Parking: Free 2 hour parking right behind the venue on W Peabody. Maybe one block walk. And if you make a right at the end of West Peabody from W Main St. there's cheap paid parking that's well lit and nicely paved.“

“My dad used to take us as kids to this Captain D's when we lived in Durham (2000s). He moved to Graham, NC two years ago but he still travels to this restaurant at least once a month. Today, he invited my siblings and I to join him. This time we did not use one table like the old days, we needed three because we each have children of our own! It is always a pleasure dining in because the staff is always extra nice and caring. Today we felt extra loved and cared for, not only by our parents, but by every staff member of Captain D's. I didn't catch everyone's name, but I wanted to give a huge shout out to each and every member that was working today. We were there around 11:47 a.m. and we look forward to going back soon. After all, we enjoy that 40 minute drive, too!“

“Was driving by and spotted the Cookout - never been before so I checked the reviews and it had seemingly high reviews for a fast food chain - I ordered the peanut butter Oreo milkshake and a regular burger with grilled onions.Had no idea why it was called the cookout but the second I took a bite of my burger i immediately knew, it tasted straight like a burger you get from a cookout right off the grill! I know BK tries to hit you with their “flame grilled” but it can’t stand next to this burger! And THE MILKSHAKE - I have no words other than it was GREAT! Found my new cheat meal spot! “Okay. I'm not local. I wasn't sure what to expect. But I've heard great things about Biscuitville. Great things. This was very good. I had the No. 1 combo. Cheese, egg, crispy bacon on a Biscuit! with a hash brown patty and some of the best coffee I've had in ages. This is a fast food joint. Very friendly counter staff. So busy that the food was fast and very fresh. A line of cars around the building. Bacon was smoky and crispy. I'll be back when I'm in town.“

“I give service a 3 star rating because one of the employees (His name is Philip), has been a rude server. There were two instances of his rudeness; one was when I asked a cashier if the cheeseburger had two patties or one and in an abrupt fashion he points at the menu which was quite unnecessary. Then there was another time when he called me and my mother's order and pushed one of the bags which again, didn't need to happen. When making people's food and explaining the menu the customers you have to give genuine service and not show a poor attitude. It's a poor reflection on the store and your coworkers.“

“Clean and homey environment. The servers and the cashiers were super friendly and warm.

Last time I had Chick-fil-a was about a decade ago. Always preferred burgers over chicken sandwiches. But this is probably the only chicken sandwich I’d voluntarily order in any establishment.

I had the chicken sandwich deluxe and it was just juicy, refreshing, and a flavor punch to my picky tongue. Added the chick-fil-a sauce and a bit of the hot sauce and as Ross would call it, a moist maker that takes things to the next level. Normally I eat half of the buns (I’d always get protein style in you-know-where and out), but I just devoured the whole thing whole.

Waffle fries was not as crispy as I’d like but still very flavorful.

BUT let me tell you about the kale crunch. TO DIE FOR!! I guess they wash the kale in some sort of lemonade liquid and wring them out like towels. Takes out that grassy and wax feel from the kale and just brings the sweetness out. The cabbage and almonds add a nice crunch and nuttiness to it.

The actual lemonade was good too.

Will definitely put chicken-fil-a on my radar every time I visit home coz I live overseas now.“

“Once upon a time, I only ate Bojangles breakfast and I loved it. Now, this is my go-to place for lunch as well. They have THE BEST fast-food grilled chicken sandwich! They are usually busy therefore the food is always fresh. I get service with a smile and I appreciate that someone is always cleaning the dining area. I recommend to everyone that's in the area.“

“They get my order wrong a lot (probably due to the obviously rapid employee turnover rate) and the portions are smaller than once upon a time BUT the grub still hits the fast food spot and the milkshakes can't be beat for that price!

Their accommodations are always on point, like when they don’t have a certain side they will let you know and even go farther than needed with how they treat you. I was trying to find a place to eat breakfast and decided on Hardee’s since I had not eaten breakfast at one in a very long time. The Hardee’s at 2721 Chapel Hill Road had two of the most genuinely friendly people . Since I could not get my app to recognize their survey barcode in the store. “I love this location. I’ve had 1 issue and it wasn’t their fault it was really mine because I didn’t read the menu correctly. I called the store and explained the issue and the Assistant manager was a huge help. She insisted on fixing it even though it was my fault, this says a lot! There is a great leadership team and an amazing employees. I normally go in the night after work and I’ve always got hot food and fresh . They are my favorite location ! I’m big on customer service and how I get treated and will advocate for them. Advice to anyone that has an issue with this location, give them a chance to fix an issue. Parking: The unit sits in front of Staples and Lowe's Foods. Advantage is you have a very large parking lot if you need it.

“Firehouse Subs Durham North Carolina. I have got to admit my first experience was outstanding. I'm an armed security officer with inline defense. For whatever reason the register would not accept my American Express. I've actually had this happen before we're certain stores or establishments don't accept this type of credit card. I had no cash on me and forgot my debit card at home. The two people on duty went above and beyond. They gave me my first sub for free rather than turn me away. My extended gratitude to Firehouse Subs.“

“I love my McDonalds. The drive thru crew at this location is 99% great! Friendly, efficient, and accurate. The food is usually hot and good. I have a concern and a praise. I have a request that you fix the drive-thru problems at this location. I’d like to suggest that you install some sort of barrier poles that prevent driver thru users from skipping line and blocking traffic. Recently the drive thru was revamped at restaurant #22325 at 204 W. NC HWY 54 in Durham NC, I’m sure in an effort to create efficiency but it has created a new problem. By adding two lanes without a barrier to keep folks cars in the main line before splitting into two lanes. Cars are making two lines immediately which *completely* blocks other traffic trying to drive by, and blocks in parked cars in that part of the lot, leaving them frustrated while trying to leave. Furthermore, it is unfair to those considerate drivers who are waiting properly in line to be bypassed by the drivers who want to cheat the main lane. Your system currently relies on the courtesy of all to run smoothly and if you haven’t noticed, common courtesy is not so common anymore. Please help.“

“I ordered Wendy's apple salad. It was very refreshing and, for the first time, ever had plenty of chicken. For the first time, their salad was very filling. Trust me, I've had several of their salads from several different Wendy's!“

Example: pizza is $4.99 at the stand alone location near me (way too much to start with) and $6.49 at the mall location. Nearly $10 for Mexican Pizza and a small drink. Just be aware….“

There was a little wait but was informed by staff twice that it would be out shortly and it was. A little wait for fresh fries is fine with me. “I stopped by Chick-fil-A today and was extremely busy the workers were working as fast as they could to get the orders out. I think the young lady name was Ashley, she was very helpful and patient despite the rush. I think it will be better once the students learn the new kiosk and ordering system but other than that great job Chick-fil-A“

“I Love coming to Zaxbys on Roxboro rd. It's my Favorite one to go to and I've never had a problem with them until today...and reason for this one time complaint (I hope) I'm a regular there and I always get the Cobb Salad the most and Normally it's a woman who prepares the orders (food) and I swear she's the BEST 👌 👍!!! But today on 12/09/2024 @ 5: 16 pm there was a young man with glasses who made my food who doesn't cut up your tomatoes or your bacon and I'm assuming he just doesn't care the way he makes the salads because I had a puddle of liquid of something...either from the tomatoes or cucumbers or water bc I had to take 3 Napkins to absorb all of that liquid from under my lettuce which wasn't much of that either...from the bottom of my salad tray and that cost me a lil over 10 dollars and I'm not happy at all....Please do better bc this is the first time and I Pray it's the last time.....“
