“Love this place! Best Crab Rangoon in St Louis! I used to eat here a lot when I lived there, and now I have to go whenever I'm in town!Parking: Huge shared paarking lot for a strip mall.Kid-friendliness: I've seen children here often. But there's not entertainment for them, it's just a restaurant that is so worth eating at.Wheelchair accessibility: Very easily accessible“

“Tonight our pickup order was about 20 min late. Apparently there was a new cook doing the dumplings. We just want the new cook to know that you may have had a tough night, but your dumplings were excellent. Thanks!“

“I recently moved from Houston to STL for my job, and let me tell you, I've been on the hunt for a good Sichuan restaurant in the city. Well, I finally found it! This place checks all the boxes for me. The vibe is homely, and the staff is quick to serve. Now, let's talk about the food. For appetizers, we ordered fried chicken wings - crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. Then came the crispy fish, which was cooked to perfection. The Chengu fried chicken was the highlight of the meal, and the Sichuan tofu was a delicious vegetarian option. The entree options are enormous, and I guarantee they'll fill your hungry stomach and make you content afterward. This place is my new go-to spot, and I'll be coming here more often. Trust me, if you're a fan of Sichuan cuisine, you won't be disappointed. Get your taste buds ready and head over to this fantastic Sichuan restaurant!“

“Corner 17 has THE BEST Chinese food around! The hand-pulled noodles, dumplings, baos, chicken skewers, wontons, wonton soup, and fried rice are all absolutely delicious..and you get very generous portions for a fair price! We have never eaten in (we always order to go), but the little interaction I've had with the staff when I've picked up my orders has always been positive! Also, I REALLY appreciate the updated to-go bags...they're way more durable (I don't have to worry about my hefty order potentially breaking through the bottom like with the standard brown paper bags) and the insulation inside helps keep our food nice and hot until we're ready to chow down! Thank you, Corner 17...keep up the AWESOME work!“

“Food here was great. The Parathas are very good and the Chicken Tikka Masala was great too. The staff is helpful and kind. Would recommend people to try it out. Although I’m on vacation I would definitely come back here if I’m in Missouri“

“The best restaurant in Saint Louis. The food is so flavorful. I tried the gnocchi and the tofu dish and it was the best tasting dishes of those type I have ever had. You might require a reservation and the space is a bit limited, but the staff is very accommodating.“

“I came here tonight to pick up my to-go order since I wanted Vietnamese food for dinner. This is one of the places in town I have yet to try. I ordered Cha Gio, Vietnamese iced coffee, and Com Dac Biet.Sidenote: I was looking up their menu online (on Yelp and Google), and to my surprise, when I was about to pay for my food, the total was so high that it was like doubled. The prices online needed to be corrected, leaving a wrong impression on me. Later on, further investigation into this price change shows that their main profile on Uber has the exact pricing and also from their main website. The price change surprised me since I had brought cash with the precise amount to pay.The food itself was overhyped, but the taste was okay. It smelled better than how it tasted...the rice platter. The Cha Gio was delicious, especially with the lettuce wrap and the fish oil *chef's kiss*, and the iced coffee was the same everywhere; nothing new to note about.I would say that in the near future, I will come back to this place and sit down to enjoy their food instead of ordering to go to see if there have been any changes to the food's taste and quality.“

“Met a friend here (Webster location) for a weekday lunch and was pleased to find it well-frequented but not so crowded as to make getting a table or enjoying easy conversation without shouting a problem. I ordered the steak vermicelli bowl with Vietnamese vinaigrette and a side of peanut sauce, along with a bottle of water while my companion had the bahn mi and a cold green tea (bottled). My water was pretty clearly a quick-decision afterthought and I would have appreciated if the young woman taking orders would have let m3 know water was available free where the utensils, etc. we're located (out of sight of the entrance and ordering station), I think my friend would have opted for the same. As it was, we added several dollars to our orders as a result. Chalk it up to experience. We both enjoyed our food, but I did find myself wondering if I should have chosen the add Mau vinaigrette instead of the traditional, as the flavor was different (not as good) as I've had at several other Vietnamese restaurants. My friend said her sandwich was good, but admitted she didn't have a big basis for comparison. I'll probably try it again and make few adjustments to see if I just made a wrong choice. Sorry I forgot to take photos, but I take it as a sign that the company was excellent and stopping the conversation for snaps would have been a drag.“

“One of my favorite local Chinese places!! Cute little mom and pop atmosphere, family owned. They are always really friendly and know me by face at this point. They even pointed out when we changed our hair which says a lot about customer service here. The good is always fresh but my absolute favorite meal is the honey chicken wings & shrimp fried rice combination plate. Literally one of the best combinations plates in STL and I'm super picky about Chinese food. Don't walk, RUN‼“

“NO vegetables in Shrimp St. Paul sandwich. Sweet & Sour Shrimp was 1 container of plain white rice, NO vegetables anywhere, the "shrimp" (2/3 plain fried breading & 1/3 shrimp) was NOT cooked in sweet & sour sauce, and packed separately. Quality is now abominable.“

“We were staying at the Wyndham by the airport and ordered for delivery. They were fast and very pleasant in person and on the phone. We ordered General Tso's Chicken and a Pu Pu Platter for Two. They were both very reasonably priced and delicious. I also ordered Lo Mein and asked for mushrooms and onions in it. It was perfect! The whole order was correct and only about $30. I will definitely eat here again if I am in the area.“

