“First of all- big kudos to Nicole/Nichole (sp?). She did a great job fixing some issues we had due to how busy they were.In general thanks to that good experience and I’ll come back to give them more business. Views are excellent and the menu is decent.“
“What a great place! We were unsure of the process when we arrived because you place your order as you walk in and then hang out outside until they call you for your table. Once seated, it wasn’t long before our food arrived. Sandwiches don’t come with sides, so be sure you add those to your order. We had the crab cake sandwich and the grilled grouper sandwich, both with a side of onion rings. The food was delicious. The location is great because your wait time is overlooking the activity along the ICW. You’ll have a view no matter where you’re seated. The servers were friendly and prompt. If we lived a little closer, it would be a regular spot for us.“
“Delicious. I had a cheeseburger and fried mushrooms. My friend had a hotdog. He said it was the best hotdog he’s ever had in his life. Large menu with a variety items a plus southern comfort food. 100% worth your money, affordably priced!“
“Enjoyed the cheeseburger combo, my wife had the devil crab combo. The burger was cooked correctly, good flavor, good meat. The devil crabs were nice as well no deep freezer burn taste. French fries were made fresh not held under heat lamp. The sweet tea was fresh brewed. Only reason for 4 star on service was the table we sat at had a sticky issue as if the server had mistakenly over looked it. The rest of the restaurant was very clean. Personality of staff was pleasant and friendly.“
“Take out. My Mom brought us to Silver Hill Grill for the 40+ years we spent at Holden Beach. The food has ALWAYS been exceptional. Visited 2 weeks ago with family. The scallops and oysters that I got were scrumptious, lightly breaded and not greasy. I would recommend this great place if you want wonderful seafood or home made burgers atbest prices in Brunswick county.“
“Loved the food, the beer selection, and the views! We went at an odd time, but the place was still busy. My husband appreciated the way the shrimp was prepped and cooked. The salad was a great portion and very filling. The Old Bay chips and the hush puppies were really good appetizers. We will be back!“
“Went there for the first time tonight based on a Facebook recommendation. The White Ricotta pizza was great! Karim the owner came out from the kitchen and spoke to everyone in the restaurant which was very nice. His daughter waited on us and the service was excellent! Told us that everything is homemade which is certainly how it tasted. Highly recommended!“
“Great fillet minon and potatoes. House salad side with entree ($4) could use more than 1 cherry tomato. Tenderloin appetizer (5 crackers) at $15 a little pricey ($3 ea.)Parking: Limited nbr in gravel lot. Side lot is dirt and can get muddy.“
“1st time here. Menu looked good. Got there when they opened at 4 pm. Was greeted with a smile and taken to a table. Nice atmosphere. Was greeted right away by Dakota. He was awesome. Very attentive. I ordered the blackened prime rib. Was hesitant because I am very picky on prime rib. I also have never tried blackened prime rib. Husband ordered the shrimp and grits. The prime rib was delicious!!!! Best in the area in my opinion. Husband loved the shrimp and grits, minus the tails were on. By 4:30, there were a lot of people there. Highly recommend and we will return with Friends. Thank you Dakota for such great service. 2nd time back. Wasn't busy. Our server Renay was very attentive and very nice. Food was really good, but disappointed no more prime rib. Got the blackened filet, it was real good. Will return.“
“My only problem with this place was the stairs. For folks like me, handicapped, it meant climbing the stairs or dining outside on a cool evening. I don't remember seeing any patio heaters either. Put in a small elevator, one or two passengers, for those of us in need. That said, the food was fabulous as was the service. A very beachy experience.“
“Decorated as a shrine to college football , easy , relaxed atmosphere. The fried flounder and fried oysters were melt in your mouth delicious. The fried shrimp was stiff and overly breaded, maybe was prefrozen. French fries were not straight out of the fryer and a little cold. I didn't care for the slaw but I can be picky. I would return for the fried flounder and oystersWent back for a second visit. Had a Po'boy shrimp sandwich. Delicious, shrimp was large, fresh and yummy“
“An outstanding restaurant, service and food were great. Maryland crab cakes were delicious. Our server, Nikki provided us service that was above and beyond expectations, she was the very best, friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. Lobster Bisque and oysters on the half shell were perfect. We will definitely return soon.“
“We are not local to this area and we had a friend reccomended this establishment for lunch. The restaurant was clean, as were the restrooms. There was plenty of seating inside and out which was nice because it was a beautiful day and we sat outside at a picnic table, but there is a nice covered seating area upstairs which was a little too shady for us since it was a little cool the day we were there. The food options were plentiful without being overwhelming. I got the pulled pork sandwich with crispy fries and my friend got the flounder sandwich with coleslaw. The flounder was well cooked with a nice thin breading with shredded lettuce and a tomato slice along with homemade coleslaw which was very good. My pulled pork sandwich was very nice with the same homemade coleslaw. The pork was very tasty and had a nice little heat kick to it which was very pleasant. I am sensitive to spicy foods but this was a nice bit of spice. The crispy fries were delicious, they were exceptionally crispy but maybe a tad bit too salty, but it didn't stop me from munching down every last one!! The portions aren't huge but very satisfying and didn't leave me feeling stuffed and bloated. Overall a great little place. I wouldn't hesitate to come back or reccomended.Parking: Seemed to be ample parking on a Monday around 4:00 in March-so off season.“
“I ordered the Sirloin tips with baked potato and 1 trip to the salad bar. Salad bar was well stocked and everything was fresh and good. Steak tips turned out to be a thin sirloin cut up in straps. They were tasteless with no seasoning and overcooked. Baked potato was done, but whoever cut it open cut through the foil and I wound up picking foil out of my potato. I think maybe I just ordered the wrong meal.“
“I've been eating at this restaurant for several years when I'm visiting the beach, and find the food to be consistently delicious, and the service to be mostly really good. My favorite dishes are the Chicken Casa Bella, the burgers, the salads, and triggerfish (if it's available - offered as a special for the evening. I also really like the brownie a la mode dessert. This is a popular place to eat, so I find that at the height of the vacation season, it's best to get there early and avoid a wait. I also find that the service is best before they get super-busy. The staff works hard, but can get overloaded when big groups come in.“
