“I got off of work early so i called to ask if i could pick up my online order sooner than I scheduled it for... the gentleman who answered the phone said it would be no problem (even though I knew it was probably really busy and would be a pain) I picked up my pizza. “I was pretty impressed by how good it really was. I got the $7 dollar meal. A burger or 3 strip, fries and a sundae. I had strips and a peanut butter desert. It was perfect for a lunch break. I will be going back. My coworkers also had the meal deal and one got a turtle pecan upgraded desert. It was all good. No complaints.

Only problem was that the drive-in kiosk didn't take my debit card but thankfully, when a car-hopper came to deliver the food to the car, they manually entered my card info then came back out to give me my card back. “I just have to express how pleased I was with firehouse subs. First the service was so amazing. This was my first timing eating here. I was greeted with smiles and hello. Cassie was so amazing at helping choosing the best sandwich to my liking. It was definitely a hard decision. They also have amazing pickles. They also off special made sauces. The sandwich bread is better than subway. The fact Cassie went of the way to help me was so kind because I can take forever. “Just want to shout out this sonic! We ordered a kids meal on the night of their Christmas party and the manager come outside to explain the situation and that the kitchen was closed. He gave us a coupon for 2 free meals and kids meal (to cover Brandon, E and myself) We (all four of us) went tonight to redeem and they covered our entire meal!!! I am so thankful for people like him for taking care of his customers and providing wonderful customer service!!“

“I have always had great service and great food here! The employees are always very friendly, engage well, and make your food exactly as you ordered it. They are also excellent at managing themselves properly if ever they have to ask you to repeat the next items you've selected to go on your sandwich or if they have made a mistake (which is extremely rare in my experiences), they conduct themselves maturely and responsibly as they make any corrections. Usually a fun conversation is shared with several genuine laughs. The facility has recently been remodeled making the place look brighter, cleaner, and bigger. I honestly prefer the old look but I must admit this new look does open up the space more and does have a cleaner appearance which has never been an issue here; it is always well maintained and very clean each visit.The menu has improved by adding new options to eat other than sandwiches and include small individual size pizzas and salads larger than what is considered a side salad at most steakhouses. I've not had their pizzas but I have had a salad which was great. It was large, tok much for me to eat in one sitting, but very delicious. Both the pizzas and salads are made in the same process of making a sub sandwich. Because community members are limited to only five places to in this town, it is typical to have to wait in line here. On average though, there may be up to 3 other custimers in line waitinftoo. However, the typical waiting time in line is approximately 5 minutes max. Good service, good food, fast.“

“The person at the drive thru was very friendly and patient. The food was ready very quickly and our order was spot on. We both ordered the Giant Fish Sandwich combos, and we were not disappointed with the sizes of the fillets.
This restaurant isn't right off the interstate ramp. You have to kind of drive around a long block, but it's so worth it!“

“Hit or miss on the service and politeness of the staff. Last visit was pretty good, the gentleman welcome us in and didn't give a rushing attitude. One of my favorite things about Jack's is the dining room with the fireplace. It's not overly stimulating as some fast food places. The food can be good too, they have some good deals that are relatively cheaper than competitors.“

“This place is actually legit. Been coming here for a while now, and haven't had a bad experience! The food is delicious, greatly portioned and reasonable priced! Great customer service and the onwer and cashier are very down to earth people! 10/10!!“

“As I entered the restaurant, there was one customer ordering. One employee was assisting the customer, and the other employee was wiping down and cleaning behind the counter. Both of the employees were very friendly and really seemed to be enjoying their job. The service was excellent. As I was deciding what to order another customer came in. I allowed her to go ahead of me. The employee was fixing her sandwich and asking me what I wanted on mine all at the same time. She was very proficient and had no problem remembering what I wanted on my sandwich as I told her while she was preparing the other sandwich. I ordered the ultimate BMT, and it was prepared wonderfully and tasted great. They were quick, friendly, efficient, and conscious of their work space being clean. These are traits that I often do not see even in what are considered to be nice restaurants. Job well done ?. They both deserve a raise in my book. The restaurant was clean, from the drink station throughout the entire dining area. I will definitely be back here!“
