“Sweet magnolias was the perfect place for us to purchase our wedding cake! We were able to get a sample box which we used to make a cute little date for the two of us. It was so hard deciding which flavor to choose because each one was so amazing. Sweet Magnolia’s accommodated my husband and I by recreating a photo we had found on Pinterest. It was so perfect and delicious!“

“Decent food at a fair price but the vibe is a bit overstimulating and the chairs are not the most comfortable if you're planning on hanging out for a bit. There isn't table service for ordering and you have to gather your own cutlery which is fine if they remember to tell you or you're already familiar w/the place.“

“I tried one of their huckleberry latte and it was meh. Maybe that is it how it suppose to taste like and I jusy didnt like it? i dont know. I probably come here again and try a typical espresso drink to judge for myself if this is a spot I should come again or not. Other than that, staffs are friendly and the interior is calming and welcoming. They also sell plants but not so much options.“

“Delicious food, similar to a restaurant that went out of business in KCMO, that I have been missing. I ordered the BBQ cheese fries. I have Celiac disease and am allergic to dairy and so, and am vegan so finding a restaurant where I can eat just about anything on the menu is exciting as growing up I felt left out every time my family went out to eat and I would either bring my own food or I would sit there watching them eat, silently thinking about how gross their food was. The vanilla sprinkle donut was moist, I usually can't eat this type of food because of the dryness of the bread product. The cookies and cream shake was good but I would have preferred a plain vanilla shake.“

“My Son and I went for his 14th birthday. The food was awesome the service was great. The atmosphere was chill. However, I was hoping they would make a bigger deal of his birthday. They just offered him a cheap desert and that was it. Meanwhile, right behind us there was a group of ladies also celebrating a birthday at their table. This person got this big sparkler and all this fanfare. They made it special for her but didn't do the same for my son. All in all we will definitely go back. Have a great one.“

“We held my daughter’s bridal shower at the Omaha location. The venue was perfect! I worked with Maddie prior to the event; she answered all of my questions and we had the details ironed out ahead of time.
The day of the event was fantastic! We set up rather quickly and had everything ready to go by the time of the shower. Everyone had a fantastic time and the venue provided the perfect setting and ambiance. Our bartender Kelly was amazing! I’m highly recommend hosting an event at Saro!“

“I asked the gal working what she recommended and told her I liked sweet. She gave me a few options, so I decided to try something new. The caramel and tiramisu iced coffee I got was absolutely delicious!! I personally think it’s better than Starbucks, and Starbucks is my go-to whenever I get the chance. 10/10 would recommend! Very friendly and the shop itself is a cute little coffee shop.“

“On 8/29, we decided to try the Pizza Pie Guys. I ordered over the phone and went to pick it up. The woman who handed me our order was super nice & very friendly. Got home and we took our first bite together. My mom had the Mac & Beer Cheese Pizza, my husband had the Italian Danwich and I had the Pancetta White Pizza. No joke, we all moaned at our first bites. “A lovely spot with healthy and delicious food and coffee! I stopped in early in the morning on a roadtrip and the vibe was quiet and welcoming and got chatty and bright as the place filled up. Friendly, helpful staff and the food was so good! The prices aren’t cheap, but taste and quality were on point. I had a sourdough scone and toastie and was surprised by how good both were. I’ll definitely stop in next time I come through Omaha!“

I highly recommend the pad thai with parmesan-crusted chicken breast. The pad thai was super flavorful and amazing! I will be ordering this again! My husband really enjoyed the cajun chicken fettuccine. The only thing that was disappointing at first was the chicken noodle soup (as you can see from the picture... this is not soup at all). However, the pasta dishes were so good it outweighed the soup mishap. This was still 5 stars! I'm already craving more pad thai 😋“

The wine and drink list included our favorite beverages, and the ambiance created a comfortable environment for a good meal. The restaurant is currently decorated for the holidays, which added to the fun. Twisted Fork is located in Omaha's Old Town, so easy to find and parking right outside the door.“

“The best dining experience i have ever had! The food was great and came out fast. But the highlight of our experience was our server Nancy! She was amazing, we have never had a more friendly, compassionate and authentic individual. She was more than a server she made us feel like friends and family while we dined. The customer service/hospitality industry could learn a thing or two from Nancy. We are from almost 3 hours away and will go out of our way to come visit cheesecake factory in omaha just to have her as our server.“

“WheatFields has long been a family favorite and a perfect place to celebrate Mother's Day. While the restaurant is only open until 2 p.m., the deli is often open until 3 p.m., but not always. I never thought you could get good French onion soup to go, but they mastered it! We also got a tuna croissant sandwich and a gluten-free quiche. Both were delicious! The service was perfect as well. Not to be punny, but the icing on the cake was picking up some strawberry wedding cake cupcakes, one of several signature bakery items. I think I wish there was a Wheatfields near me?!
Fast forward seven months, for a return trip: When is the right time for lobster and crab cakes? Anytime at Wheatfields! I had them with their eggs Benedict served on their signature potatoes. It was so good! The yolks were slightly overcooked, but only for the traditional style of eggs Benedict. The creamy potatoes more than made up for it in flavor and moisture. A definite do again!
For take out, I grabbed a crustless quiche for two, chicken noodle soup with thick homemade noodles, a large cinnamon roll and a piece of strawberry wedding cake. The latter two should make it to family that couldn't make it ;) By the way, they have a decent gluten free selection. The few that I've tried have been delish! Lastly, they also have a party room for large groups.“
