“My sisters and I had a great experience at this location. Service was fast, the food was great, and the manager, Anne was on top of things. The young man, Nikee, that took our order was on top of things too. When there were no customers, he consistently found things to do like grabbing a broom to sweep, cleaning counters, and wiping down tables. He never sat still. The manager, Anne was the same way. She was hustling in the back with the staff helping prepare orders. Kudos to them both, and to Whataburger for having an excellent manager and staff member at the Gastonia location!“

The regional director, Leon was there and heard us talk about how far we came just for them and he gave us a free pizza along with our purchase. “The Bo Rounds are not very warm. I've complained two different visits and they did give me hot ones. Also have gotten doughy (not done) biscuits twice. Today I complained and received a fresh biscuit which was completely baked. So lessons learned for this Bojangles, if you're not satisfied with the quality of your selection, be sure to take them back and they will replace them.“

They actually label my kids food, Yes, it’s a small things that count. It saves me the hassle of trying to determine which Food belongs to which kid. I actually Prefer To drive to this location 10 minutes down the road then go to my local Taco Bell, which is like 30 seconds from me. Because my local Taco Bell was terrible.“

“Food was absolutely delicious. Everything tasted exceptional and fresh. The service was subpar. The atmosphere on the other hand was mildly low, the store felt small and cramped the chair and tables were way too close together. There also was a homeless man wondering around the store saying out loud “man, I wish I had a big lunch like that” and the staff seemed like they couldn’t be bothered. The exterior of the subway didn’t look very inviting either.

Place could use some updated for sure.

“The best burger I’ve had in a really long time. They were so good and the burger tasted hot and fresh. Asked my wife if she wanted another and it was a hell yeah. Took my receipt with our order details on it back to the register and they said they were worried I had a complaint. Couldn’t be farther from the truth!!! Ordered 2 more and was completely sober-that’s how good they were.

“I go to the Bessemer City Bojangles location a lot with my girlfriend and every visit I am satisfied and this may be the best Bojangles around. The staff are on it and I always get very delicious food. Once I asked if I could get dirty rice instead of a biscuit, the cashier said that the biscuit just automatically comes with the meal. Which I was ok with, and they were nice enough to get me a small cup of rice and not even charge me for it.“

“The morning shift ladies are all so incredible. I've stopped by almost every morning for the past few months to get an iced coffee in the drive thru. Without fail, every visit is exceptional. The morning crew are very sweet, quick, and an incredibly friendly group of ladies. “I visited Jimmy John's on Trojan Ave in Berewick, and it did not disappoint. I hadn’t had Jimmy John’s since 2008, but it still tastes just as good in 2026!

I can’t remember the name of the sandwich I ordered, but it had turkey, lettuce, mayo, and tomatoes, and it definitely hit the spot. I also tried the red velvet cookie. It was okay, but next time I’ll probably go with a different flavor.

What really stood out was the customer service and speed. The turnaround was incredibly fast. There was literally no waiting since they make your sandwich as you’re placing your order. I was on a time crunch to get to work, so that was a huge plus for me.

“You have an employee by the name of Daiza who is just outstanding. She knows how to treat customers and most of all she knows how to make a pizza. i told her they need to give her a raise and make her a manager. She fixes my sister pizza who has stage 4 cancer, and she's always extremely satisfied. For some reason when she's not there, unfortunately we don't get the same results. My recommendation is to put her in a leadership position.“

“I did carry out on my visit. Pizza was as good as it gets. Order was ready when I arrived. Almost an "industrial" site, in that it was set up for delivery, not carryout. Staff were very nice. My only advice would be to spend some money on a "store front" for customers who do carryout. Sometimes it is the details that make the experience.“
