“We had a party of 6 on Saturday night. Great service. Outstanding food had by everyone. A few in the party ordered the Lasagna after they were out of Ossobuco. They loved the Lasagna, the Chicken Risotto was one of the best I ever had, although I modified it by adding mushrooms. We did start out with appetizers and the Roasted Wild Mushroom app and Toasted Ravoli were incredible. Highly recommend this place.“

“Bartolinos South is our favorite nice restaurant. Not only is the food consistently wonderful but they always work to please you. We celebrate all special occasions there. Recently we reserved their front room which holds a max of 16, I believe. They went out of their way to make the setting perfect (even bringing in a small table for our use). Our waiter, Karen, was discreet in providing us perfect service without interrupting our shared conversation/memories as we were toasting a dear friend on her birthday. I can’t say enough about how flawless they made our luncheon. Bartolinos will remain our favorite not only for the quality of the food but for their personal attention.“

“I ordered online and it was simple and the food was prepared faster than the estimated time. The size of the calzone is pretty big and would have been my whole meal for the day (might even have some leftovers).

I got Meet Me In St Louie and the food itself had good flavour although a little bit salty in my opinion. It was tasty but I don't think I can eat the entire thing in one sitting.

There's plenty of seating available at this location and the service was not too bad. The area gets pretty busy though so I assume the place would get packed during lunch and dinner rush.“

“We recently moved “locally” and Our trying out new restaurants. I was pleasantly surprised with “A’mis” Took Our four kids there for lunch today. The ENTIRE dining area was full, yet the short staffed staff did not miss a beat. Drinks filled, food brought out, they did forget silverware but They were SO busy and also so on top of it! Truly impressed as a former server and hostess back in the day. My kids finished the cheese sticks in less than 5 minutes. The fettuccini was amazing, and so was the New York style pizza. The house dressing is good as well. On top of that the wait staff was so friendly and kind to Us. You sometimes sadly get dirty looks bringing 4 kids under 13 into a restaurants alone, even if they are well behaved! We will be back!!! Thank-You!“

“What an incredible dining experience! I visited Bartolino’s on a Tuesday with business partners, and we were blown away. The atmosphere is top-notch and the entire silver-service feel starts at the door—the place is spotless. We started with some 'on point' cocktails at the bar before moving to our table, where the five-star treatment continued. Our waitress was truly one of the best I’ve ever had; she walked us through the menu and kept the night flowing perfectly through every course. We left completely stuffed and beyond satisfied. “This place is a hidden gem. People drive by daily and probably don't even think about it. Too bad for them...our table of seven women had a variety of meals and loved everything. The wine list is actually a book of many options of bottles. The atmosphere was lovely. Ed, our waiter, was amazing, he seemed to be close by when we needed him. He was very attentive but not lingering. Great service and great food. It had been a while since many of us had been here. We all vowed not to wait so long to return. “After a disappointing experience at a neighboring restaurant, I thought I'd drop on fazolis. I walked in to a line of 6 people. I was nervous. Immediately Thomas D began taking everyone's orders in a happy cherry tone. It was encouraging. I asked and he told me there were 3 employees running everything. He immediately got me what he could and promptly brought my fresh food to my table when it was ready. Whatever you're paying Thomas isn't enough. Keep this guy around. Overall a great experience.“

“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Pictured below is the Gonzo calzone- Salami, dates, spinach, garlic herb cheese, mozzarella, mascarpone-ricotta blend, and garlic oil with garlic butter on the side. My husband looked at me like I was crazy when I read off dates but the slight sweetness against all of that savory is what made it!! We also tried the Fatty B, Meat me in St Louie, Magic Carpet Ride, and the Gyro. They were all amazing but the Gonzo and the Gyro were my favorites. The Magic Carpet Ride is also a must try if you're into mushrooms.“

“I arrived here around 2:50pm with my sons to grab some lunch. We are visiting STL from out of state. It wasn’t busy and we were the only ones there. I ordered around 3pm. We got the feliz navidad calzone, 5 piece pepperoni basil bites, and the taste two (calzone and buffalo chicken bites).

All the food came at 3:15pm. I was expecting the bites to come out first. This was the experience at a different location we tried 2 days prior.

Nonetheless, the food was just as delicious! It was made fresh. The mini is the perfect size. I got a regular size last time and I only ate half and took the other half home. My teen son (big appetite) couldn’t even finish the regular sized one. We ate at this establishment twice during our vacation, so that should tell you how good it was! If it was up to my teen, we would’ve eaten there a 3rd time! The food is great.

As a side note, After ordering and bringing the food, interaction with staff was very limited.“

My wife ordered the blue cheese burger my server said it was not on the menu but she made it happen. “Been going to Lou and Joe. Baccardis for 40 years. Lou and Joe are brothers. Lou had the place on Magnolia Avenue on the hill called Lou Baccardis. Joe had the rest of the Resteraunt.
Lou would sit in the front of the resteraunt at a table and smoke a great big cigar. While greeting patrons.
Lou died his dayghter took the resteraunt over. After sometime sho sold to her uncle Joe.
Great pizza, homemade crust extra thin.
Salads , pasta, sandwiches,everything on menue fresh made to order. First class Five Star! !“

“I was at Pasta House today with a group. Our server was excellent and greeter was pleasant! My side House Salad was delicious… the way I remember as I haven’t been in a long time and rolls delish as well. However my Chicken Breast was terrible and honestly should be taken off the Menu. I’m actually shocked that they let it go out of the kitchen as were the ladies sitting near me. The chicken breast had obviously been cut in half, so was very thin and dry with burnt pieces on it and was hard to cut and chew. I tried 2 bites and then asked to get another one which my group was about done so I only took one bite and took the rest home. I just tried eating it for dinner and although it was a tiny bit better than the first one, it was still dry and inedible so I made myself a sandwich instead. The side pasta I brought home also wasn’t good. I really do not like to do bad reviews but I spent $15 on this mostly inedible meal and thought others should know Thank you!“
