“Holy moly. If you want custom baked goods that are gorgeous, delicious, and prepared by one of the loveliest people you'd ever care to meet, look no further. I needed special cookies for a sweet friend's 100th (yes really) birthday, and contacting Mama Dean's Kitchen was the best decision I could have made! (Thanks, previous Yelp reviewers -- you steered me right!)Communication was phenomenal, and we were able to pick out colors, platters, etc to go perfectly with the theme of the party. Stephanie even went shopping to pick special platters for the cookies -- she was the absolute best. Needless to say, the cookies were a huge hit at the party!I'm looking forward to working with Stephanie again in a couple months when I toss another party -- and I will join all the rest of the satisfied customers who suggest that you do the same!“

“Sucrose is the best bakery in the greater St. Louis area. Period. Their staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. The locally roasted coffee (Blueprint) is fantastic. They also have plenty of options for those with dietary restrictions (GF, dairy free, etc.). In the dozens of times I have gone here, I have never had something that was not fantastic. The quiche lorraine, NY coffee cake, blueberry muffins, and macarons are some of my favorites, but that list is much, much longer. Treat yourself and go on Saturday mornings when they really go all out. Bacon, cheddar, and caramelized onion croissants, sticky buns, whole loaves of bread, amazing specials using ingredients from their garden, and so much more. During the holidays they sell whole pies and other desserts. Their apple pie is truly special and I will continue to buy it every Thanksgiving. I have been going there since they were at their old location (and also had a different name- Four Seasons Bakery), and will continue to frequent their establishment until I am no longer physically able. “Great tacos and dessert! A very rich flavor, the meat is soft, they don't have a lot of salt, the dessert is not overwhelmingly sweet either. The flavors of each dish contain a lot of balance between each other. ❤️ The tacos have a very well combined taste with lots of balance within the ingredients. Not too salty and not too sweet for the dessert. Very nice service.. they brought the food to our car since it was pickup..❤️“

“This was a night out with my brothers and friends. We enjoyed the atmosphere. The drinks were okay. The bloody mary was simple, not much zing to the taste. It was kind of bland. Our server was polite and friendly. We were treated to vocals from retired football tight end Jackie Smith. He sounded great that night. A nice place for dinner or just cocktails after donner.“

“Peace Love Coffee is absolutely the best vegan restaurant in the entire St. Louis area! I’ve eaten pretty much everything on the menu and most of the desserts. Everything is delicious. I usually order the chickpea of the sea sandwich with a side of chili. The desserts are out of this world delicious and moist. We have brought most of our family here and they love it too! The service is as good as the food. I can’t say enough good things about Peace Love Coffee.“

“Went on the recommendation of a coworker. I'm glad I did. The food was delicious.When I walked in the place smelled fantastic. I believe it is a husband & wife operation. Very friendly and helpful. This is one of those places that cook only so much that when it's gone it's gone and you'll have to try again another day. I ordered a full slab of ribs. We were able to make 2 meals out of the meat. I also ordered 3 sides. The Mac & cheese (with smoked with bacon ?), Coleslaw, and green beans also with the smoked bacon ? ?. All of it was delicious. It is a nice little place to eat. We did carry out. They sever coke products. I paid $35.00 for the full slab and 3 sides. When I go back, and I definitely will, I will be ordering the brisket. Spoke to a woman who said that was all she ever order. It looked good. My coworker said the porksteaks are real good and the tips are to die for. My coworker is a regular at Big Woody's to the point they recognize her voice on the phone.. They are located in a little strip mall across from a walgrens.Enjoy!“

“I made a lunch reservation online for my mom's birthday about a week in advance, they made sure to accommodate all special requests that were submitted along with it. The hostess and our waiter both wished her a happy birthday upon greeting us and sat us in from of the window as previously requested. We ordered crispy Brussels sprouts and a couple sandwiches to share. Everything was served in a timely manner, courses were spread evenly apart. The atmosphere is light, open and spacious. I absolutely love the floor to ceiling windows and all the natural light. We had a great time and they gave us a complementary birthday treat. Our waiter made a point to ask if we were members of the museum and applied our membership discount to our bill. I thought that was extremely kind of him especially because I did not realize that was a perk and wouldn't have known to ask. 10/10“

“We were very well served, everyone was very friendly. The latte was delicious and our dishes were very tasty. The only problem is that it's a small place and when it's busy, you can see the pressure to leave your table quickly, from the looks of the customers in line.“

“Sugar and Slice is my absolute favorite bakery. They made our wedding cake and dessert bar for our wedding reception. The desserts are so delicious and we’re such a big hit. Everyone complimented them and loved the dessert bar idea. Sugar and slice was so easy to communicate with and handled last minute changes like adding our dog to the cake. I always ask the staff for suggestions on my protein shake and they never disappoint. Parking is also convenient with spaces right out front making it easy to get in and out if you’re in a hurry.“

The section of meals to choose from was large, plenty for anyone with any dietary restrictions. The employee working the Brentwood location was friendly and helpful. The two meals I had today were great. I really enjoyed the honey mustard chicken meal. Perfect portion sizes. Great flavor. I love that everything is labeled nicely. “I stopped in for lunch after having an appointment across the street and was glad I did. The staff member at the register was super helpful running through some of their more popular items. I went with one of her favorites, the spicy chicken panini. It was delicious, flavorful and with fresh crunchy veggies. It came with a small serving of couscous salad and was the perfect amount of food for my lunch. I'll be back to try more of their menu!“

“My parents and I always enjoy having dinner at Big Sky. The food and drinks are amazing. The service is always wonderful. Unfortunately, we had dinner reservations for Saturday evening. The restaurant was packed which was expected. Our server was triple seated and overwhelmed. Now as a former hostess I felt completely bad for the server. Also we were seated next to a loud group of guests. So my parents and I had a hard time making conversations with each other.“

Unfortunately when I arrived, I was told they were out. I expressed my frustration since I made this order, specifically for the seasonal flavor (and how much I loved it when I had it a few years back). The woman at the counter tried to find a resolution and after checking in back, was able to give me a dozen bundtinis instead! It was such a relief and definitely above and beyond! “We made a trip to St. Charles, MO in August 2023 to ride the Katy Trail. The Bike Stop Cafe was the perfect choice to help us with the trip. They were so helpful in so many ways. Jodi got us to Clinton, MO for us to start our ride back to St. Charles. St. Charles is a cute little town to stay in, so many shops and restaurants right by Bike Stop Cafe. We also got to enjoy a lunch one day at the Cafe and the food was amazing. If we get to ride the trail again we will without a doubt use Bike Stop Cafe and their services again.“
