“The food was all excellent.“

“We’ve eaten here year after year. Ate here tonight and it was as great as always. I had the grilled seafood platter and everything was perfect. Each fish tasted fresh and not dry. Has salmon, oyster Rockefeller, sea scallops, shrimp, a crab cake with green beans. Both filing and done right. Others in our group had lamb, duck, grouper, chicken and all enjoyed it. Definitely made with fresh ingredients every day. I also think anything less the a 10 rating is not appropriate.“

“We had the best time, great food and fun service! One of my best friends and I ate there, at the outdoor bar. We had a blast with the staff and the other patrons. We met a couple of four legged regulars….some very tame raccoons came up on the deck and added to our fun and laughter!“

“I visit Cape Fear Seafood Company at least once a year with a group of friends, and each time I am pleased with the food quality and service. The menu's variety lets me choose something different each time. My favorite is the Shrimp & Grits because of the flavors used. The staff is friendly and does not rush you out the door when you finish your meal.“

“4 years after discovering this little gem, it is still our favourite place to eat in the Sunset Beach/Calabash area. they have the best clam strips I've ever had! The staff are friendly and efficient and the food is excellent. Did you know you can get your hot dogs fried? I learned something new tonight and it was a great discovery. Can't wait until October gets here so I can enjoy more delicious food!“

“Our first visit and we will be back. The Mediterranean pasta was on point with a fantastic mild pesto sauce. My wife had the salmon cooked to mid rare perfectly.

Those few ridiculous 1 star reviews are clearly tourists with no understanding of quality food. Chicken fingers and Mac and cheese are available at bogangles.“

“It is a nice place the staff is friendly. My only complaint is what I ate. They pass off a cheap fish for an expensive fish thinking people are stupid. I ordered the Grouper pinkante. What came out was Talapia. Grouper is a thick white meat fish what came out were two flat filets which where Talapia. It was good but the only reason I did not say anything was because of my wife asking me not to. If I ever go back and they try this again there will be a show for the restaurant to see.“
