“First time going. It was late on the weekend. Everything is made fresh daily so there was a few things that they didn't have. We got the curry chicken and curry goat, also a few beef pies. Everything was fantastic. The portions were bigger than I expected. Very happy with this p place. Will go again, just earlier next time.“

“We visited on a Wednesday afternoon and it was bustling. I imagine weekend brunch is a whole vibe. The ambiance inside is inviting, warm and cozy (see photos). I appreciate the artwork, photographs and decor. It speaks to the rich heritage of Harlem and specifically to the area where the restaurant is located. There’s a decent amount of seating, some tables are closer to others than I prefer. However our table was perfect for me. You can make reservations which might be a good idea. There is also a good amount of outdoor seating. Visit their website for the policy regarding time allowed at table (to be able to accommodate more customers)… seems reasonable to me.Maia took good care of us. She was friendly, attentive without being intrusive and on point. She came back and checked on us although the restaurant was bustling as mentioned previously. There is a list of specials beautifully written on their board. With so many dishes I wanted to try… I must return (maybe for one of the live music events). I was intrigued by the fusion of food from different cuisines. I ended up ordering curry chicken sandwich with salad and plantain on the side. It was a good portion. I was full without feeling overstuffed. Definitely worth a trip to Harlem to check them out.“

“Patrick’s Place is a nice little date night spot. It’s super small so it can feel cramped BUT the entertainment and service completely make up for the limited space. It definitely more of an intimate setting. I didn’t have the pleasure of trying the food but the drinks were great. The rum punch was authentic and you could taste the Wray and nephew, need I say more? The Jazz players and singer were really good. I would definitely come back and try the food next time. Parking is a little difficult as it’s Harlem and on the main road so just keep that in mind. There is also a $20 pp minimum“

“Went here for dinner midweek. Food was excellent. Great apps including empanadas. The beef one was exceptional. Also had a salmon crudo app which was on special. Many specials at this place. Fish is a specialty I went with halibut which came with an awesome leek based sauce. My friend had a steak and it came with an awesome sauce too. Desert was a banana bread pudding in a sugary sauce again. This place has sauce!! Service nice and friendly quite attentive. Place is big with a nice seating area downstairs as well as a private room highly recommended go check it out.“

“Living in the neighborhood we always get quick delivery once the food is ordered on the phone. In my pictures its the $12 Beef Stew Plate featuring yellow rice, beef stew in gravy sauce w/ potatoes and a cup on the side with red beans. Myself and my 14 year old young man always splits this $12 plate as you can see in the video. Delicious“

“I finally got to visit the famous Feroza's, after a friend brought me roti and doubles from there months ago. I had no choice but to double park and the restaurant appeared to be closed since the front grill was pulled down. It turns out they were closing early as they were running out of some popular items, which was a good sign to me. I joined what seemed like a long line and was there for about 35 minutes. The food was delicious and fresh, and prices were reasonable, though no menu is posted."Cash only" is inconvenient in this day and age but I knew it was going to be worth it.This is one of those places I know I'll be back to. I ate 3 doubles within 5 min of getting back in the car!!“

“The food is delicious—the flavors clean and bright. We started with guacamole served with plantain chips and chorizo sautéed with onions. I had the skirt steak with yucca fries and dirty rice. All well prepared. The service is friendly and well intentioned, but they could be more professional and check on tables a bit more. If you haven't eaten here, you should. The food is excellent and we all know you can't eat atmosphere.“

“What a great place... Every time I go it's like I enter a store in Colombia for a moment, you breathe Colombian air! The people who serve are very friendly (there is a boy who always has a smile for the customers), I love the food they sell there, ufff it is delicious!!!!I go very often to buy cheese bread, the 9 am type is warm and super spongy. I really want to congratulate the staff for doing their job very well.PS: It's incredible but every time I go to the market Colombian music plays: cumbia, salsa, merengue, etc., good for that! My only small recommendation is to turn down the music a little since sometimes it sounds very loud.“

