“Great customer service! I stopped today to get a cup of coffee. I start by saying I am not an avid coffee drinker. I let them know this and they made a suggestion, I did not like it. Before I left the establishment they made sure that I had a perfect cup of coffee that I enjoyed at no charge. If you haven't tried them you should go. #MonroeGem“

“My friends and our kids stopped in (5 kids ages 10 to 2). The owners were so sweet. The coffee was amazing! Seriously the best spot to slow down a second and enjoy your coffee. My son also had a cinnamon roll and he warmed it up a little, it was delicious. This is definitely my new go to!“

“So my boyfriend came here 6 years ago and every time we pass through the area he tells me how amazing it is. Well we finally were able to stop today and I have to say his hype was fully justified. We both had a handmade, fresh cannoli. He had a large vanilla latte and I had an iced latte with almond milk, honey, and cinnamon. The food and drinks were absolutely amazing. Definitely stop in!!“

“Great boba place in the South Charlotte area! Highly recommend the Hong Kong Milk Tea. The packaging is very cute and convenient to carry on the go. Location is also convenient and accessible. The claw machine looks like fun and there is a lot of cute merch on display for sale. Service is fast and extremely welcoming. The menu is very diverse and varied.“

“This is a must stop if you're ever in Monroe. So adorable inside and smells so yummy inside. The owner and her staff are the sweetest! Their desserts and sausage balls are a must. I always love to surprise clients with some goodies from there. This hidden gem is a must stop!“

“Clean and pleasant Starbucks… cash attendant was friendly and didn’t seem to hate the day/life as some in the area.There is no drive thru and parking can be hard to find but the husband dropped me off for convenience and circled the lot.You can tell the staff was elbow deep making online orders because a venti blonde red eye and cappuccino took about 5 minutes. I took off a star because even though I always order a cappuccino, I end up getting a latte… and that’s why we bought a Breville Barista Express for the house. I’m paying for a cappuccino, might as well know it’s made correctly.Nice establishment though… will be back for a quick drink if it’s on our route and if we don’t make our own.“

“They lady who helped me was very nice, and gave great suggestions for other things to try. My drink was awesome I had a cold mint chip something. Although there was only 1 employee working she was fast and efficient. I would go back to this Starbucks inside the Harris teeter off potters road again, based off my experience.“
“Cozy place to sit down and do some work in, prices are Starbucks prices so I'd say just nothing special, but they never mess up my name so doing well there. Great smell in there though, and nice seats to sit in. Baristas are nice and friendly and the atmosphere is great.“
“I don't drink coffee, and they don't know how to make a decent cup of tea. My wife enjoys drinks there. Not always coffee, some pink drink thing too. The egg, sausage, and cheese muffin is great, and the lemon cake has to be horrible for me because it's wonderful.“

“great freshly brewed coffee & super friendly staff! My personal favorite is "the conductor" and my fiance really enjoys "the ♡ of Mineral Springs" Most of all I love that they are already open when I drop my son off at the elementary school so I can swing by the shop after I leave the school and really start my morning with a motivational treat!!“
