“The service was fantastic. The meal was a good as it looked. Great job by the chef. This would have been an enjoyable experience except for the ceiling fans over the table. They chilled your meal before you were half done, blew napkins and such off the table and forced my wife to go get a sweater out of the car. They should have a speed control. I will try this establishment again , but will not sit in certain booths.“

“We had the best time, great food and fun service! One of my best friends and I ate there, at the outdoor bar. We had a blast with the staff and the other patrons. We met a couple of four legged regulars….some very tame raccoons came up on the deck and added to our fun and laughter!“

“We’ve eaten here year after year. Ate here tonight and it was as great as always. I had the grilled seafood platter and everything was perfect. Each fish tasted fresh and not dry. Has salmon, oyster Rockefeller, sea scallops, shrimp, a crab cake with green beans. Both filing and done right. Others in our group had lamb, duck, grouper, chicken and all enjoyed it. Definitely made with fresh ingredients every day. I also think anything less the a 10 rating is not appropriate.“

“Great food gave been here a few times over the years. This year we drove 45 minutes just to go back and still the same food and still the same quality I want from a restaurant. Happy hour 4-6 highly recommend. Fried Oakra, huspuppies, Crab legs, margaritas, yum. Overall 99%“

“Went with some friends to the Yuletide Pop-Up today and honestly… adorable overload. The whole place felt like we’d walked straight into a Christmas snow globe. The drinks were next-level good, and our server, Shannon, absolutely made the whole experience. She was warm, funny, and just all-around fantastic. Couldn’t have asked for a better time!!!“

“Billy kids/Maxwell‘s is one of the most family, friendly oriented restaurant that you could ever experience with amazing fix it yourself salad bar along with some amazing fresh made seafood, and steak sitting outside of that he has a bar as well with the most friendliest bartenders and regulars, along with the most magnificent owner you will ever come by the biggest heart and will give the shirts off his back to anyone needed. Please do not miss out and come visit Billy the kids/Maxwell bar“

“Very cool place to hang out, chicken tacos were great, mahi mahi bowl was alright- fish great the rest of it ok. Gumbo- nothing special. BLT teenager review- awesome! Apps were good. “Dined on June 22 for my daughter’s Birthday. We all got a separate appetizer and entree. This was the best meal and service I have had in a while. Everything taste wonderful. Tandy took great care of us even while the place was packed. We got to meet Jessica the Manager to express our pleasure. We all will be back. Thank you all for the experience!!“

“We had the best service at Hoto's. Our server Kelsey was the best and sweetest girl. She stayed on top of everything and made sure we had the best time. If you haven't ate at Hoto's you need to. The food was excellent and the service was too. Hope when you do you get Kelsey as your server.“

“Best in South Carolina! Food is Southern cooking at its finest! Crab legs are fresh and served hot at a price you can’t beat. All of the personnel is super friendly and on top of it. We’ve been there at least 20 times in the last year and never ever had a problem. It’s Local, it’s friendly and it’s Southern!!! Heading there tonight with our visiting guests!“
