“This is a newer location that's super clean. They have 2 lines for drive thru that use AI to take your order. I'm not a grumpy person that rejects AI so I have no issues w/ that & have had no issues ordering. My order has always been right. Speak clearly through exactly what you want & you should be fine. Even if an order is messed up guess what? You can just ask them to correct it. It'll be ok. Overall great location“

“I recently stopped at this location after picking up some items from the Amazon warehouse nearby. I was pleasantly surprised that I didn't have any weight and I was greeted the moment I walked in. The cashier I spoke with was very understanding about my lack of knowledge of the new menu items and was able to make some good suggestions. The quality of the food was excellent and better than I normally experience at other subways.

When I went to pay for my sandwich the gentleman that processed the transaction did so quickly and smoothly. I was happy with everything that I experienced while visiting and will definitely stop back in the future.“

“I go to the Bessemer City Bojangles location a lot with my girlfriend and every visit I am satisfied and this may be the best Bojangles around. The staff are on it and I always get very delicious food. Once I asked if I could get dirty rice instead of a biscuit, the cashier said that the biscuit just automatically comes with the meal. Which I was ok with, and they were nice enough to get me a small cup of rice and not even charge me for it.“

The morning crew are very sweet, quick, and an incredibly friendly group of ladies. “We came in with 3 kids today for lunch! The cashier (didn’t catch her name) with the black eyeglasses and her hair in a ponytail was the sweetest most patient and understanding person ever. She was so sweet about the kids dropping food and was just so understanding. Our meal was very good - cooks were very sweet too! We will definitely be back because this was the freshest shake shack I’ve ever been to & with the kindest staff. They really made a mom’s day a lot less stressful and more enjoyable. “On the snow day, January 26, 2026, I showed up at 8:30 PM craving some cookout. They were one of the few restaurants that were still open! They provided great service and were very kind, they said they were supposed to close 30 minutes ago, but they stayed open just in case a few more people came in.
