Once you get there though and find a parking spot, never mind the drive through which can also be a trying experience, the food is always good and the staff friendly and helpful.“

“My first visit inside and quite some time. I usually go through the drive-through. If you haven’t been inside for a while be prepared to use their computer kiosk to place your order inside yourself. However the staff is very friendly and assisted me with that. Definitely a good Taco Bell branch to go to“

“I just have to express how pleased I was with firehouse subs. First the service was so amazing. This was my first timing eating here. I was greeted with smiles and hello. Cassie was so amazing at helping choosing the best sandwich to my liking. It was definitely a hard decision. They also have amazing pickles. They also off special made sauces. The sandwich bread is better than subway. The fact Cassie went of the way to help me was so kind because I can take forever. The other employee's that worked the 29th I believe when I went deserve a great applause for being so kinda and working as a great team together. I can say I didnt see one person on their phone. “I have always had great service and great food here! The employees are always very friendly, engage well, and make your food exactly as you ordered it. They are also excellent at managing themselves properly if ever they have to ask you to repeat the next items you've selected to go on your sandwich or if they have made a mistake (which is extremely rare in my experiences), they conduct themselves maturely and responsibly as they make any corrections. Usually a fun conversation is shared with several genuine laughs. The facility has recently been remodeled making the place look brighter, cleaner, and bigger. I honestly prefer the old look but I must admit this new look does open up the space more and does have a cleaner appearance which has never been an issue here; it is always well maintained and very clean each visit.The menu has improved by adding new options to eat other than sandwiches and include small individual size pizzas and salads larger than what is considered a side salad at most steakhouses. I've not had their pizzas but I have had a salad which was great. It was large, tok much for me to eat in one sitting, but very delicious. Both the pizzas and salads are made in the same process of making a sub sandwich. Because community members are limited to only five places to in this town, it is typical to have to wait in line here. On average though, there may be up to 3 other custimers in line waitinftoo. However, the typical waiting time in line is approximately 5 minutes max. Good service, good food, fast.“

“I went thru the drive thru this afternoon (8-19-26 around 3:50pm) and was met with the most pleasant voice. I gave my order and the gentleman thanked me and said he appreciated me. One doesn’t normally expect such a warm response to an order through a microphone. When I got to the window to pay, he greeted me with the biggest sweetest smile and hoped my day was going well. He said he appreciated having the opportunity to serve me and hoped I would come back. Now, this may be too much for some people but for me, I really needed that smile and sincerity. “First of all, the service was amazing, which you don't expect at a fast food place. I wish I had asked the name of the female manager who helped us! The food was amazing, as always. I only eat here maybe twice a year, just to get my fix, and it never disappoints! While we were eating we saw the same manager squatting down cleaning the rungs on the chairs in the already clean seating area. So refreshing to see someone talking such pride in their place of work! “I'm not sure where these one star reviewers ate but it wasn't in Tupelo. Visited the store 6/5/25 around 5. Store was clean had four or five folks working. Tried the new toasted sub. Wonderful!!!! “The food was delicious at this Sonic place and the car-hoppers were pleasant too. Only problem was that the drive-in kiosk didn't take my debit card but thankfully, when a car-hopper came to deliver the food to the car, they manually entered my card info then came back out to give me my card back. Not only the fact that our order was correct, ready in a timely fashion and delicious BUT the fact this store was immaculate. The floors -base board- counters- windows - work spaces everything I could see was spotless. As I waiting for the customer in front of me to finish his transaction I began to try and find something dirty. Even the staff was clean and tidy. It smelled fresh in there as well. Of course it smelled of pizza but not the stale smell I have experienced elsewhere. I asked how long they had been opened thinking maybe it was a new store but no they have been there 20+ years. “As I entered the restaurant, there was one customer ordering. One employee was assisting the customer, and the other employee was wiping down and cleaning behind the counter. Both of the employees were very friendly and really seemed to be enjoying their job. The service was excellent. As I was deciding what to order another customer came in. I allowed her to go ahead of me. The employee was fixing her sandwich and asking me what I wanted on mine all at the same time. She was very proficient and had no problem remembering what I wanted on my sandwich as I told her while she was preparing the other sandwich. I ordered the ultimate BMT, and it was prepared wonderfully and tasted great. They were quick, friendly, efficient, and conscious of their work space being clean. These are traits that I often do not see even in what are considered to be nice restaurants. Job well done ?. They both deserve a raise in my book. Anyway my actual review of the place now, I personally love the style of interior design taco Bell has, I did like the old one more but those ones didn't come with a terminal to order inside did they.
The food here is good, for what most people would call Mexican McDonalds or knock off Hispanic food or any other name, I personally like taco Bell and this one in particular is very good compared to the other ones nearby.

Vegetarian options: Pretty sure they have a few options for vegetarians and vegans, I don't remember if they are labeled or not though.

Dietary restrictions: If you have a dietary restriction I'd recommend ordering it through the app or using the screens they have inside. It's not the cook's fault if he doesn't know because the cashier didn't hear you say that.

Parking: If you can't find a place to park here then I guess there's a funeral inside because that's the only reason I'd imagine there being that many cars as there are as many spaces to park as there are seats inside.

Kid-friendliness: I don't know if they have coloring pages and crayons or anything like that but I believe that there's enough options in terms of food for kids.

Wheelchair accessibility: Yes you can push a wheelchair inside if no one is blocking the slope.“

“I would like to express how great the Night Shift is. I wanna give all of the young individuals that I see my greatest feedback there is especially a young lady who wear glasses and she has long braids and anytime I see her. I’m very confident that I am about to get great and fresh food. It is rare that you see a young crew run as well as they do. The food is always fresh and the customer service is always great as you’re at the window waiting for your food. You can see the young lady with the glasses and long braids, especially being very work, driven along with the other ladies that I see I can see that they’re being led by her and I can just imagine how great the kitchen is doing because the food is always fresh very fresh. I took the time to give my feedback because I want this young crew to know that they are seen and they aren’t like any other typical crew that you’ll run into and they are greatly appreciated. The first time was fine we had good food second time we came and went because our call Button went off twice and no one even acknowledged us. Tonight we went again or call button when off once we call the second time she did apologize for keeping us waiting so long but we still waited another 15 minutes for our ice cream treats to arrive. He gave us a coupon for 2 free meals and kids meal (to cover Brandon, E and myself) We (all four of us) went tonight to redeem and they covered our entire meal!!! “Traveling through from out of town. Trey prepared my food and has the best customer service I’ve experienced in a while. He talked to each customer in line and was so friendly. He also came to our table to check and make sure we were good. He made the stop way more enjoyable and I will be back whenever I come through Tupelo because of his customer service.“
