“This is one of the best restaurants we have ever been to. We have never been disappointed. These are real chefs. Everything is made fresh all of their sauces are fabulous . The staff is excellent. My favorite dish is the deconstructed lasagna and we always get the goat cheese risotto balls for an appetizer. I can't say enough good things about this restaurant. We highly recommended going you won't be disappointed.“

“I usually order to go when I am too lazy to make a home-cooked meal. The food is good, generous, and well worth the price. I like different restaurants for different reasons. This falls into my "guilty pleasures/greasy spoon" category of restaurant, not because its a dive but because it is simple, decent, southern comfort style food. Don't go for Michelin Star or for fusion foods, but when you want something comforting like grandma would have made it. I give it a 5 star rating not just for its food, but the heart and spirit of the owners and employees. I have seen from behind the scenes, more than once, how this restaurant helps people and the community-for example with food for flood victims and fundraisers for local schools. Their compassion alone makes it a business worth supporting, the tasty fried country steaks, okra, rolls and desert are just the icing on the cake.“

“I absolutely love when a place catches me by surprise—in the best way possible. I walked into Ammons with no expectations, and they completely blew me away. The prime rib? Hands down the best I’ve had in a long time—tender, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. And the salad bar (who knew, a salad bar!) was fresh, well-stocked, and actually impressive. This place is a hidden gem. I’ll definitely be back!“

“All of their food is excellent! My favorites are cheeseburgers, hotdogs and biscuits and gravy! They have a high sanitary grade even though they are in a food truck. The only drawback is they have only outside seating and close at 2:00 pm..“

Steak was cooked perfectly, the potatoes were literally to die for, the asparagus was crunchy and fresh, and our crab cake🤤🤤🤤 everything was so perfect and the atmosphere was perfect. You could taste the love that’s made into the food! We felt so welcomed with our baby, it was our first real big dinner since he’s been born! Mama had to eat!🍴🥩 We love Fuego! “Glad we tried Sauced!! We were in Waynesville shopping today and several restaurants on Main Street were closed. So we decided to try their restaurant because we heard good things. Best decision of the day. The food was awesome and prices average. Drinks were cold and refreshing. Our waitress was very friendly and did a great job getting our food and checking on us.As I said the food was out of this world good and fresh. We had mozzarella sticks, fried pickles, Quesadillas, burger and fries and one giant slice of pizza. I highly recommend this place.“

“The Grateful Table is a great example of how the Town of Canton is recovering from the storms and the Mill closure. I work on a project to establish a new nonprofit business here, and our board of directors loves holding our weekly meetings at the Grateful Table. It usually bustles with customers from all walks of life in Canton including parents, artists, and other entrepreneurs. This is the best place in Canton to meet wonderful people!“

“Rooms: Nice, clean, and beds were comfortable. Bathroom: has the shower massage...great after a long day standing...doing an Arts & Craft Festival!

Food and drinks: We lucked up...they have a Mexican Restaurant that was very nice (Catrina's)that is attached to the hotel ... very good service all around.“

“Food cook exactly the way it should be. Great service. ALL the staff were so pleasant and friendly. The banter back and forth between them was absolutely entertaining and made us smile. I have ate at multiple waffle houses in multiple states for years and this one is my favorite by far. A lot of the others act like you are an interruption in their day. No smiles no greetings and you constantly have to ask for refills. Not the case at the one in Canton. We will be stopping in there again on our travels through the state.“