“I’ve been to Cate Zone, the other good Chinese place in STL. Two very different restaurants, but Vegas Wok edges them out. 10 (no need to add on to the bill since no waiters) bucks buys a fantastic beef plate with veggies and rice and an excellent crab Rangoon. Many other things on the menu, like pork and braised beef and scallops. All good. I’ve never been in a smaller restaurant but it never gets too busy to get a table.“

“Non-descript corner bakery that serves authentic Chinese bakery items along with roast meats and a smattering of dimsum dishes. Gets busy on weekends around late morning. Has other branch on S. Grand but that location has a smaller assortment of items.“

“Okay, so let me spill the beans about my secret comfort spot - Tony's K Food. Tucked away inside a Korean grocery, it's like stumbling upon a hidden foodie haven. Perfect for those "I-can't-be-bothered-to-cook" days, you know? The menu might be small, but every bite packs a punch of legit Korean flavors. My personal hero? The beef bulgogi - seriously, it's a portion that feels like a warm hug for your taste buds. And then there's the tteokbokki - it's got this spicy kick that's like a flavor rollercoaster. Trust me, it's spicy but oh-so-worth it.What I love most? It's takeout heaven. I get to bring all that goodness home without lifting a finger in the kitchen. Tony's K Food turns my lazy days into a Korean feast adventure, proving that you don't need a fancy setting for seriously good eats.“

“I wanted to try a St. Paul Sandwich, and Old St Louis Chop Suey came up as having a great one. I had my doubts, but the service was great, and the sandwich was excellent. “The ladies I was talking to said they had been there for 41 years.... the Food tells you that is the reason. It smells so good in the restaurant. Food smells so good it isn't funny as to how much shrill giggles I got from my wife and daughter when they smelled the food as I walk into the house. We are so full but will definitely make this the only place we go for chinise food in St. Louis. I LOVE HO!!!!!!“

“I took my daughter who's 2 on her first bus ride. It must've been God's Plan. Our scheduled day had changed just as our little adventure had begun. At first, we were just going to go home. Instead, we detoured inside to the KING CHOP SUEY on West Florissant. We had such a wonderful and memorable time! The lady took our order and was so very patient. She made our day so much better. (I wish I had learned her name.) My daughter and I sat in and ate. Well, I sat, the baby sat every once in a while. (terrible 2's ?) No one complained, made faces, or gave any attitude. The food was SO GOOD, even the Crab Rangoon! It was hot, fresh and made just as asked. She called out my order as a number but I didn't have one. (it's on the receipt btw). I told her she hadn't given me a number. She didn't argue that she did or give me any flack. She just asked what I ordered. I found it later in my pocket later with my change. (Sorry Ma'am ?) I also asked for something so my daughter could eat on her own. She gave me a cute little baby sized box. It was perfect. The place was very clean, AND I felt safe, which is really something to say in St. Louis City. So, as we're walking through the door later that night, when we FINALLY got home, the first thing my daughter said was RICE!! So we ate the leftovers. That was probably the clearest thing I've heard this girl say besides No, Mama, and Juice. Thank You Guys So Much!!! If ever I get another chance, I'll be back. I definitely recommend this location to others. A much better than their competitors. (Place Unspoken)Kid-friendliness: My daughter and I sat in and ate. “Facebook is asking me "What do you recommend about China Garden on Gravois?" Well, I could - and truthfully should, write a whole essay on this subject. However I will not do so since I will instead be enjoying everything about my repeated excellent experiences at China Garden on Gravois. I will leave you with this note - China Garden on Gravois is stupendous and makes all other Chinese take outs look like imitators.“

“I have been here 2x, once for dine in and once for carry out and have had great experiences both times. The menu in the cwe is different from the chesterfield menu, and everything I have tried so far has been good. The 1st time, I tried the shrimp udon. It was delicious and the shrimp were huge. The 2nd time I do the spicy chicken wings, and even though the wings were small, they were very flavorful. Fries were just okay, but everything else was delicious! Service has been quick both times and they did a great job of packaging everything up when I did take out. Staff seem friendly . It's a decent space, and they have a large tv on. Cute decor overall. Per usual parking in the cwe is not my favorite, but I will def come back and try more!“

“Now THIS is what I'm talking about!! Reasonable prices, solid portions, delicious food. Their crab rangoon is on the sweeter side, and each piece is thoroughly stuffed with filling. Their steamed dumplings are the best I've had in the Lou, and only second to Wo Hop in NYC! They probably aren't house made, but still, they tasted great and were perfectly steamed--not rubbery, not mushy, not soggy, not gummy, not dry. 10 for $8 is almost cheaper than getting a bag from your freezer section. Most restaurants would charge that price for 5. Their hot and sour soup hit the spot, too. It was a *little* underwhelming, but it had plenty of fillings and was still all around delicious.Absolutely fantastic. I'll definitely eat here again.Oh, I almost forgot--their house-made dumpling sauce is the best I've ever had!“

“BEST VALUE for your money. They are a little bit short staffed, and, can be a bit of a wait. However, once you get the food, it's hot and DELICIOUS authentic Asian food. If you don't like the wait, you may order on the phone.I love it here , Vicky the owner is the best, and, so is the food in this small restaurant. Also, the bathroom is the back since it's an old Taco Bell store. Everything else is EXCELLENT.“
