“Great customer service! I stopped today to get a cup of coffee. I start by saying I am not an avid coffee drinker. I let them know this and they made a suggestion, I did not like it. Before I left the establishment they made sure that I had a perfect cup of coffee that I enjoyed at no charge. If you haven't tried them you should go. #MonroeGem“

“East Frank Superette and Kitchen is a great oasis and respite from your "traditional" family restaurant. The staff are warm and welcoming, the patrons are a delight, and the food is amazing! “So my boyfriend came here 6 years ago and every time we pass through the area he tells me how amazing it is. Well we finally were able to stop today and I have to say his hype was fully justified. We both had a handmade, fresh cannoli. He had a large vanilla latte and I had an iced latte with almond milk, honey, and cinnamon. The food and drinks were absolutely amazing. Definitely stop in!!“

“This is a must stop if you're ever in Monroe. So adorable inside and smells so yummy inside. The owner and her staff are the sweetest! Their desserts and sausage balls are a must. I always love to surprise clients with some goodies from there. This hidden gem is a must stop!“

“Great boba place in the South Charlotte area! Highly recommend the Hong Kong Milk Tea. The packaging is very cute and convenient to carry on the go. Location is also convenient and accessible. The claw machine looks like fun and there is a lot of cute merch on display for sale. Service is fast and extremely welcoming. The menu is very diverse and varied.“

“Clean and pleasant Starbucks… cash attendant was friendly and didn’t seem to hate the day/life as some in the area.There is no drive thru and parking can be hard to find but the husband dropped me off for convenience and circled the lot.You can tell the staff was elbow deep making online orders because a venti blonde red eye and cappuccino took about 5 minutes. I took off a star because even though I always order a cappuccino, I end up getting a latte… and that’s why we bought a Breville Barista Express for the house. I’m paying for a cappuccino, might as well know it’s made correctly.Nice establishment though… will be back for a quick drink if it’s on our route and if we don’t make our own.“
“Best breakfast blend coffee by far..Rockwell Cafe in Rockwell NC serves Java Jeff’s coffee and Tea..For me the coffee isn’t bitter and it doesn’t leave me feeling jittery all day nor with indigestion..Highly recommended and more importantly, it’s local..“

“I have lived in 7 different states and many cities, this is the consistently the best Starbucks I have ever been to. I have been going there since Dec of 22'. They are all friendly, fast, and caring. The drinks always are the same. Once in awhile I order something very complicated and they NEVER get it wrong. “Cozy place to sit down and do some work in, prices are Starbucks prices so I'd say just nothing special, but they never mess up my name so doing well there. Great smell in there though, and nice seats to sit in. Baristas are nice and friendly and the atmosphere is great.“
