“I don’t normally write reviews for restaurants but after visiting Prime, I just had to let others know. First, the restaurant was clean and beautiful inside and out. The staff was friendly and attentive. The line to order was out the door. I guess that should have been my first clue that the service and food was going to be out of this world. They offered cold water to us while we waited in line. This was me and my family’s first time trying this restaurant and they were so patient and answered all our questions on meat and the best options. (Yes, we were those people holding up the line. Sorry!) The young men cutting and preparing the meat were knowledgeable and super nice. I ended up purchasing several items (Brisket, Ribs, House Made Sausage, and Turkey Breast). All I can say is if you are within 100 miles of this place you must make the trip! Your stomach will love you for it!“

“A real winner! We stumbled upon this place after looking for somewhere new to eat since Prime BBQ had closed early. I didn't realize it was a food truck with an open patio and Latin music playing at the back of Prime BBQ. Their Latin cuisine is more Puerto Rican/Cuban style. Meaning the tacos are kind of standalone meals (1 is enough for some, 2 should fill up most people).

I had the Lechon taco which was perfectly juicy tender third of a pound of meat with tangy sauce on a tasty tortilla. I initially also split the queso with chorizo with my husband. He had a respectable Cuban sandwich with phenomenal tostones on the side. Everything was well seasoned and delectable.

After a few minutes to digest we went back for our second round of food. I ordered myself another lechon taco to go (to enjoy the next day, and can confirm it reheats wonderfully), in some of the most delicious crispy on the outside fluffy on the inside churros with chocolate drizzle and sweet perfectly balanced dipping sauce. I normally don't like tostones and prefer sweet plantains exclusively, but a taste of my husband's salty, crispy tostones paired with a perfect dipping sauce made me get my own order for the first time of my life!

I'm very picky about my Latin food as a native New Yorker whose best friend is Mexican, but Primo Latin Cuisine is a definite winner!

Kid-friendliness: Cute mini park play gym attached to Prime and accessible even after closing.

“Okay local brewing fans in Knightdale, NC and the Triangle area this is a great place to come and wet your whistle and chill. Oak city has a good selection of brews both seasonal and a host of regulars. Sours, ales, lagers and stouts you’re likely to find what you’re craving here. Aside from some nice ac seating inside (which is limited) they have a covered section with picnic tables outdoors and a large grassy area for your camp chairs and the like. They host a lot of different activities here, and the St. Patrick’s Day Shamrock Shuck is a local favorite. Beer, music and oysters galore as long as you buy an oyster ticket ahead of time as they are limited. Staff are great, beer is great, parking behind the brewery and good times galore. Check it out!“

Super nice staff working Sabrina & (Dalton brought our food out & spoke) he always does a perfect job on preparing our sandwiches! 🥪 Overall service was great! “My husband and I went the other day and loved it! I had a beer slushy that was great. The bartender let me have a sample first. It was so refreshing! My husband had a Pilsner that he enjoyed. The physical facility was very clean. The bartender was so nice and helpful. I also purchased some really cute tee shirts. “Nothing beats a passionate chef. Tonight was my first experience, and it's only the beginning! The staff was amazing and did not make me feel rushed. 5-star plus. I've never been to a restaurant where all the mussels were open and full of flavor until Northside Bistro. “Started off slow but finished off strong!

We arrived a little after 4pm on a Saturday. It appeared that there were two staffers - both very hospitable. We were seated indoors right away (with a choice of in or outside). We received food, wine, and flight menus, but there was a lag to have our order taken (probably 10 minutes). However, closer to 5pm, there was a clear increase in the number of staff.

We ordered::: truffled devil eggs, bacon wrapped dates, lamb sliders, bread/cheese balls, and a charcuterie board in additions to a few different flights of wine.

Truffle deviled eggs - I’d skip. Super bland and no sign of truffle.

Bacon wrapped dates - we received the first order and hit a second. It was that good!! Highly recommend you pair it with their Zuccardi Torrontes (an Argentinian white). The flavor profile is killer.

Lamb sliders - fantastic! Great grill flavor with perfect accents. Pair with the Casa Silva Carménère. Chefs kiss.

Bread and cheese balls - these were good, but unexpected. When they arrived, they looked like meatballs. Super savory and good but likely wouldn’t get again.

Charcuterie - great deal! We assumed that with the tapas sizing, this would be a smaller board. It wasn’t! Lots of different components that we didn’t make a dent in. Went perfectly with red, white, and rosé flights.

We purchased a bottle of wine to go, and the person helping us was super knowledgeable and helpful.

In all, the somewhat lagging initial service truly didn’t last long. It picked up quickly and was outstanding. Would absolutely return!“

“Only had two bread choices but that was my fault, I went at 1 pm. However everyone loved it so it made me look good.
ETA: Went again on a rainy Sunday. They had a lot of pastries & cookies, more than I remembered. I got a ham & cheese croissant for there & a piece of coffee cake to take home. Tasty food, great staff, & enjoyed sitting at the window as the storm passed by.“

“LBC was our first-ever brewery stop in Raleigh. Lucky us—we chose this place! The beer was great, the conversation with our beertender was a blast & they are dog-friendly inside to boot. Perfect! Brewers Bill & Andy are doing good work, so check these folks out. Pro tip: Don't pay for parking like I did. Park & lock your car, then go inside to scan for 3 hours of validated parking.“
