“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Absolutely lives up to the name! Beyond Amazing Donuts is hands-down one of the best spots in Charlotte. The energy, the people, the freshness—everything just feels right the moment you walk in. You can tell they love what they do, and it shows in every bite and every smile. A total vibe and an instant mood-booster. Truly beyond amazing! 🍩🔥“

“Authentic, delicious, the guy who is always there is friendly and knowledgeable. The seasonal mochi donuts are adorable! But my very favorite feature is that they have a little more room with several tables and nicer, relaxing ambience to just hang out for awhile. It's much more hospitable compared to any other boba tea place in the area!“

“If you haven’t been to this tucked away gem, you are missing out! My Garlic Bulgogi Bánh Mi and Passionfruit Pleasure drink were the best I’ve had and I’m picky when it comes to my food. I’m so glad I found this family owned restaurant to try today while I was out and about. 1368 Sweet Corner Cafe is a must try, the variety of food choices is unmatched compared to other similar restaurants in Charlotte so put this one on the list as a must try, especially if you are a Bánh Mi fan like I am!“

“Awesome food. The hot dip chicken sandwich is fire. The crinkle fries are too. All we need now is cheese sauce for the fries. Wait time was minimal. I ordered on Toast and it was just about ready 5 mins later. Great for to go food pick ups. Seating is outdoor so it’s up to chance of the dine in.“

“What an amazing experience! I took my grandmother who is visiting from out of town here because she loves Krispy Kreme. She had bought her donuts a day or so ago, and wanted to replace her them. They were extremely kind and helpful, and treated her with so much respect! I will certainly be back.“

“There’s a certain kind of American optimism wrapped in neon and sugar — the belief that no matter how complicated life gets, there will always be a place where warm dough, fluorescent lighting, and industrial nostalgia can temporarily convince you everything’s fine. Maybe even beautiful.
That place today was a Krispy Kreme.
Outside, the building sits gleaming in a too-clean, too-happy white and green — the kind of color palette selected by a marketing department convinced childhood joy can be Pantone-matched. The sun hangs low in the sky behind it, soft and cinematic, like the universe is trying — just this once — to make a chain doughnut shop look poetic. And damn it, it works. You stand there, phone in hand, knowing full well that you’re about to trade dignity for hot glaze and thinking: Yeah. Worth it.
Inside, the display case tells the real story. A chaotic seasonal fever dream of design choices that range from charming to mildly disturbing. Snoopy-shaped doughnuts — their expressionless fondant eyes staring into the void — sit beside Santa-belly pastries with icing belts stretched across their midsections like they’ve been stress eating since Halloween. Charlie Brown’s round yellow face, forever trapped in a frosting-based existential crisis, waits to be devoured. A wreath made of frosting, sprinkles, and questionable life choices rounds out the festive lineup.
You don’t pick one. You pick too many. Because you didn’t come here for moderation. You came for the moment the warm original glazed disintegrates on your tongue like it’s trying to escape before you swallow, leaving behind a whisper of sugar, butterfat, and childhood memory. There’s a reason people still line up for these. It’s engineered nostalgia — edible time travel.
The seating area looks like it was designed for an elementary school talent show — bright yellow stools and wooden steps arranged in a way that suggests someone, somewhere, expects doughnuts to be enjoyed as a community performance. Maybe that’s the point. Maybe in a world full of late-stage capitalism and constant existential dread, there is something meaningful about sitting on an awkward yellow square and stuffing your face with a seasonal pastry that looks like a cartoon dog.
This Krispy Kreme isn’t pretending to be artisanal or edgy or refined. It isn’t chasing trends or seeking Michelin stars. It is, unapologetically, itself: a shrine to processed joy — sticky, goofy, imperfect, and honest.
And sometimes — maybe more often than we’re willing to admit — that’s exactly what we need.
You leave with icing on your fingers and zero regrets.
Just how it should be.“

“I’ve been coming to this Dunkin’/Baskin location for a while now, and it’s consistently a great experience. Whether I’m stopping by in the morning for a quick coffee or treating myself to some ice cream in the evening, the staff is always friendly, efficient, and welcoming. The coffee is always fresh, and the drinks are made just the way I like them. I also appreciate how clean the store is, even during busy hours. The Baskin side is a fun bonus — there’s a great variety of flavors, and everything tastes super fresh. It’s the perfect stop for a sweet treat or a pick-me-up during a long day. Shoutout to the crew for always being on point and creating a positive vibe. Highly recommend this spot!“

“This is the first DD that I’ve been in that was a pleasant experience. The cashier was very friendly and our drinks came out quickly despite it being very busy. The employees seemed liked they actually wanted to be there which is almost never the case any time I’ve been in a DD. Great job to the management and staff.“

“This location is very good. Friendly service and they're pretty quick. I typically order On The Go on their app and my drink is always there when I arrive. It's walk-in only, but there's plenty of parking since it's in a plaza, yet away from the Harris Teeter.“

“I absolutely love The Salty in Charlotte! From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is warm, stylish, and welcoming. The donuts are next-level — perfectly soft, flavorful, and clearly made with so much care. You can truly taste the quality in every bite. Their coffee is just as impressive and pairs perfectly with the donuts. The staff is always kind, upbeat, and makes the whole experience even better. It’s one of those places that instantly puts you in a good mood. Easily one of my favorite spots in Charlotte — I’ll definitely keep coming back 🤍🍩“
