“I absolutely love Valley St Fish, when I have a fish craving this is my go to place. The only thing I dislike is that this place has probably been in business since before I was born and they have don’t no upgrades to the building or parking. You would think with all these centuries of being in business they would make some improvements to the place. You also have to have life insurance to park and cross the street to get to the building as traffic is horrendous. Other than this it’s the best fish place in the city.“

“My wife and I eat here very often and the service and food is always always top notch. We ordered to go tonight (ribeye and gnocchi). When we got home the gnocchi was perfect but the steak was completely flavorless. Being the first time amerigo has EVER let us down I called to let them know. Not really expecting much, but to my surprise the manager told me they were going to remake it and DELIVER to my house. Within 30 minutes I had a fresh hot ribeye (which tasted PERFECT) with all the sides and a complimentary tiramisu. That is how you treat customers. I am blown away. The first steak wouldn’t have even put a dent in my love for amerigo. But this has made me a customer for life! Thank yall so much!!!“

My boyfriend and I had chicken and fried rice, it was honestly the best chicken and fried rice I’ve had in a while. “I’ve been frequenting this restaurant for years. I don’t know what seasoning they use and they will not tell me but it is sooooo good! I have had their oyster Po boy, chicken wings, gizzards, livers and they were all delicious. I have moved to Madison, but I betcha I’m stopping today for my order of their house salad and gizzards! I hope they one day open up another restaurant off Countyline or Ridgeland, maybe I’ll suggest it today, what do you think??“
