

“This particular location had been hiring people who clearly either didn't care about service or just lacked basic understanding and experience. I came here recently with a friend and I'm happy to share that I would say their servers and people that are hiring have changed for the better, even as a fast food restaurant I'm happy to see that higher standards are trying to be kept especially as I see Culver's as a step up from your standard McDonald's or Wendy's.“

“Ordered a Concrete in the drive thru, was given a melted cup of creme. It's only 61° out guys how runny is it gonna be when it hits 80°? 2nd time I foolishly went back was told "the custard was not ready" How does a Culver's this poorly run stay afloat?“

“My experience at IHOP is always great but today my waitress was Malayja S she was very attentive and personable just an all around great waitress. I had to ask to see the manager just so he would know how much I appreciated the good service“
