“I am hooked on Chicken Salad Chicks! I live close to an hour from the Clemmons lication and make the trek as often as possible. First, I appreciate rhe atmosphere. The staff is friendly and quick at taking orders, along with, delivering the order straight to the table. Lits of times, the order is there before I I get my drink and sit down. I've enjoyed taking friends and family members to try it out! No one has left unhappy. I am diabetic. The Classic Salad with a scoop of Fancy Nancy does not raise my glucose level. That is a plus! The small cookie is delightful and not to much to up the glucose too many points. I like being able to complete a survey and get a code to receive a $1.00 off my next order. The reward points have given me opportunity to get several large Quik Chicks free. They now know me by name and greet me by name with a smile! Love this place!“

“Called Saturday morning requesting a catering platter, they didn't have enough notice for that, but hooked me up with 10 foot long subs cut into three pieces each. Order was ready on time and they threw in some extra oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, mayo just in case. Polite, accommodating, and made our Happy Gilmore party.“

They actually know how 2 make a sandwich evenly with meat and vegetables in every bite instead of all vegetables on the top cut end (almost like a taco ya'll know what I mean lol). Nothing fell off my sandwich nor was messy like other subway sandwiches. Great job ladies. Best one in Winston-Salem by far.“

“The girl was pleasant And they accept coupons which is kind of rare for subway stores. The company sends out all these coupons and a lot of these stores will not honor those coupons. But this store did and I was very happy and I will return to them! With or Without “

“I have never had a bad sandwich here, and the workers are generally pretty nice and professional. But small things can become annoying, like the brewed tea being emptied and cleaned for the night well before closing time - what if customers don't want soda? Pay almost double for a bottled juice or water?

I wasn't going to write about it at all until after last night - I went in at 8pm for dinner and soon after being seated with my sandwich (and a soda because the tea was already emptied), one of the staff walked over and said that the dining room was closed for the night because she had already cleaned it... at 8pm... two hours before closing... so I wrapped everything up and uncomfortably ate a messy, foot-long sandwich in my car.

I doubt this is a management decision, and rather just staff trying to finish tasks ahead of time so they can leave early. And in my experience, Subway franshisees almost never read reviews so it's likely nothing will change, but oh well“

“I came in on Feb 3rd and literally had the best sandwich I ever had from Subway. I had a roast beef sandwich and everything was fresh and they had fresh mozzarella slices that made the sandwich perfect! Will definitely be back next time I'm in that neck of the woods!“

“This Subway is one of the worst for customer service. If you go to drive thru, you'll sit there forever.
We decided to go inside, some of the employees act like you are bothering them and the eye rolling when they had to get something. I will probably not return to this location, I've been 2x and it's the same weird experience.“

“This is the location that I visit the most. I am an employee and absolutely love having them three minutes from my office. Well oiled machine comes to mind when describing the location. The store is always clean and the ingredients are always fresh. The employees are always friendly and seem to enjoy their jobs. They have the rare ability to talk and have fun behind the counter, and never miss a beat. Don't let the line scare you! Even when it's to the door, the wait isn't bad at all. “After banning Jimmy Johns at Hans Mall I decided on giving this location a try. I have been here a few times and they serve way better sandwiches. Tylisha was the employee who made my sandwich and I just had to go offer my compliments to her. I told her she needed to go to the Hans Mall Jimmy Johns location and teach them how to make a sandwich. Next time I dine at Jimmy John's I hope and pray Tylisha is working.“

“Wonderful experience at this fine establishment. Words cannot describe the elegance and finesse with which my Cold Cut Combo on Italian bread was made. Customer service was second to none and the staff was very personable and welcoming, especially that young, rather dashing man named Aman. Will certainly come here again.“

“Edit: The GM got in touch with us, he was able to get our order fixed for us and we went today to pick it up. The manager was amazing and so was the guy who prepared our sandwiches today. He prepared them perfectly and was super nice. We will definitely be coming back. Thank you Jonestown jimmy johns for being the best around.Went there yesterday and order 3 #9 giants was so excited because we love jimmy johns till we arrived home and noticed that all 3 of our subs were extremely oily and sloppy. The top buns were all broken apart from the bottom buns. We have never received such slop from the Jonestown location until now. Our kids and us couldn’t even eat our subs. I am overly disappointed in jimmy johns and will not be choosing them to cater my sons birthday party. Total waste of $50+. I wish I got the guys name that made our subs but unfortunately I did not. We went on August 16th 2023 around 7pm.“

“EVERYTIME I go to THIS subway at nighttime, and two specific employees are there I always come out with perfect sandwiches and a smile. I don’t know their names but one is shorter and tan and the other is tall with shaggy hair. These boys deserve a raise for their attention to detail, their patience and always greeting us as we walk in the door even if they’re busy doing something, they go out of their way and beyond expectations.
