“My husband sent me a link and asked me to check out PrimoHoagies. I looked at the link and read reviews. I also looked at photos of the sandwiches. We decided to try Primo tonight AND THEY DID NOT DISAPPOINT! First of all, when we walked in I told the staff it was my first time there. She said ok, I'll walk you through the menu. She gave the lowdown on the sandwich sizes, the spicy spice blend and gave me a sample of the broccoli Rabe (which SLAPS!). We settled on the Big T, a regular turkey and cheese and Turkey Diablo. The sesame hoagie roll is ALL that too. Recommend you go with that one. The meats are shaved to order. The toppings were plentiful with no bald skimpy spots. They went end to end on the rolls. The Diablo seasonings were really good and the lettuce, tomatoes, and pickles were fresh. All in all a great experience. “Many years ago, Jersey Mike's catered my wedding. They are one of the few restaurants that are still doing it as good today as they did decades ago. My sandwich was outstanding. I got the #9 Mike's Way.

I shared my sandwich with a coworker who claimed to have never visited Jersey Mike's. He was blown away. He said that he has never put oil & vinegar on sandwich but he will fron now on.

The service was great, I was literally in & out. 5 STARS.“

“You order at the counter, and they call your name when your meal is ready. Pricey! To me $35.00 for a salad, a sandwich and 2 sodas is expensive. My wife got the Charleston Smoked Chicken Sandwich. She enjoyed her lunch but the bread seemed stale. I loved my Chicken Fiesta Salad. The dressing was excellent.“

“I placed an online order with your Business May 25th. I ordered four subs, I always order the rosemary parmesan. I have multiple kids to feed before bedtime. I got home and opened my order, only to find out that it was incorrect. I called your store at least 7 times I did not get an answer. There were multiple people behind the counter. You guys didn't appear to be super busy when I picked up my order. There were two customers and a decent amount of people behind the counter. I had to leave my home, due to calling the store several times with no success. I spoke with Hunter. He told me they weren't able to get in touch with me to let me know they ran out of the rosemary bread, he's sorry, and there's nothing they can do about it. I asked if they called me to inform me. He told me they couldn't due to being super busy. They had to make subs, there were customers in store they had to assist, and someone on the register, therefore no one was available to call me. So they just made it with white bread. So what I'm gathering is I placed and paid for a specific order, your employees were too busy to call me to inform me that you didn't have what I ordered, decided to make what you wanted, they didn't bother to inform me upon pick up, and then tell me when I DRIVE back up there after numerous phone call attempts that you can't do anything about it... pretty much I'm not a customer that matters? After I pay for what I want, I get what you give me with no other options? His attitude about the situation was terrible. I'm very thankful you all are still operating through this pandemic, but customer service still matters. This is the first BAD experience that I've had with this store. Good subs, poor customer service from the manager on duty at the time.“

Even though Lucille’s technically doesn’t deliver, the owner took my call, got to the bagel store earlier than usual to assemble my order and delivered it herself. Great to come in and get a sandwich when there's something going on downtown and they don't charge extra during events like some of the other fast food on this street.

“This is my favorite Subway location in Raleigh. I get food from here multiple times a week. Inside, the store is well-appointed, and the bathrooms are updated and very clean. Most importantly, though, the staff is very kind. Agnar, one of the operators, is very friendly and always greets me by name. Clearly, she works hard and cares about what she does. Even if you don't live close by, I believe it is worth the drive to have (what is sure to be) a great experience at the Hillsborough Street Subway.“

“Keep in mind that this Subway is owned by new people, so any negative reviews 3 months ago and before should be thrown away, since it’s not fair to the great people who run it now. This Subway is fantastic, the lady who regularly works there is always very nice and their subs are great. I can’t say the same for many Subway’s I’ve been to in the past few years. I’ve been going to Subway’s from when I was a kid, and these days many skimp on ingredients where you feel like you’re mostly eating bread. This Subway makes a great sandwich and the staff is nice! Very clean location and well organized.“

“I made an order last night online. I payed to get sliced avocados which is an extra fee and I didn’t get any in my sandwich. I also bought 2 cookies and only received one. They need to either train the workers there better or pay more attention to peoples orders. Besides that… the location is clean and well organized. Just upsetting to get home, happy to eat your meal and have something missing. ?“
