“The food on the buffet was very delicious.i especially enjoyed the southern fried yellow summer squash just like grandma’s. It was so good I’ll be back for sure. “We live in the area and have eaten here many times over the years. Easily the best of the Beach in our minds, and that sentiment seems to be shared widely. These days there is also art in the walls to enjoy and purchase as well. The food is superb and the service impeccable; a true asset to our community. I am thankful that we are blessed with such fine cuisine.“
“The food and service here were both fantastic! This is a cozy off the beaten path place. They start you off with a large basket of the best hush puppies around! My wife got the fried shrimp and Flounder. I ordered the hamburger steak. Our meals came with potatoes, coleslaw, and Texas toast. The portions were large and the prices were small. Our waiter (Derrell) was fast, friendly, and attentive. The cook here does an amazing job too! We drove in from N.Myrtle, the short drive was well worth it. We will be back to try some of the many other delicious looking menu items.“

“We have been here several times before but not in several years. Greeting and service remain at a high level. Menu seems smaller and prices are MUCH higher than in the past. The food is excellent but portions are on the small side so it is possible to leave hungry after spending hundreds. Hard to say that you should rush here“
“Fantastic food and service. Eat here every trip. We had three different kinds of meals. Steak, fish and chicken. All were cooked properly and tasted great. Our daughter's friend had chicken marsala for the first time. She loved it. Salmon special was very good. Brownie Sunday topped it off.“

“A fun atmosphere with great food and the kids loved the coloring books.Kid-friendliness: The place has a lively atmosphere so normal children noise is perfectly acceptable. They also have coloring pages and crayons for the kids and high chairs. I had all five grandchildren with me and everyone did great.“

Service is always spot on even challenged with a crazy busy night. We got lucky tonight and got seated immediately about 6pm on a Friday in mid April. Wife and I split an order of Buffalo Ranch Dry Rub Wings and a wedge salad. We practically licked both bowls! “I was blown away by the great service and delicious food. We liked it so much that we went twice in 3 days! The staff was exceptional and they cheerfully modified our entrees to be vegan. The manager even checked-in with us and we praised and complimented the staff. They even have a robot bring the food out (with the servers) which is innovative and fun. Good food, amazing service, they deserve this 5-star rating AND your business.Vegetarian options: They modified the street tacos for me to have black beans instead of meat. They were perfect!“

“Wow! 10 out of 10!! My husband, 2 friends, and I all LOVED this restaurant. I'm glad we used the app to make a reservation with the waterfront view because they were packed. I was looking for a place to get crab legs and live music with a view. We couldn't really hear the music from where we were, but the food and the view made up for that. The crab dip small plate (appetizer) was hands down one of the best we have ever had!!! You will need extra pita bread to go with it. I got the crab legs with a side salad (it was huge). The crab legs had a little too much old bay but it didn't deter me at all! My husband got the steak tips, and he said they "were mighty tasty!" Our 2 friends loved the crab cakes they both ordered. And my God...the turtle cheesecake had our eyes rolling in the back of our head in pure bliss! I'm not even that big of a fan of cheesecake, but DAMN it was good! Our waiter Grant was very personable. The sun setting added to the beautiful ambiance. You definitely need to try out The Blue Drum! I think they need to add a sign to the back of the building (where you park) as we weren't sure we were in the right place at first.“

“Very noisy place we went for lunch. The food was unremarkable, the noise level was almost intolerable. Our server was very nice. I guess I expected more, particularly the catch of the day sandwich but it was just not special in any way. The standout item to me was the coleslaw which is made with lots of pickle relish so it is sweet and refreshing. My sister in law had the homemade pie and reported that it was delicious. “Rarely do I review a chain, but the Bonefish in Myrtle, everything was outstanding. I made the reservation for the wrong Bonefish, and they seated us immediately. Even though the restaurant had an event going on. Our waiter, Vinnie, exceptional, even comped us champagne for our anniversary. I had a filet with shimp and oyster scampi. The filet rivaled many steakhouses in the area. My wife had grouper with crab - she swore it was one of the best dishes she's had in a long while. And to top off the evening, Vinnie comp'd the key lime cake. Kudos to Daniel (mgr) Vinnie and the hostess (I didn't catch her name, but she was from Boston) for running a great place“
“When it comes to seafood buffets here in Myrtle Beach there are lots of options. I chose this restaurant because of its dining and menu options alone. You can get the full buffet, you can get a buffet without crab legs, you can have just a soup salad and dessert buffet, or they have a menu that you can order off of. Prior to choosing this restaurant I'll call around to the others and none of them we're offering all of those options.Now let's talk about the options on the buffet .. there were plenty so no need to worry about that.Let's talk about service..A+++ from the time I called to inquire to the time I left after dining.Cheryl and I hope that I am spelling it correctly, was phenomenal.
