“I went here yesterday and there were two slightly rude very specific women ordering in front of me. The two young girls working there handled them with a ton of patience that i don’t know if i would have had. So kutos to them. My sandwich was good as well!“

“Food is always great, which is why I’m still leaving 5 stars. However, I was surprised to see I was charged $3.90 just for extra cilantro and onions — at that point, I could’ve almost bought another taco.

There was also a previous time I was called back because I was accidentally only charged for one order of steak tacos instead of two.

Overall, the food is consistently good, but I’ll definitely avoid adding extras or paying over the phone in the future.“

“I went through Biscuitville on Martin Luther King 165 I couldn't tell who was running the place because the employees were running the place I tried to take my order back because it was wrong and ask to speak to a Manager and all these employees kept trying to help me . Get together down there.“

“I like the remodel, I like the new menu specialties, just sometimes they fail to execute the product. There is no consistency in the service. Sometimes the food is hot, other times not. If you order the same item two days in a row, you will not get the same sandwich.“

“My recent visit to La bamba was a mixed experience. While the service was excellent—attentive and friendly from start to finish—the food unfortunately fell short of expectations.

I ordered the steak tacos with a side of rice. The most significant issue was the complete lack of flavor. Both the meat and the rice tasted unseasoned, as if no salt or pepper had been used. The meal was simply bland and lacked any depth.

The salsa was equally disappointing. It seemed to consist of nothing more than blended tomato and onion, missing the key spices and herbs that give salsa its vibrant flavor. It was just as bland as the main dish.

Ultimately, while the great service was a positive note, the quality of the food was a dealbreaker for me. Based on this experience, I don't see myself returning in the future.“

“My husband came in on 3/30/24. He said the staff were very nice and were a little busy. He told me about the awful lady that waited on her food and wanted a refund and what took place with her throwing her drink at the glass. We felt horrible about this. These were the best sandwiches we have ate from this location. My husband said the sandwich artist took their time and made sure the order was correct, instead of quick look at ticket and hand off incorrect order. Way to go guys and gals of JJ! “I tried the new mini taco salads. These things are mini, but they are really good. The price is under 3$. I get mine with sour cream, no Chipotle sauce, meat, refried beans, lettuce, tomato and mild sauce. It says they're limited time only but my fingers are crossed for them to leave it on the menu for good. I rated the atmosphere at a 2 because the worker in the back was cussing extremely loud at another worker about how he wasn't doing his job right & it was going to cause them all to get in trouble. Other than that, everything was great!“

“Honestly, Biscuitville is so much more superior than bojangles!! How can you beat a business who locally sources all of their ingredients? Also, the folks working this specific location as such home-body great folks. So sweet to kids and old people, and making it happen whenever its busy as all hell-which is often.

They even have little easter decorations at every table. Im usually grossed out to eat in-store at fast food places, but never biscuitville! Very cozy and cute inside.

Every week I craved the #17 and we finally went in person to order some food since it was on the way home from my wife’s workplace.

Man it was a delightful first experience. Greeted as we walked in, immediately attended to even though there was a line and the long awaited sub was in my hands in no time. Damn good food and service!

(We came again a few weeks later and saw the same crew working through the glass doors and I literally said “yes, same people! This food gonna be soo good! And spoiler alert: it was)“
