“We were looking for a new place to try for my birthday!! And I accidentally found my new favorite place!! Everything was 10/10!! I even tried some new seafood I was afraid to try! The food wasn’t even the best part it was our waiter Chris!! We never had an empty glass he always talked to us and made us feel so welcomed! “Definitely top rated. We had never been and only assumed how it works. Our waitress Blair (hope I'm spelling it right) was amazing. She took us to Kpot school, from choosing our base to meats, and how to cook on the grill. Food was delivered fast, grill was charged out swiftly to keep it clean.“

“I ordered the catfish plate with fried okra and hush puppies with a side of Cole slaw. The fish came in very generous portion, golden brown and delicious. The okra were fried to perfection and the hush puppies were delicious. The slaw not so good. For the price of the food...well worth it. Will definitely be returning.“

“I didn’t intend to go here, I was going to go to Mochi but seen this place had boba. I am SO glad I decided to come here! The taro boba is so good! It’s been so hard to find good taro.
I got the California bowl, didn’t take a before picture sorry. But it’s absolutely delicious! So extremely satisfied!
The price was more than I would have liked but it was definitely worth it. I will definitely be back.“

“On Wednesday, October 16, 2024, Ms. Nita and her staff (Huge shout out to Caroline) catered a special luncheon for our principal, Dr. Shanessa Fenner, at William T. Brown Elementary School. We were celebrating Dr. Fenner’s Principal of the Year win and it was also her birthday. When I say the food was INCREDIBLE…… it’s nothing but true facts!!! Nita’s Kitchen did their thing!!! We are a tough team/family to please when it comes to our “chew”, and Nita’s Kitchen more than exceeded our expectations. We had everything: The yams, the green beans, the rice and gravy, the beef stew and rice, the collard greens and the MAC N CHEESE!! There was NOTHING left!! We enjoyed every bit of it. I can’t say enough about how good the food tasted. Everyone is still talking about it and asking for the location of the restaurant. Ms. Nita and Nita’s Kitchen, the staff of WTBES thanks you all for serving such a delicious meal and we appreciate you for going above and beyond and blessing us with such a flavorful experience.“

“Haven't been here for almost a year, but they've really stopped up their game. We reserved a table and wanted outside. Didn't even have to wait one minute. Service was excellent, and my meal with a frozen alcoholic drink for 30 bucks. I got a chicken salad with pineapple and grapes. It was so good!! The server was very attentive and had no issues. Great job! Now I know I'll come back. Music was excellent... Maybe just a smidge too loud.“

“We had a great server her name is Kaila she was very helpful and kept us filled up on drinks.we had a small wait to get order put in but it was real busy when we arrived. We didn't mind waiting. Kaila was very nice and deserves praise for taking on so many customers“

“My Friend and I went last Friday believe it or not it was terrible. their food was old and dry and the crab legs was very Skippy. And they had the nerve to say $24.99 for 90 minutes. this is just my opinion. I don’t have money to waste. If you do be my guest try it out, but I will never go back again. I’m not referring my friends to do so either.“

“The food was good and I would probably come back and try it again . 2 tables in thwrw when we walked in. The lady took a while to get to us ...definitely wasn't in a hurry but neither were we so it didn't bother us too much. Once we ordered ...it took us about another 5 min to get our drinks. Food comes out ..asked for the alligator bites first but it all came together. I got ribs ...for $18 expected more than a 1/3 rack of ribs.(4 bones) and a 1/2 of baked potato. Mac n cheese was a regular size side portion . The lady working the front was friendly but needed some help for sure. it was just too busy for just one person. He loved his frog legs and red beans and rice . Wasn't a bad experience but definitely wasn't the best either .“
