“This subway has some of the hardest workers I’ve ever met. When I went here to get lunch with a friend the service was great! I ordered a sandwich and it was made in a short amount of time. There was a manager and a teenager but they both worked efficiently! The place was clean and well attended to. The customers were happy with the service. This shops seems like a great place for a teen to get their first job! Please stop being Karen’s and be patient with these workers!!! They are doing the best that they can! Overall this is a great subway location!“

“This place, as always, was fantastic. I had never had Picklemans before moving here but it's become my favorite sandwich stop. I had placed a DoorDash order, on lunch as a driver myself, and DD sent my order to the wrong store, waiting precious time and potentially leaving me with no food and no break.

Worst part? I forgot my wallet, and had no way to pay at the store.

*angelic noises* enter DAMIEN and DANNY. I had told them I had a DD order, they didn't have it, but checked my app, CALLED THE OTHER STORE FOR ME, and made my food. They handled every aspect of making sure everything was above board, I was taken care of, and fed. Seriously, bless you, dudes. I don't know if I've ever felt so taken care of and appreciated as a customer then I have by these two. RAISES RAISES RAISES THESE DUDES ARE WHY I COME BACK TO PICKLEMANS!!!!!

“I decided to stop in & get a couple of subs today for my sister & I for lunch one hot & one cold & must tell you that we are beyond satisfied 😋 This was a complete 180 from the time I ordered online last year & was very disappointed with what I received a small portion of tuna salad and not having all the ingredients either. I called to speak to a manager but she had left for the day already & explained what happened I called multiple times & after a week later I finally got ahold of her & she gave me attitude & was very rude & asked me if I had my receipt & if I ate the sandwich 😳 She wasn’t wanting to give me a refund but told her that her other manager already told me that they would & finally said she would put the credit back on my card which I received the next day. Big shout out to Kenny & his crew 🗣💯 The subs were delicious & filling. I am very impressed with the customer service & friendliness of the staff. Thank you & keep up the amazing work 🤩“

“I was in a pickle today with my catering order being canceled without prior knowledge. I walked in to Potbelly and was greeted with kindness by Zane. I shared my predicament with another sandwich location and how I was in urgent need of 15 sandwiches. Zane, Jesse, Betty & Ian took care of me right away. They procured 2 sandwich boxes in under 20 minutes. I was able to make my meeting and take care of my customers without missing a beat. The team at Potbelly really went above and beyond. I did not catch his name but he pushed his employees to get orders right, and quick, was himself working hard and did so with a smile. “I visit this store a lot but my latest order was an absolutely terrible failure. I actually had 4 different problems with my order and the worst of it was a bug in my sandwich. Ordered a Deluxe original with no lettuce & tomato and they slopped so much of both on my sandwich. Both were wilted and had a rotten smell and ruined the entire order. On top of that failure, both of the sandwiches were supposed to be double meat but were not double meat at all and they also failed to include additional items in the bag that we ordered. I could go on and on about their failures but the bug in my sandwich says it all! Huge disappointment! MASSIVE FAILURE!“

“This was my first (but definitely not last!) "Unwich". For those not familiar with these, they are the standard sandwich wrapped in a nice big lead of lettuce. I had been apprehensive about getting on because I thought it would be fairly insubstantial and I would still be hungry. NOT!! The ingredients were excellent, the portion was absolutely adequate and the mouth feel was very satisfying. Service was excellent... did a great time answering questions. I have Celiac Disease and It's awesome to find a totally tasty option for when I'm craving a sub. Well done!“

“Love a good sub from Jersey Mike's, but every time I order a sandwich they make it a complicated process. Ordered a Club Supreme which comes with bacon and mayo. I say make it Mike's way which should imply to keep the sandwich as is then put the Mike's way toppings on it. Then that's where they ask me if I want each topping lettuce, onion, tomato, bacon, mayo. Yes I want everything that comes on the sandwich with Mike's way. Shouldn't be that difficult.“
