“Y'all do not walk, run, drive, bike, scooter, whatever to this location first thing in the morning or you'll miss the good donuts. The jelly filled donuts are probably in my top ten and they go quick! I have tried almost every kind of donut here, their dough is light and airy and the icing is sweet and thin, they're always perfectly coated. They also have a couple pastry items, the cinnamon roll and apple fritters are like so good you will wrestle over who gets the last one. Old school counter with glass showing case (always the sign of truly good donuts) and the women who work here are so kind and welcoming every time we come. I really love this little spot. It's on the side of a strip mall, can be a little hard to find at first but trust me once you know about MJ's you'll never go anywhere else on purpose.“

“Wow absolutely amazing place! I think these were the best donuts I have ever had! And I have had a lot of donuts! The service was fast and friendly. The donuts were very soft and fresh and it didn't have the overwhelming fried taste like some donuts places have. Would highly recommend this place to anyone. Donuts are sooo very delishous! “I’m honestly surprised this place wasn’t as packed as other places in charlotte because it’s a true gem! The donuts are unique and delicious. The brioche donuts aren’t overly sweet but they are just perfect. And the people were kind, patient and you could tell they took pride in the place and product, and they should it’s unique and delicious. 10/10 the best donuts in charlotte run don’t walk! The brown butter, the chocolate honeycomb, the raspberry glazed were all stellar. Can’t wait to try other flavors as well!“

“I couldn’t say more wonderful things about this tea house. The atmosphere is beautiful, there is a swing, a gorgeous mural on the wall, and calm music that they have playing.The drinks are customizable to EXACTLY what you’d like, even down to how much sugar and ice. I was able to get my favorite kind of tea, and it was incredible.We had macarons as well, while they had been busy prior and sold out of several things, there were still many options- and the macarons were to DIE for.It’s not a restaurant, but the sweet treats and seating area definitely makes for a cozy place to have a snack.Can’t wait to return!“

“Yummy made to order deliciousness. They were pretty busy and short staffed like most places these days, but customer service was still on point. They had DoorDash orders coming in as well and lady behind the counter running the register (I assume manager) wanted to make sure the staff got caught up before she took my order so I would have fresh and hot donuts. I definitely appreciated that. I got the maple bacon, and they did not disappoint. So warm and flavorful.“

“Fantastic doughnuts--maybe the best in town, or at least neck and neck with Suarez. We are obsessed with the white chocolate chai, brown butter and salt, whipped lemon ricotta, cinnamon pear, and honey butter cinnamon-bun. Everything we have tried has been incredible though. I would say this is one of the few spots in CLT that could compete in a bigger, dining-competitive city and we are so lucky to have it here. Parking is rough, but they deliver, which makes it dangerously easy to over-indulge. We got a couple of boxes delivered in place of cake for a family member's birthday and they went over BIG.“

“Delicious pho and fruit teas. Stopped in for lunch yesterday and was surprised that my meal quickly became one of the best pho’s I’ve ever had.Large portion, lots of noodles and lots of flavor to the dish. I ordered the pho ga or chicken pho and paired it with a delicious dragon fruit tea.Customer service was top tier. Crystal is amazing and really takes pride in her business. The inside is clean and there’s plenty of space to hang out.“

“Excuse the name/pic this is the wife’s review:Came in from oot and bought this cake for my Birthday. Best cake I’ve had in years! I got the Vanilla with Strawberry filling, and strawberries around the top, and oh my goodness.. so fresh, moist and just so good! I ordered the 10” cake and it was huge!! For the price it’s worth every penny. The buttercream is perfect, not too sweet but just right. I will definitely be ordering again on my next visit. Thank you for the experience!“

“Delicious donuts conveniently located in the middle of Park Rd Shopping Center! I didn't realize that this shop is literally in the parking lot - in a kiosk which looks to have once been used by the hardware store for copying keys. It's a cute spot with some outdoor seating and a window where you order. I was expecting to be able to take a look at the donuts and make my decision that way, but here you just have to visualize what they may look like after reading what they have available on the chalkboard (or reference Yelp pics, of course!). Every month, they have different Special donuts (which you can find on their social media pages), and they always carry their Classic flavors (unless they've run out for the day). We ordered 4 donuts: toasted coconut (special), Bavarian cream (special), dark chocolate with sprinkles (classic), and cinnamon sugar with cream cheese frosting (classic). I love the square shape of the donuts and how soft they are. They were all tasty in their own way. I really liked the custard filling in the Bavarian cream, and the cream cheese frosting on the cinnamon sugar added something special - this one was probably our fave of the bunch. The staff member helping us was patient and friendly. We didn't stick around to enjoy our donuts on site since it was a chilly day, but it would be nice to hang out in front of the shop in warmer weather. I'll def be back for more of Your Mom's Donuts!“

“I never would have thought that vegan donuts would taste so good. I posted a pick to my friend and when I said it was vegan they couldn’t believe it. It was probably one of the best donuts I’ve had in a while. It was not to sweet nor very thick. It was airy and just the right amount of sweetness! I will definitely be recommending this place to others if they are looking for not only vegan donuts but good donuts in general.“

“I had my first breakfast burrito there today and it was truly delicious. Not too small or too large, it was a perfect size for a great breakfast. If someone were to ask me if it was world famous? It is World Famous in my book! You can tell that the chef put great effort into making it wiht care. The donuts here are very fresh also. They do have a small but adequate assortment of breakfast dishes. My first thought was when can I go there again next. Order in advance so that it is ready for pickup on the go. “reallt cute spot with ample outdoor seating with umbrellas. limited parking spots. i didn’t get a chance to try their drinks but i had the hot dip chicken sandwich and it definitely exceeded my expectations! there was a yummy kick to the sauce and the chicken had the right amount of crisp! i did not feel like the sandwich skimped out on the chicken, which has been my experience from other places. i would definitely come back and try other items on the menu!“

They were also very patient when we were unable to pick them up two days later thanks to complications from the birthday girl... we spoke to Kara on the phone and she was very understanding.
