“Today I picked up two large Venti frappe’s, and one large Venti iced coffee and a Pup cup. On my way home, the drinks flipped in the car, one all over the front seat two all over the back floorboard and the pup cup. My husband sent me back to Starbucks while he took my car to get cleaned. When I mentioned to the barista, Hadassah, what had happened she said oh no and as she put my drink order in again, said I remember making these drinks, this is going to be on us. My eyes teared up, and I cannot tell you how much it meant to me to have this experience. It turned around my day. 😊“

“I was in Durham to visit Duke for my son. I ran to this Starbucks from our hotel before he got up. Let me just say, I'm a frequent flyer to Starbucks at home and everywhere we go. I always order the same thing and its ALWAYS just..fine. I get a lot of raw sugar in my coffee and ALWAYS have to stir again when I get to my destination. I can NEVER just get my coffee and drink right away, the amount of half and half is always just..fine, never perfect. Let me say this, and let me say it in all caps. THIS COFFEE WAS PERFECT. I have NEVER in ALL MY YEARS of visiting Starbucks received a perfect coffee. This one was PERFECT. I can not express how perfect it was. 10/10.“

“This is a busy location! I have been coming to this location for a while, and the service has always been amazing, and the crew is always livly and upbeat. As it is a busy location, some things might take longer, but that is expected with so many orders.“

“I got a ice pop and half a brownie and my family got each a coffee everything was delicious I would definitely recommend this here are my family's thoughts Dude. It’s a Starbucks. They just don’t let you down. You may encounter self-absorbed customers who mar you experience, but Starbucks is good at mediating even that. Use their phone app and cut the people frustrations. I always go out of my way to go to Starbucks they always have a consistent cuppa coffee it's hot on point and the staff is always very courteous the added bonus is now I have the Starbucks app so I can have my coffee waiting for me when I walk in thank you Staff are always wonderful and friendly~ Peppermint Mocha is amazing~ Great coffee and a fast drive thru Stuff is close and convienunt Didn't have to travel very far to grocery store or for fast food also walgreens auto part stores This Starbucks location is converted Schlottzky's Deli, and it has quite a bit of room. Of course, it's also popular, so despite its size, you may not find the exact chair you want at any given time.It is a great place to meet someone, have a coffee, and do a bit of networking. The location is convenient, and the service is what you'd expect from Starbucks. Such great staff working here. I met with my classmates to go over a presentation and we stayed for hours until they closed and they gave us each (6) cakes because we were studying and working so long. Super nice of them! the starbucks is close by the hotel. within walking distance and a safe commute. nice environment and plenty of coffee“

“I LOVE this Starbucks location, Rose always makes my drink PERFECT. Even when someone else does it and misses something they are all so nice about fixing it, they are better than the one on Renaissance Parkway by far, the workers here are MUCH nicer!“

“I’ve been coming to this location for 3 years now and I’ve never had a bad experience. Everyone here is very warm welcoming and kind! I also put in a mass (12 person) order today at 7:30AM and they got it done QUICK! Some places will be a little snobby or rude because of a big order during a busy time like that but they weren’t! I love these guys!

“Every time I visit the mall, I stop at this Starbucks. They are actually pretty efficient as far as time because there are a lot of people there. The space is very small so you have to stand up or wait outside. I think they should have some sort of intercom that you can hear outside of the store if you're standing there when they called your name that would be pretty convenient.. but overall, they do an excellent job and I always enjoy my Starbucks drinks.“

“Don't really drink Starbucks, so I really didn't know what to order. The young lady recommended a warm drink with Carmel and whipped cream. Let me tell you, it was soooo delicious!

Parking: They did have a shared parking lot with other businesses. It's a popping area, so parking close to Starbucks may not happen. I was able to get a spot not far away.

“My experience here today was great. I came in with a request I wasn't sure about and was not only given several options on how I could get my drink, but both Paris and Keimauri went above and beyond with friendliness and service. These young ladies gave phenomenal service and deservesrecognition for their efforts.“

“Insanely busy store- we were a little upset as the barista set the lid on the drink and didn't fasten it which led to a huge disaster, but they were way too busy to address what happened. Also, you can't just go to the restroom at this location, they have coded locks on the doors and sharps (needle) collection amd disposals in the bathroom, which was a bit concerning. With all the pastries and syrups, I don't think this is a place diabetics frequent to the point of needing sharps collection apparatus. Finding a place to sit was difficult, lots of people sitting around with computers and noise cancelling headphones mixed with auper loud conversations.“

After shopping I went over to the Starbucks and to my surprise I was greeted by Mr.Charles.
He was very polite and attentive, his customer service and attitude the whole time was excellent. My beverage and food were ready right away, I will be sure to stop by a few times a week!“

“I work night shift so caffeine is a life saver to make it through these 12 hours. I spend at least $100 a month at this Starbucks. I always get excellent service. The third shift crew always has an inviting and fun energy. My drinks no matter how complicated are always made right and they always check to make sure I am satisfied.“
