“I recently stopped at this location after picking up some items from the Amazon warehouse nearby. I was pleasantly surprised that I didn't have any weight and I was greeted the moment I walked in. The cashier I spoke with was very understanding about my lack of knowledge of the new menu items and was able to make some good suggestions. The quality of the food was excellent and better than I normally experience at other subways.

When I went to pay for my sandwich the gentleman that processed the transaction did so quickly and smoothly. I was happy with everything that I experienced while visiting and will definitely stop back in the future.“

“By far the best sandwiches I have ever had and their pizza was unexpectedly good. Staff was not attentive to lines or soda machine (repeatedly out of diet) or people trying to get attention from the kitchen. Ran out of Schlotzsky Sauce packet but had cups in kitchen out of reach.“

“I’ve heard so much about Capriotti’s that I tried the one in Steele Creek! I’m glad I did! The tuna was amazing! I got the pickled peppers with oil and vinegar, lettuce, tomatoes onion, and pickles. The bread tasted FRESHLY baked and was SOFT! I ordered the small and was STUFFED! I asked for extra mayo, but it wasn’t in the bag. Ordered thru Door Dash.“

“Jimmy John’s came THROUGH. I got the Chicken Bacon Ranch but swapped the chicken for turkey—and omg, 10/10 recommend. The turkey was fresh, the bacon was crispy, and the ranch? Literally elite. “I visited this location on Labor Day and it was so busy but the staff did an outstanding job keeping up with orders and customers. They were organized and communicated well with their customers that were waiting. The employees worked well under pressure together and had great attitudes even though they had a lot of online orders as well as walk-ins. I was very impressed with the staff and this location. Add in the winning attitude of the crew, and you have a very successful restaurant. when I tried Substation 2 ten years ago, I realized they weren't a copy cat Sub shop. The number 19 with the works, no mustard is the best sandwich on the planet. Chasity Metz is the kindest, most cheerful sandwich maker ever. She can turn my bad day into a great day just by her positive attitude.
