“This subway has some of the hardest workers I’ve ever met. When I went here to get lunch with a friend the service was great! I ordered a sandwich and it was made in a short amount of time. There was a manager and a teenager but they both worked efficiently! The place was clean and well attended to. The customers were happy with the service. This shops seems like a great place for a teen to get their first job! Please stop being Karen’s and be patient with these workers!!! They are doing the best that they can! Overall this is a great subway location!“

“I decided to stop in & get a couple of subs today for my sister & I for lunch one hot & one cold & must tell you that we are beyond satisfied 😋 This was a complete 180 from the time I ordered online last year & was very disappointed with what I received a small portion of tuna salad and not having all the ingredients either. I called to speak to a manager but she had left for the day already & explained what happened I called multiple times & after a week later I finally got ahold of her & she gave me attitude & was very rude & asked me if I had my receipt & if I ate the sandwich 😳 She wasn’t wanting to give me a refund but told her that her other manager already told me that they would & finally said she would put the credit back on my card which I received the next day. Big shout out to Kenny & his crew 🗣💯 The subs were delicious & filling. I am very impressed with the customer service & friendliness of the staff. Thank you & keep up the amazing work 🤩“

“I was in a pickle today with my catering order being canceled without prior knowledge. I walked in to Potbelly and was greeted with kindness by Zane. I shared my predicament with another sandwich location and how I was in urgent need of 15 sandwiches. Zane, Jesse, Betty & Ian took care of me right away. They procured 2 sandwich boxes in under 20 minutes. I was able to make my meeting and take care of my customers without missing a beat. The team at Potbelly really went above and beyond. I greatly appreciate them and will certainly be back!!“

“I've gone to Picklemans for years but that stops today. I had a lettuce wrapped sandwich and was the smallest portion of food I've ever received. They were out of two items we tried to order and we had to ask for one item we ordered but didn't get. Honestly not worth the price anymore!“

“With Dodge Street running at 50mph you NEED to slow down and find this gem. Just off of Dodge at 80th street this sandwich shop packs a punch. We had a last minute need to feed the staff and Penn Station East Coast Subs ABSOLUTELY fit the bill. I ordered a sub package for 12 and a large Italian Salad. It was delivered on time and displayed professionally in the space available. They thought of everything and left nothing to chance, we had plenty of condiments and dressing for all. They will be a regular in the rotation now.“

“First time at Jersey Mike’s today. The food was excellent. I was even more impressed with the manager. I did not catch his name but he pushed his employees to get orders right, and quick, was himself working hard and did so with a smile. He greeted every customer, played peek-a-boo with a baby and had cheerful conversations with regulars. All of this on a busy Sunday lunch rush. Jersey Mike’s you do not want to lose this gentleman! It’s obvious he cares. With as busy as they were the bathrooms were even clean and tidy“

From the warm greeting from Josh as we entered the restaurant to the vibe in helping us order exactly what we love then delivering even better than we expected! We knew, this was not a standard, run of the mill sandwich shop.., this was more like eating a gourmet restaurant! He and his team were exceptional! Penn Station is now our “Go to” place to eat! “I visit this store a lot but my latest order was an absolutely terrible failure. I actually had 4 different problems with my order and the worst of it was a bug in my sandwich. Ordered a Deluxe original with no lettuce & tomato and they slopped so much of both on my sandwich. Both were wilted and had a rotten smell and ruined the entire order. On top of that failure, both of the sandwiches were supposed to be double meat but were not double meat at all and they also failed to include additional items in the bag that we ordered. I could go on and on about their failures but the bug in my sandwich says it all! Huge disappointment! MASSIVE FAILURE!“

“I buy a sandwich from this Jimmy John’s fairly often. I’ve never had a wrong order. Like the ads say it’s fresh food fast.

But I’m really just writing this review to give a special shout out to Gina who often works the windows at night. Gina is a welcoming, kind, fun, efficient and genuinely authentic person. You can tell she cares about and likes people and always takes that extra step to be present in the moment which can be pretty rare these days. She’s a true treasure!“

“I LOVE Jimmy Johns, but it legitimately bugs me, that EVERY TIME I add mayo packets to my order, they NEVER pay attention and add them! This is the 3rd time this has happened to me. :(“

It was fresh and it was made how a sandwich should be made, no skimping out here! I won’t mind spending $13 on lunch (if you get a combo, sandwiches are cheaper by themselves), because at least you’ll get a quality meal for it being a fast sub place.“

“Very clean subway and I have to say the two employees working were so sweet and kind. They did a great job making our food and putting on just perfect portions. It was a very friendly environment!

Kid-friendliness: Always a great place to bring the kids. They have kid milk options or water. I usually order a 6 inch and have them cut it in half.

The ingredients were fresh and the bread was soft. The service was quick and food was yummy. Only feedback was the confusion of the drive thru menu vs the online and inside menus.“