“Been to this place twice! Soon as we got off the bus, we headed here. Oxtail is so good! I'm not usually a persons who likes fat on their meat, but they cook and season it so well that u can't help to clean the bone. Mac & cheese is so good and the yams are so sweet! Love a sweet & savory combo. That tea was sweet & refreshing. They were out of the potatoes and chickpeas which was great last time so next time! Such a staple when touchdown.“

“Authentic West African food and delicious. This is a rare find in Bergen County plus there's a market next door that also has Caribbean and West African items you'd have to go to NYC to find or farther out in New Jersey. Prices are affordable too.To be frank, I know the owners and they built the market and restaurant they'd want for themselves. What I can tell you is that they've succeeded brilliantly.“

“Came here on a Thurs late morning/early afternoon. We were greeted and served by the owner, what a pleasure. The ginger tea was AMAZING, large slices of ginger were served in the cutest personal size carafes which made the tea nice and STRONG. I ordered the red snapper w Mac n cheese and my finacé had the shrimp and grits. I rarely eat all of my food but I didn’t want to stop eating. I’m not a big grits fan but these were delicious coming from a non grits fan. Will definitely come again!“

“I love their seafood paella, and the fried yuca. The paella was so delicious. The seafoods were fresh and the seasoning was great. It’s probably not the traditional paella, but I didn’t mind. The fried yuca sticks were soft on the inside and crispy on the outside. It was my first time trying the fries and I fell in love with it. It makes my mouth water writing this review!Vegetarian options: Fried plantains, fried yuca, and salads.“

“Let me start by saying the place is amazing. love the overall vibe here at Casa Fuego great for any occasion. To start my girlfriend and I ordered the housemade empanadas we chose the chicken option it was so flavorful, and the cilantro aioli was a perfect match for the dish. For our drinks, My GF ordered the Fresa Paloma And I ordered the coco loco mojito. I recommend these drinks big time. Now for our entrée, my GF ordered Mofongo & Camarones and I ordered the Pernil. These dishes were flavorful. probably the best I had around Yonkers in my opinion. And now for our dessert, we ordered the Tres leches cake. It was just "ok" in my opinion. It tasted icy if I was to say maybe being In the fridge for too long??? Other than that This place was amazing.... Must try if you haven't been yet. Oh sorry, I forgot to mention the service here. The service was amazing the staff was very friendly and welcoming Franco waited on us he was the best. Great job to all who work there keep it up.“

“Hands ✋? ?? DOWN the BEST Jamaican food in the Bronx! Small in size, colossal flavors though, great selections, excellent customer service, and incredibly tasty food. The portions are insane in comparison to quantity, well beyond worth the money. Small plates to catered trays, breakfast, lunch, and dinner. They're cooking on the premises, and it's magic ✨️ ?? Gotta be.. Pictured is a medium Whiting meal ??$14 ... a medium!“

“This is a great place to eat. Vendors are friendly and food is really good. The j*** chicken was my favorite (really hot, yes!) and the rice is soft, well cooked. They also have a variety of salad mix. The potato salad was really good. I'm not a fish eater but even the seafood smell good. Price is reasonable, I think it's 9$ a pound but less money if the weight is less. It's definitely worth it.Vegetarian options: They have a variety of mixes for salad.“

“I have ordered both in the restaurant which is extremely small with no seating.I also had it delivered the food was well packaged. As it pertains to the food itself the food is well seasoned. The only dish I would state that needs a bit of a change is saltfish, and ackee whichwas a bit greasy and the dumplings needed to be fried a bit softer and needed a bit of seasoning. It is only on the breakfast menu, I would suggest to make this dish throughout the day.Otherwise, the food is great and I would highly recommend it.“

“Not bad. This is a nice neighborhood spot. A place where you won't get anything fancy but leave satisfied, having had a good meal. The churrasco was a little fatty and tough but well-seasoned. It came with sweet potato fries that were crispy and simply prepared -- some of the best I've ever had. The steak quesadilla was also a little tough but so well-seasoned that the extra chewing required worked out in my favor. The side of mofongo was pretty good as well. There are few more things on this menu I'd like to taste. I'll definitely return.“
