“Feeling a little under the weather so I sent someone to pick up my online order. She was accidentally given the incorrect order. I called to the Byram location and not only did “I’m assuming the manager” offer to prepare my correct order again, he even offered to deliver it to me at home! No need since the hubby is out patrolling he could just grab it for me. I have my correct order. Hot and fresh, even with cookies! Now that’s customer service!“

“Tonight around 7:00. My husband stopped to pick up a sandwich for us for supper. There was one young man, a 9th grader from McClaurin that was the only employee there. The store was very busy and this young gentleman was working extremely hard. He was completing order accurately, without complaining, all while trying to maintain curtious, friendly conversation with the patrons. Not sure of his name, but he did above and beyond what is normal received. In a society and time where no one is showing up for work he showed up and showed out. Thank you sir for you commitment.“

“This Subway is a good place to grab a quick lunch when you are in the area. The prices fall within the normal Subway menu prices. The selection and quality of ingredients are really good. The staff can be a little harsh sometimes, based on their attitude that day but all in all they are friendly. As far as cleanliness, the restaurant is always kept pretty clean.“

“This is a very nice location at University of MS Medical Center (UMMC). The employees are extremely nice and professional. I don’t think I’ve ever met any so eager to help with a smile. This is exactly what customers need especially since most are visiting or staying with a loved one in hospital.

“Had not been to a Steak Escape in at least 30 years. I must say the food was amazing. The fries may have been the best I've eaten. Hot, fresh, and seasoned perfectly. The steak was fantastic, great soft bun, right amount of cheese, and perfectly cooked steak. The 4 instead of 5 stars is because of wait time, I know they must cook to order and it is worth the wait, but for a fast food, quick service, fast casual, whatever you call it, if it was a drive thru, I would have liked a little quicker service. Other than that, highly recommend Steak Escape. The food will definitely fill you up, will be hot and fresh, and taste outstanding.“

“This is my first time having a great experience at this subway. The young man with dreads allowed me to enter,even though it was closing time. He exemplified great customer service skills and did not rush me. I was hesitant about stopping at this particular store because every time,I encountered rude workers or managers. “Food was good. Their Covid protocols are great, clean, however it was hard hearing the servers because of noise and us being so far from them due to the tables placed by the food area. Maybe the servers need a microphone to enhance their voices so customers can hear them. I'll like to return.“

“I wish I could give TEN STARS to this restaurant. I recently received a text msg from the owner/operator of the location on E. Capitol St, Jackson, MS asking if I had recently purchased a meal through DoorDash from them. I live and work in Maryland; never having visited or having relatives in MS. He immediately suspected fraud and canceled the order. He lost out in a substantial sale but put the integrity of his business first. I am forever grateful as the thief was caught before substantial damage was done. WELL DONE SUBWAY!“

“The food is actually well prepared and most of the time is delicious. Once in awhile it'll be off. The service is definitely hit or miss with the service being a little bit slow or sometimes just pathetic. The atmosphere of this McAlister's is still quite enjoyable and very much so mcallister classic. This Establishment in my opinion is very clean almost every time I'm there.“

So, we went to this location on 12/21/24 @ around 9:30pm and ordered two sandwiches. There was a young lady there that was awesome. She prepared our sandwiches the way they were described on the menu and they were perfect, not sloppy and falling apart like most and the sandwiches were delicious. On top of that we did dine-in and she asked us how was our food and was everything ok? Something you hardly hear from fast food establishments. I wish I had gotten her name she is definitely a breath of fresh air!“
