“If I could give y’all a hundred stars I would! We had about 30 people coming together for my birthday. I had been in communication with a different restaurant (Cowfish) for over a month preparing because 30 people at a restaurant is NOT a small feat! They decided to give me a hard time the night of and were not really willing to accommodate us. We decided to find another restaurant. I immediately knew that NO ONE was going to be able to accommodate 30 people on a Saturday Evening but I was wrong! BONEFISH to the rescue! Before we even got across the street the tables were pushed together and prepped with menus water and silverware! Not only that even with a party of our size everything was executed perfectly! The food was delicious, we had a great time, the managers were friendly, and our server was the GREATEST (especially to be new to serving large parties.) I even loved my little art work on my to go box! We love intentionality! Shout out to Rasheive! All in all it was a 10/10 night, with 10/10 people in a 10/10 restaurant! Definitely coming back. ❤️“

“I love everything about this place, the food was so amazing! I went with a friend and we shared Saltado de Pollo, Chicken Chaufa with sauces (we asked for them), Pineapple Juice and Chicha Morada. The service was great and it was a wonderful experience. I have never had Peruvian food before, and I enjoyed this experience throughly, not to mention it was very traditional. I loved it so much! “We celebrated my birthday at The Oak last night and had an amazing experience. Our server, John, was fantastic, and the Wright Flight cocktail is a must if you love gin. We loved the bone marrow starter, my husband’s ribeye was incredibly tender, and the confit duck tasted like fall on a plate. The Espresso Martini Affogato and peanut butter pie were perfect desserts. They even sent us home with mini banana breads! The Oak is officially my new favorite spot in Raleigh.“

“Had a great experience at Capital Grille this weekend for my son’s bday. They greeted us upon entry and immediately said happy birthday to my son, who loved it. Then the table was decorated and had a card from the restaurant for him. Nice little touches that made it special for him. The service was great, David and team took good care of us throughout the night. He even made sure the meals came out quick as we were trying to make the football game that night.“

As you can see the picture tells you what I had and then today August 9 I went in for my dad‘s birthday and got tequila sunrise and he got the Tres amigos margarita. Definitely need light ice next time for my tequila Sunrise because he got water down quickly. Next time I will just come for drinks, but the food was good.“

“I love purchasing my fresh fish from saltwater seafood. I also love, love the prepared dishes that they serve in the kitchen, so very reasonable and actually very delicious. I love Mike and his wife. They are more than just my local fish Market owners. They are so very kind and they care about their Patrons. My mom used to love going to saltwater seafood and have conversations With Mike and his wife. I will never forget when I told Mike that my mom had passed he was so sad to hear that news he prayed with me and he Paid by $42 bill. I pray with Mike’s wife when He had a stroke and their daughter-in-law passed. I will shop here for as long as they are open to the public“

Their lunch specials are very reasonable during the week and their lemonade is yummy.
Weekends we get the 10 piece whiting platter, fried shrimp, and their chicken wings. Yup you heard me right …their chicken wings are so good. We ask them to fry the French fries crispy and get mamba sauce to dip them in. Their hush puppies are good especially when you dip it in mamba sauce. Everything is tasty and I love the cornmeal crispiness of the fish, it’s great on the heat up the next day.
Their prices went up a little since the summer time, but that’s to be expected since they are popular and well..the economy.“

“Mayflower has been around for decades and the regional locations appear to have survived hard times like the pandemic. This location has friendly staff. The food is no frills seafood and it’s good. This is what we would call back in the day a fish house. The servings are good value too. Typically enough for 2 meals.“

The food is always amazing, not a single item I wouldn't recommend from the menu. The service is always amazing and food comes out quick. Never too long a wait even when it's packed.
