Love this little lunch dive. They have great sushi for a reasonable price! They just remodeled and it makes the experience even better.
Super friendly staff and delicious food. There's usually a line for lunch time take out so call ahead if you are in a hurry. I usually wait about 10 min at most.
Very friendly. Great sushi. Uncomplicated and quick. Authentic and delicious. Very tender bulgogi. A great find. 🍱
This is a great place. The ingredients are fresh and delicious. They take pride in their work and it shows. I got the All-In-One roll and it was awesome. I only wish I lived in Nashville so I could eat here more. You won't be disappointed.
Excellent sushi lunch, cosy family owned business, very friendly staff.

Pad Thai and spring rolls from a truck, it was phenomenal and fresh. Sorry about the missing picture, it was that good! I could've taken a pic of the empty container I suppose
Best curry in Nashville! Perfect blend of spice and taste.
Awesome. Food was delicious and nicely spiced.
Best Thai around. Aroi mak mak!
Wasn't a huge fan. Their pad Thai was mediocre and gave me pretty horrendous gas and stomach issues the morning after.

The service was outstanding and the food was simply amazing. I will not cover appetizers. For the main course we had the barrel-cut steak and the dover sole with mashed potatoes and seared mushrooms. All of those were exquisite on every level, accompanied by, I repeat, unprecedented service and a great selection of wines. The interior is screaming but elegant. It can be described as "art-deco-chic". The hall is very large. There's a terrace with a fireplace outside as well. On a side note, the music selection didn't fit that well, at least at the time we were there. The live band was great, but perhaps a soothing jazz or some mellow vocals would feel more in tone.
During our 34th wedding anniversary celebration trip to Nashville, we made the wise decision to splurge and eat at Jeff Ruby's. Boy are we glad we did. We didn't have a reservation, but it worked out great because the patio seating is first come, first serve and it was a beautiful night to sit outside. Our waiter (Kevin) and the entire wait staff were polite and attentive. I even got escorted to the restroom when I asked for directions. THAT was a first!. The cocktails were lovely, the food was incredible (side dishes are enough for two or more). The wine recommendation was spot on! Kevin gave us some insights about local music spots (Skull Rainbow Room) which was also wonderful. i highly recommend Jeff Ruby's Restaurant and offer a very sincere THANK YOU for a wonderful evening.
The service is impeccable. My wife and I enjoyed the professional chats and recommendations. As for the food, Our hats off to the chef. We've tried many steakhouses around the world and this is by far the best. We will most definitely be back. Much love from Ontario, Canada.
It wasn't the greatest experience. Our server ignored us most of the evening. I ordered a mixed drink, may as well have been a straight shot of mixed liquor. So they replaced it and the next one reminded me of cough syrup. They did however give us a free dessert that was fantastic on the house for our anniversary. The sushi was spot on the steak was amazing!! The atmosphere was really relaxing. Apart from those minor issues it's very nice indeed.
Good food great ambiance. Place is good for a date or office party. It's a classy place

Staff is great, but place was small and loud with everyone talking. That doesn't really take away any stars, but my wife and I like a little privacy like the option of a booth, and be able to hear each other talk without having to talk over others. Food: where is the heat?? I had the Thai Steak dinner with vegetables and white rice, it was a great steak, but it came with sticky rice that did not pair well with the steak and vegetables. The dinner was more American then anything else, and there's was nothing to spice it up! My meal was not what I expected, but good, just no heat! My wife had a noodle soup that was something like Pho, again, nice taste, but no heat level what so ever, with nothing on the table to add other than salt and black pepper. We got a California roll that tasted a bit bland and watery. That was the only thing that didn't taste pretty darn good and didn't need heat to go along with it. So the flavor is there, but only for people who don't like spice, and my steak dinner was not a Thai dinner just because sticky rice was on the side.
This place is a decent place for a variety of Asian cuisines. They have several Thai staples, along with some items you would typically see at a Chinese or Japanese place. Foods were fresh and tasty. The dining area itself is quite nice, unexpected for a place awkwardly sandwiched between the railroad tracks and the $399 sofa store.
Pad Thai will blow you away. This restaurant is modern, clean, and serves delicious, affordable food. You can't go wrong here.
Second time here. Great experience, great sushi, great gyoza! My server, Kent, was very attentive. I like the patio, but the owners should invest in a new TV. I highly recommend coming here!
Very good Thai food. Nice decor. Good cocktails. Reasonable prices. Attentive service.

Nice casual restaurant / bar offering quality modern takes on American fare. Place is one of the better places for large groups (multilevel). You'll find a nice cocktail program here, live music & special events. Rooftop bar I'm told but didn't get a chance to check it out. Friendly staff. Food is ordered up front initially (they provide you a # to bring with you to the open dining room). Drinks while dining are handled by a server that will visit your table to take and deliver drink orders. Friendly staff. Good band was everywhere the diners while we ate. I'd come back again happily.
This place was recommended by a local acquaintance, and didn't disappoint. The food was great. I got a rack of ribs, collard greens and mac 'n' cheese. The food was excellent. Good live music. Draft beer for $4. There's also a good view from the top floor. If you're going to go downtown for one night in Nashville, this place shouldn't disappoint.
Disappointed in the menu selection. The only item that sounded good was sold out. have been here many times before as I am a local. The only saving grace and the reason I would return was the hostess! She was hilarious and super friendly! And the male server we had was wonderful!
This is a local favorite in an historic building, so if you're from out-of-town, you'll find a great mix of locals and tourists, all enjoying the stage shows, restaurant level, and Broadway view rooftop. There is a variety of food and drink, great music from multiple genres, and friendly staff. You can even bring the little ones before dark! (This is not a place for kids but if you have a well behaved one who will stay at the table, you'll have a good time. On the main level, the kids will need ear protection.)
Decent place. Cool atmosphere for live music acts, people-watching, and grabbing a few drinks w/ friends. Food is tasty but the menu seems pretty limited (at least on Sundays). Portions are rather small but service is friendly and speedy. Rooftop seating/access for more hanging out/drinking if that's your thing. If you're looking for a quick, easy bite and maybe a drink or three, here's a great place to check out. If you're looking for a bigger meal/experience, check out Puckett's or somewhere else.
