“So I think we could have had an absolute amazing meal here for sure, great potential for it, we arrived early and ordered drinks and appetizers which came out quick and delicious, we were waiting for others to join to order, when they arrived we ordered, then proceeded to wait a good 30-45 minutes for our food, we were enjoying good company so it wasn't terrible but a lil irritating, he came by once to tell us it would be out shortly, 20 minutes later after the other tables who ordered after got their meals ours came out, it looked delicious, but mine was barely warm and my husband's was cold, at that point it wasn't worth complaining, but he was super bummed since it tasted good but the cold really threw it off. Not sure if we will visit again, maybe but it wasn't really busy enough to get long waits and cold food.“

“Wow, this spot is a gem! A friend dragged me here, claiming it’s the best ramen in Jackson, and honestly? They weren’t kidding. The broth is insanely flavorful—like, you can taste the care in every sip. Portions? Huge! Left feeling stuffed and happy. Fresh ingredients all the way, and the staff? Super friendly. Definitely coming back!“

“I love ❤️ going to 4th Avenue lounge. The ambience is really nice and the food is very delicious. They are always changing the menu to cater to the special occasions. The bottle Girls , hookah staff , VIP staff and bartenders all go over and beyond to give you great customer service. I try to go every other weekend. I love it that much. DJS are great too.“

“We have been here twice now. First for drinks & watch a game. Second visit we ate with drinks. Service was prompt and friendly. Huge selection of beer on tap! I had the bacon cheeseburger with barbecue sauce. Literally one of the best burgers I have ever had. Burger was hot and fresh! My son had the chicken tenders and asked for them to be tossed in buffalo sauce. He said they were excellent and he is a super picky eater! The atmosphere is lovely and old school tavern feel. We LOVE this place and will definitely return! HIGHLY recommend, I sure don’t agree at all with the low rating!!! Excellent bar and restaurant!!!“

“My husband and I were in Jackson with a few hours to kill. We stopped a nice couple in Highland Village to ask where they would recommend us eating lunch. We were both very pleased with their recommendation. I enjoyed the linguine with crawfish tails on which our attentive waitress helped me decide. My husband enjoyed the carne pizza. We will definitely return the next time we’re in town.“

“My wife and I came here for a quick drink during a lunch date and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The outdoor seating in the Belhaven Town Center, true to reputation, is a pretty chill place to relax and enjoy the outside weather.

They were out of sage at the time so we couldn’t, unfortunately, try the Blueberry Sage Smash but we settled for a Strawberry Paloma and Belhaven Spritz. 💯 I’m not a usual fan of wine so I was hesitant to try but it still met my expectations. The Paloma was as delicious as we hoped it would be , though, so I can safely say we look forward to our next visit.“

“Came here while in town on business and thoroughly enjoyed my time. It’s literally set up in the back of a restaurant, so you feel like you’re going to a super secret place. The drinks were so good and the fries were just what I needed at that moment. Our bartender was really cool and helped me decide on a mixed drink. I liked the decor and the vibe. I thought the restaurant out front was cute too. It had a 50s vibe with its decor. The Apothecary is not a big space, but you felt like you were the only ones there while enjoying your drinks. It was a fun night and I’d go back.“

“My wife and I and another couple wanted to try something different for dinner and we went to Scrooge’s for the first time. Wow! A very unique experience with the variety and quality of the food. You should go!“

“Mike and I have been there several times. Was our favorite hangout. Played cards and dominoes a lot. Haven't been there in awhile. I believe I'll stop by to say hello to some old friends and Debo. She's a really nice lady. The place is over all still my favorite place. Thank you Debo for all the great times we've had.“

“Seafood and Ham and Roast and Fried Chicken. Vegetables and salad choices. Very very good. This location is worth your time. It has a definiite upscale clientele on Sundays. We love this place. Desserts are the best in Jackson Metro. Maybe 12-15 different selections.“

“Today was the 1st time I’ve been to The Manship. We sat outside as the day was overcast and comfortable temps. The atmosphere is laid back southern elegance. Lunch menu choices made it difficult to choose. We started with the seasonal cocktail, a very Manship twist on a French 75 served frozen in a coupe and garnished with a violet. This is one I hope they make a permanent part of their menu. Perfect balance of sweet/sour and delightful on the palate. Next we shared smoked tuna dip served with what I think were fried tortillas seasoned with chili lime and saltine crackers. It rivals the best smoked tuna dip I’ve ever had from along the Atlantic. For entrees we chose small plates: Manship Woodfired Oysters served with focaccia and a special of Bbq pork belly served with Brussel Sprout slaw. I am not fond of brussel sprouts & surprisingly I loved the slaw. The oysters were beautifully served in a dish that kept them warm and not overcooked. The thick slices of bread were perfect for dipping in the butter sauce used in cooking the oysters. The pork belly was so good. Just the right amount of rub and sauce cooked to tender, melt in your mouth perfection. Our server was a total pro. I feel so bad because I didn’t write down her name. My daughter who was with me once worked as a server at a restaurant much like Manship. She was very impressed because our dishes arrived in perfect order and timing. She was knowledgeable about every item on the menu. Do yourself a favor and go eat at this wonderful establishment! We will come back!“

“Its never a dull moment whenever I go the crowd and astompher helps create a real turn up if you looking to have a good time.

Parking: If you don't get there early enough or before a certain time you want be able to get a good close up parking spot.“

“Went to lunch with a friend and decided to get the Monte Cristo sandwich while my friend got the Pimento Cheese BLT. I opted for the standard home fries while he got the sweet potato fries. My fries had a good flavor but were not too my liking since they were not crispy. My friend’s sweet potato fries were actually chips but he ate them all. The real star was the Monte Cristo sandwich - crunchy fried exterior and soft bread with cheese and ham inside. It came with a little powdered sugar and some raspberry compote for dipping. The combination of sweet and savory was delicious and something I would get again. My friend said his sandwich was fine although the croissant used got flattened while eating and he wished it had more bacon to offset the cheese. We plan on going back to sample other items on the menu.“

“This is the best place in Jackson for a great home style hamburger. It is consistently good. The burgers are big and cooked just right. The price was better than expected. It is my go to for burgers. They also have a variety of local menu favorites like turkey necks, fries fish, chicken, and Kool-aid. You can also enjoy a game of pool while u wait. I recommend ordering ahead. They give u a call when ur order is ready, to avoid having to get there and wait. The only issues are parking and location. The parking is very limited and kind of difficult to get to. No designating parking spots. It's also not well lit.“

“Went on Monday night around 5pm. Friendly staff welcomed us & took our order. FYI - All drinks including water are $2 ea (free refills)& sauces are extra- ranch, honey mustard, etc. but they are a decent size. We both got Combo #12- burger, wings & fries for $12.99 ea. Food was fresh & hot served in to go clamshell but we stayed and ate at the restaurant. There were TVs with sports playing. We would try it again.“
