“We were in town (from the Twin Cities) for the 2025 President's Day Classic, and had Hogtown Smokehouse cater a team (and parents) dinner for 30 in our hotel. Rico was fantastic in helping us out. Quick to respond to calls and emails. Gracious, and just wonderful altogether... and that's just the service. The food? The empty pans, told the story. Brisket, Turkey and Pork for meats. Mac & cheese, potato salad and beans for sides. EVERYTHING was amazing! I never right reviews, but Rico and staff deserve this one. If you're reading this, don't hesitate to give them a try. Thanks again, Rico!“

“Great food! Awesome service! These guys are great! They really want to make sure you are happy! Food is great! Wings, Brisket, Brisket Rueben and Pattymelt , all excellently prepared. Cassidy who usually waits on us from the bar is so nice! She is the best Bartender/ waitress because we always sit over there so we see her! Is awesome! She is a friend now and alaways makes sure we have what we need! We are happy Nubbies is here in Oakville. Tina and her husband are doing a great job! “Cashier was very sweet, and it was lovely seeing the employees chatting with customers. Very friendly and genuine atmosphere!
The pulled chicken sandwich was good, but the wings. Oh my god the wings. These are the best wings I've ever had!! I recommend not putting any sauce on them, the flavor is too good to cover up with anything. Supremely smoky, and phenomenal dry rub with a perfect amount of bite to it. We're gonna be regulars here!“

“Ate at Cafe Smoke Shack recently. The food was fantastic. Service was excellent and our waiter was very attentive. Giant portions, well prepared & we were all extremely pleased with our meal. "Stan, Matt & Marlowe were charming and cordial to all. The owner (Matt/Chef) is one of the nicest and most hospitable folks you'll ever want to meet. Truly cares about his customers. Stay clear of Bill... Why you ask? He was a smug, rude & a disingenuous individual. Brought in six (6) people & spent over $300.00 with no other customers dining that day. He acted like he did us a favor. All of the other employees were wonderful.“

“Best BBQ Brisket I ever ate! We got the 14lb box for Easter. Our family loved it! So convenient and easy. Such a great flavor and food was promptly delivered with a smile. The the aujus with the Brisket is superb! We also got mac and cheese and baked beans and bread. Loved it all! Looking forward to trying more of his food options. Amazing Job! Thank you so much!“

“First time there the food was really good I got a double cheeseburger, my mom and her friend got a whole Jack plate too and it was really good they didn't really add no salt to the whole Jack plate though so, my son got a Philly cheese steak and he only ate half of it so wow and he can eat“

“this is literally the best chinese food i've ever had. it was the only place on the street open late on sunday night (that wasn't an open bar). the server was very apologetic about the wait (even though it wasn't that bad) and kept giving us free stuff, even an entire free dish. all these delicious snacks, some things i've never had. and the meat, those barbecued skewers are to die for. i've never had pork belly or lamb quite like that.
anyways, this place is tragically being shut down because there's a greedy company buying out all the asian restaurants on delmar blvd, very tragic. so this place will be gone in about a month, please go while you can, it is well worth it.“

“TreauX is now coming out to the Legion in Fenton one Saturday a month. We attended the first Saturday and are hoping that it is the start of many more. I had the pulled pork sandwich and my husband had the wings and potato salad. The food was wonderful and the service was great. We can't wait until next month!“

“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Pictured below is the Gonzo calzone- Salami, dates, spinach, garlic herb cheese, mozzarella, mascarpone-ricotta blend, and garlic oil with garlic butter on the side. My husband looked at me like I was crazy when I read off dates but the slight sweetness against all of that savory is what made it!! We also tried the Fatty B, Meat me in St Louie, Magic Carpet Ride, and the Gyro. They were all amazing but the Gonzo and the Gyro were my favorites. The Magic Carpet Ride is also a must try if you're into mushrooms.“

“We've been here a handful of times. The new ownership made improvements to the interior and added more food options. The drinks are well made. The food is average and a bit overpriced. Staff is friendly, although a bit slow. The atmosphere fits a saloon/bar except for the smell of nail polish--from the nextdoor salon--that occasionally wafts through the vents.“

“Wish I hadn't ate it so fast b4 I could take a pic cause baayybee this your spot if you looking for backyard family bbq spot!! Brisket falling apart...rib tips so tender u can eat every morsal! If I had a complaint it'd only be they always out of ox tails and I gotta try them! Potatoe salad amazing! And the people were great too!! “One bite mannnnnn. I'm one bite in and writing this review. When I say this food is ridiculously good. Rib tips straight out of a dream. I've never had more tender than this. Sauce just A1. And it don't stop there. The baked beans???? 🔥🔥🔥 The potatoe salad??? Like your grandma's. I wish I could leave 10 stars.
And for the bougie people, this is not a corporate joint. Don't come here expecting what you'd expect at a chain establishment. Appreciate your local business and how it helps humanize and bring together the community it serves. Embrace the atmosphere just as we do the Chinese places on ever other corner. I mean this in the best light. & I will be back!“

“i have been there several times and always call ahead for a table in the bar area. i love the bartender my drinks are always fast and taste good , i alway love the bands because it is a older group of peeps ,like me , but they are loud ,sit in the bar at the high tops and you can see all the bands and the peeps dancing and the girl bartending i think is jamie is so friendly“
