“Party of 6, 3/9/24, Sat 5:30pm. Our wait was only a few minutes, Greeter Josh smiling and friendly. Server Astrid did a great job thoughout the meal; personable, quality checks, tbl manicured, drinks refilled. Food temps and quality great! Owner Avid seen in the dining room the whole time actively greeting and seating guests, and assisting the staff. Well done everyone--this is our new place!!“

“My husband and I celebrated our 43rd Anniversary at Char last night. Everything was wonderful, in my opinion!! My steak was cooked as requested since I'm on a low sodium diet. The Char salad was so much better than I expected! Our server, Justin, did over and beyond to make our dinner a great time.“

“I am beyond impressed. I had my husband’s surprise 30th birthday here and the staff went above and beyond for us. From working out details with me, to even discreetly whispering to me from the host stand when we entered to keep the surprise. They were so mindful for every detail of our evening. We had lots of kids running around, and the waiters and waitresses were phenomenal and patient. I cannot say enough good things about their customer service. To top it off the food was wonderful!! Completely recommend!“

“Just dropped in for some margaritas and an appetizer. The chorizo queso tasted really good.
They had tvs to watch soccer ⚽️ which i love, and they did really well with the decor.
The service was great and so were my drinks.

“Really good Mexican and great service. Warm fresh tortilla chips with homemade salsa for everyone. We added on table side guacamole and queso…both were great. The fish tacos were amazing. We also had the spinach and cheese chicken enchiladas and the Bella special. Our family was glad to find an authentic Mexican place to come back to.“

“We came for my grandfathers birthday and the food and service was amazing. Ashley was my table’s server and she did outstanding making us feel welcome and managed well with our big group. Would recommend if coming with a big party“

“I have never been so impressed by an owner. I posted a poor review yesterday. It was our first time eating here and I will just say we were disappointed. I thought that I was out $50 and wouldn't go back. BUT WAIT, THIS IS A GOOD REVIEW!!! Less than one hour after posting my review the owner reached out me personally and apologized for our first experience. He claimed that it was not up to his standards after he say the pictures I posted. He did not berate me or make me feel like a bad person for sharing my review. All he asked was for me to come back tonight for a new meal that he would pay for so that we could see what his food was REALLY like. GUYS. This food was phenomenal. We got fried catfish, perfectly battered and golden. Fried black mussels, my husband is from the east coast and devoured them. I got the bang bang shrimp and it was SO GOOD. The lobster mac? So creamy, so cheesy, just melted in the mouth. He also threw in a black pudding, which I had never tried before....let's just say that this is now going to be one of my go-to craving foods 🤣 All of our food was fresh, seasoned, and well prepared. A HUGE thank you to the owner. You have gained some lifetime customers!“

“6/28/2026 Colton's consistently gives a great dining experience every visit. It's why I choose Colton's every year for my birthday dinner with my family. Our party of 5 was seated fairly quickly. Marissa was an attentive and excellent server. Drink order was taken and served quickly along with a basket full of piping hot delicious rolls, butter, and honey. An appetizer of huge cheese sticks and salad also served in a timely manner followed by entrees ranging from chicken to Philly cheesesteak to sirloin and NY strip steaks. Orders were accurate, steaks were perfect as were the other entrees and sides. Thanks to Marissa's great service, we lacked for nothing. As busy as she was, still very efficient and personable to us, going the extra mile to make my birthday outing wonderful. Thank you so much!“

“The food was not that great but the lady at the window was super nice. You can tell she wasn't back in the kitchen. Step up your game. I haven't been to Captain D's for a while for a reason. Not much has changed. Food should be hot in the middle of lunch hour at least.“

“Always great seafood. I go when my favorite trio of shrimp is on sale and on my birthday of course. Good food, nice atmosphere and I can hear others due to quiet atmosphere. I recommend if you like fish, lobster 🦞 shrimp 🍤 and Crab. Great food with the best cheesy biscuits. They bring a free basket to every table. It is a little more expensive. I can eat for $20 plus the tip. So it us at treat for me. Kids and adults will enjoy!“

“Had the General TSO chicken. Perfectly balanced heat. The breading was a kind of crispy that this chef is going to try and figure out. Did the reheat challenge to see if the breading would hold up. It did.
Now I've got to try more off the menu.“
