“My husband and I had the best experience tonight! The food was amazing. We started with the tuna appetizer and the cure wedge salad - so good! He had the filet and I had the short ribs - both were so tasty and cooked to perfection. Our server was super attentive and so personable! We’ll definitely be returning when we’re back in the area!“

Michelle and her team went out of their way to guarantee that our extra large party was perfectly cared for. I highly recommend considering the Old Salt for your private functions. “I work at the Moffatt-Ladd House across the street and have been meaning to come over and experience their menu, as we often have overlapping customers. Our host sat us right away, drinks were fabulous, and all the meals were absolutely amazing! (I had the caribbean grilled swordfish.) “Great service, we were met with a smile at the door. Had a fabulous meal! One of our party has to eat gluten free due to her food allergy. The staff was knowledgeable and quick to answer any questions. Not only did I feel safe about no cross contamination, the gluten free food was fantastic! We had Appetizers, entrée and dessert. (The Gluten free Beignets were out of this world) Please make them a permanent item on the menu! Good portions, even left with boxes of leftovers. Highly recommend and can't wait to go back! “It’s a great lunch spot to come with my coworkers. We love playing pool here and grabbing a bite to eat. Good food and nice staff. Only thing I hope they will consider is to please please please provide at least any kind of bicycle parking rack. It would be much more accessible to me then. There are not even poles that I could lock my bike to so it’s hard to come if I can’t catch a ride with friends“

“Rick’s Restaurant 9-9-25 Stopped by for some breakfast. Place was mostly full of locals and some not so local. This place is not fancy, but it was clean and neat. Our waitress Amy was on the ball with our Coffee and food orders. We ordered the Fraser Valley Breakfast which consisted of 2 Eggs, Potato’s choice of Meat and Toast. We both opted for Ham as the meat. Our food came out quick for as busy as they were. Our Eggs were done just like we ordered them, perfect. The Potato’s and Ham were both good. The food and Coffee were hot, and all was good. I guess the locals know where to go for a reasonable priced food that’s plentiful and good. They do have a couple tables outside in the front to eat at if you don’t want to be inside. There is also a counter to sit at. Seemed like the waitress their knew everybody’s name and treated us like one of the locals also. Amy checked on us a bunch of times to make sure we were well taking care of. They even had old school trivia questions on paper at the tables to keep you amused. The Salt and Pepper shakers were in the shape of a Semi Truck. I just loved this place and their food. “Went on Sunday. Was a bit nervous because of the varied reviews however, we are so glad we tried it. The iced tea was fresh and strong, my pancakes were big and fluffy loaded with blueberries. The staff was attentive but they do seem a little frazzled. The restaurant is clean and spacious and again the food was great.“

We didn’t know what to expect for some reason Verizon phone service didn’t work for us so while in the truck couldn’t see the menu etc. so we just went in on a Tuesday around 4pm got menus and then was handed happy hour menus my 9 year old got the taco salad, was missing the taco bowl but made it up with fried tortillas. My son got kids Mac he was disappointed it was Kraft and dry as a box Mac would be! Still he smashed it out. We got 4 happy hour apps and some drinks then we did the all in passes needless to say $200 later with tip our short trip turned into like 5 hours of memories and we have to come back! Worth it and the bartender she was great and on point. We will go back with the kids and without we’ll worth our 45 minute drive and the money!! So much to do for kids and adults being kids again! “The Applebee's here in Newington New Hampshire is a very nice place to go The atmosphere is always great and your waiter or waitress will be very prompt in asking you if you would like anything to drink and ask if you already to order or do you need some more time in their very understandable. There's several people that I know at the one in Newington for servers in their amazing thank you to the crew at the Applebee's in Newington New Hampshire for making the experience there awesome every time“
