First, the entire meal was late, they had to substitute knots for garlic bread, waited forever and the calzone had literally one piece of meat about 1"x1.5" and what looked like a mozzarella stick for cheese. And if you go, **ask for Jay**. He was incredible. He made the entire experience feel comfortable and welcoming, especially for someone like me who had never done Omakase before. He explained things, answered questions, and made the experience feel approachable rather than intimidating.
