“By far one of my favorite lunch spots when visiting the area. Limited locations which stinks, but the food is truly something special. Peruvian wonders for sure! The chicken combo is light, enough, and full of flavor. Sides are all solid. My favorite is the cilantro rice! The juices are so good so make sure to try one. I’m from NY so I usually only get to eat here once a year. If you live close by you are blessed! This company is doing everything right. Staff were polite and friendly. “My wife and I had dinner at the Charlotte location this evening. We had great service from our server Noah, who was very quick to take our drink order and provided attentive service for our entire dinner. We both ordered a Chimichangas (my wife had the chicken and I had the beef). Both were delicious, well seasoned and served hot. (fwiw) noted the staff were sweeping and cleaning the restaurant tables quickly, after a table turned.“

“Absolutely delicious Thanksgiving dinner we ordered! Staff helped me load to my car and it was ready when I arrived. The Turkey was smoked and my whole family loved it. The sides were very delicious as well, a lot better than what you get at the grocery store. I loved the sweet potatoes and cranberry sauce the best. Tastes homemade and absolutely amazing!! “I’m glad they decided to open a new location. I love everything about this place. Their banh mi is top notch in my opinion and I love their pork belly. But most importantly, the owner is super nice. He value his business and love his customers. Everytime I go in there it’s always a happy vibe. They greet customers soon as you walk in. This is a business owner who deserves all the success that’s coming his way and i certainly don’t mind giving my Money to his business.“

“We needed a Gluten Free option and the usuals are getting old! The Steak sandwich on a GF bun was delicious! It fit the bill perfectly for what we were seeking. The Parmesan potato’s pancake was cooked to perfection. The only adjustments I would make was (when the steak was after the server asked and the steak was ordered medium, that it should have at least some pink), but it was tender and flavorful. The multi-server thing got confusing. One person took drink order, another delivered (1 was incorrect), another ran the food and we were not told of the multi-layered service). Everyone was nice, it was just a little confusing and no one ever asked about drink refills and when the coffee cup was empty there was no one around for a long time. But… we still like the food, prices, atmosphere, options, and consistency.“

“It’s been a few years since my last review so I think it’s time to leave another one. King Fish Poke is the place to go when I need to cheer myself up and it was fantastic to find out today that they now have fruit teas. I got a passionfruit Tea and it is absolutely delicious. It is the perfect balance between sweetness and fruity flavor and I can’t wait to try the rest of the flavors that they offer.

Not to mention the poke….. best in the city 😍 there are so many customization options, and I love that they mix the rice and toppings together for me, even though that’s not their typical protocol.“

Loved the sandwich I got and there are so many options on the menu I look forward to trying. One critique would be no prices listed on the menu—this was incredibly weird. I had looked at prices online prior to visiting and my sandwich cost more than it was listed online. I still enjoyed the food but no prices listed? Seems shady and will turn a lot of folks off. Since there is a sign board in shop there’s really no excuses for this since changing prices could easily be modified without re-printing menus.“

Everything was so fresh, the salad didn’t even make it home😂 the array of dressings was amazing and the one I chose complimented everything perfectly. You even get to sample them so you’re not stuck with one you didn’t like. I created my own but their menu is filled with great recommendations. And there are other things like wraps and even hot items so everyone can find something they like. 10/10 friendly staff especially Steph who was so patient with me I’m terrible at making choices and she worked with me and made magic!
