“Irwin’s has some of the best cocktails I’ve had in years and an inventive menu that kept my eyes wide. To boot, the restaurant itself is an aesthetic masterpiece and atmospherically unbeatable. The perfect spot for splurging with friends or getting mommy and daddy to front the bill. I will say the pasta was curiously not as good as the mains and mezze, which you wouldn’t necessarily want of an Italian spot, but maybe that’s just because the latter two were so spectacular. “I had dinner at La Sera the other day and was impressed. The appetizers were delicious--we had the calamari, cozze, and mushrooms. All were delicious, but the mushrooms were phenomenal. For entrees, our table had the ribeye, veal ripieno, spaghetti and meatballs, and ravioli rosa. Everyone loved their food.

And I must give a special shout out to Meritan. I realized the next day that I left my hat at the restaurant and I had already left for the airport to return to Florida. I connected with Meritan who I coordinated with to have it shipped to my house.

In all, La Sera offers delicious food and service from good people. I will certainly be back.“

“Wonderful Italian family restaurant. Went for our 43rd anniversary. We changed the number of people when we got there and they were very accommodating. Food was excellent. We started with appetizers, fried calamari with marinara sauce for dipping, they kept coming back and apologizing because they were cutting fresh calamari and we said no problem! It was fantastic! Also had shrimp with broccoli rabe and canelli beans, also great.
My main course was Costa Smeralda, Veal sauteed with crabmeat and mushrooms in a lobster sauce. And a side of Pasta Puttanescca both delicious. Portions were very generous and we were so full we skipped dessert! Definitely recommend Fieni's Ristorante!“

But still excellent very tasty hats off to the Chef who has been there since I was a child in the late 70s early 80s. Back when they wr near the location of the current bank in the shopping center see picture below johns bought it from a family who used to sell burgers. Every time I have a Johnzarotti it brings me back to simpler times what a great comfort food ty for continuing to serve our community.“
