My original order was very displeasing and the customer service from the Old lady with the bun In her hair at the drive-through window was very rude and very impatient she didn’t even try to help come up with a solution that’s ridiculous. Dustin swooped in and saved the night!!! He spoke professionally He asked what the problem was and he came up with a solution. That is what you call customer service… Thank you, Dustin. They need more people working there like you.🩷“

“Each time we dine at this Zaxbys service is exceptional and employees are friendly. Our food is always hot and perfectly cooked. The dining room is kept neat and very clean. The women's bathroom is the cleanest of any Zaxbys I've frequently in this area.“

“I personally love how seasoned the fries and everything is at Zaxbys! I am someone who prefers savory over sweet. I recently tried the traditional wings meal rolled in Nuclear sauce and it was really good. I also like getting the grilled cheese. Friendly staff too obviously helps in getting me to keep coming back!“

“I only give food a 1 because..there was no seasoning..the chicken and strips were plain..they forgot the herbs and spices 😂 im glad i only ordered small..if i would of gotten the family meal i would of been highly up ser because its a lot to pay for no flavor chicken..but the service was really good 😊“
