“I don’t normally write reviews for restaurants but after visiting Prime, I just had to let others know. First, the restaurant was clean and beautiful inside and out. The staff was friendly and attentive. The line to order was out the door. I guess that should have been my first clue that the service and food was going to be out of this world. They offered cold water to us while we waited in line. This was me and my family’s first time trying this restaurant and they were so patient and answered all our questions on meat and the best options. (Yes, we were those people holding up the line. Sorry!) The young men cutting and preparing the meat were knowledgeable and super nice. I ended up purchasing several items (Brisket, Ribs, House Made Sausage, and Turkey Breast). All I can say is if you are within 100 miles of this place you must make the trip! Your stomach will love you for it!“

“The Depot on First has been open since October 2023 and since then has simply excelled as the only fine dining restaurant in the area. I think much of their success is based on the fact they not only maintain consistency in areas such as attention to detail, exceptional customer service and quality culinary experience, they also continue to evolve and adapt to changing tastes, trends, and customer preferences. I enjoy seeing their ongoing tasting and intimate dining events, of which I will have to attend at some point. Another cornerstone of success for many restaurant's is Authenticity, and this Farm-to-table restaurant continues to prioritize authenticity by sourcing quality ingredients directly from local farms and producers. They don't take any shortcuts when it comes to freshly prepared food to save time which is why I will wait patiently in the elegantly decorated intimate, warm and inviting dining room for my entree upon every visit. No Rush! Just me bring me another perfectly prepared old fashioned. Don't hesitate to step outside of the box and try something new on the menu, I am not a fan of porkchops, but I have become a fan of theirs. This is an environment that will put a smile on your face, Ben and staff are simply exceptional, every visit feels like coming home to dinner. “Okay local brewing fans in Knightdale, NC and the Triangle area this is a great place to come and wet your whistle and chill. Oak city has a good selection of brews both seasonal and a host of regulars. Sours, ales, lagers and stouts you’re likely to find what you’re craving here. Aside from some nice ac seating inside (which is limited) they have a covered section with picnic tables outdoors and a large grassy area for your camp chairs and the like. They host a lot of different activities here, and the St. Patrick’s Day Shamrock Shuck is a local favorite. Beer, music and oysters galore as long as you buy an oyster ticket ahead of time as they are limited. Staff are great, beer is great, parking behind the brewery and good times galore. Check it out!“

“Really enjoyed the brisket nachos- solid flavor everytime. The quesadillas are huge! We also ordered the guac this time (usually go for the chips & queso) and while it tasted fresh it was missing the heat factor I’m used to. Be aware- there are no open restrooms! When we asked where we could wash hands/ change our baby’s diaper we were told to go across the street to the public park restrooms.“

“Great little neighborhood deli in N. Raleigh area. Ordered the Grand Gobbler on focaccia (bread was perfect & so fresh) & the potato salad (literally some of the best I’ve ever had). It was all so plentiful & so very good! Place has a very simple, but tasteful menu. Super nice staff working Sabrina & (Dalton brought our food out & spoke) he always does a perfect job on preparing our sandwiches! 🥪 Overall service was great! Definitely a must for a quick lunch stop! Will definitely be back asap!“

“SO glad to finally have a good local cidery in the Triangle! They have a good dry and semi-dry selection, and a rotating seasonal special and cider spritzers/cocktails. Tons of outdoor seating with shade in summer and fire pits in winter.“

“Bearded Bee Brewing has quickly become one of my favorite spots! 🍻 Their beers are always tasty, but what really stands out is how much heart they put into everything they do. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and always on top of things - even during big events the lines move quickly because they’re so well staffed.

They keep a fun food truck rotation, so there’s always something new and delicious to try. Their retail selection is creative and so thoughtfully designed - the shirts are some of the best around! 👕🐝

You can tell every detail is done with the community in mind, from the events they host to the way they welcome everyone who walks through the door.

Their Oktoberfest was an absolute blast, and just another example of how they bring people together. Such a gem of a brewery!“

“My wife and I ate here a couple of weeks ago, just after the Michelin recognition. It was a week night and there was no walk-in available, so a reservation was a must.

We ordered Bunuelos, wings, Lechcito Tacos and the Rajas Enchiladas. The standout was clearly the tacos. The pork was well seasoned and lime worked perfectly with the fat. Their corn tortillas are the single best tortilla i have ever had, and if the other three items we ordered werent just OK they would justify a 5 star rating.

I would go back if someone else wanted to. However I doubt I will be the driving force behind a return trip.“

“UPDATED RESPONSE: The food here was excellent — great quality and outstanding flavor. The restaurant was very clean, which I really appreciated. They didn’t have bottled water, (update: they had filtered water better than bottled for free!) and the person taking our order wasn’t very friendly or welcoming (maybe he was having a bad day it’s hard to tip a cashier who isn’t friendly). However, the overall experience was still very positive. The food and cleanliness definitely make this a restaurant worth it!“

“I loved the house salad but the owners daughter must not have listened to my request because it still came with tomatoes when I asked for none. We were not checked on at all which caused her to get a $2 tip. We were looked at in a way of less than we felt, so maybe that's why we weren't checked on. Bringing the food out we saw 3 different people and not our server. The first person brought out the appetizer. The second person brought out our waters. Then the third person brought out the food and it wasn't together it was at different times.“

My friend suggested 1/2 order of the Spinach Artichoke Dip (a plenty!) and Scallops appetizer (big, cooked perfectly and ab FAB!) and we added shaved ribeye egg rolls too. Perfect trio for sharing and leftovers too (except the scallops). Those who already enjoy Mannings know what I’m talking about but if you’ve never been, put on your to do list!
