“Food is fresh and delicious. Saul and his crew take pride in what they are doing and it comes through in every bite. The fried chicken, fish, shrimp were wonderful. Hush puppies are a must try!“

“This is my favorite Chick. Their fries are fresh and salted perfectly, more times than not. Employees are always nice and helpful as well. I drive 10 minutes out my way to go to this one (and sometimes longer when school gets out) instead of going to the Park St. location.“

“.. My original order was very displeasing and the customer service from the Old lady with the bun In her hair at the drive-through window was very rude and very impatient she didn’t even try to help come up with a solution that’s ridiculous. Dustin swooped in and saved the night!!! He spoke professionally He asked what the problem was and he came up with a solution. That is what you call customer service… Thank you, Dustin. They need more people working there like you.🩷“

“Out of all the GastonCounty Zaxbys this one is by far the best, cleanliness, service, and food quality.

It’s refreshing going into a restaurant and it being and smelling clean. Guaranteed quality meal and the workers actually enjoy their job so no attitudes or snarky remarks.

I’ll be back“

“First time coming to this location in years! And will definitely be back. A young black lady was working the drive thru and she was exceptional. I wish I would have gotten her name. But I didn’t. She was very polite, well mannered, and professional she really made the difference in my experience. Food was correct and fresh!“

“I personally love how seasoned the fries and everything is at Zaxbys! I am someone who prefers savory over sweet. I recently tried the traditional wings meal rolled in Nuclear sauce and it was really good. I also like getting the grilled cheese. Friendly staff too obviously helps in getting me to keep coming back!“
