“Got take out through GrubHub, 25 piece with biscuits and fries. This might now be our favorite store bought fried chicken. Crispy and crunchy for sure with a little spice to it, not too much. Honey butter biscuits are pretty good warm and the fries aren’t bad either, a little thicker cut and seasoned. Better still, you can get a lot of food for your money. In the mood for comfort food fried chicken? Give them a shot.“

I made the horrible mistake of eating at Pat's the other day, and the meat tasted like shoe leather. I’m from Boston so I’m use to very good seafood that is cooked at a higher standard. Welp tonight I found my place! The Captain’s Sampler was slap your momma good! “We had such a fantastic experience at Illata in Philadelphia! From start to finish, everything felt special, and a big part of that was our amazing waitress, Mary — she was attentive, warm, and really elevated the whole evening with her thoughtful service.

The menu offered some unexpected surprises, and the standout for us was the carrot dish. It was hands down the highlight of the night — it almost felt like a savory take on carrot cake, rich and flavorful in the most delightful way. The trout was a pleasant surprise too; it leaned more toward the texture and richness of salmon, and honestly, it was one of the best fish dishes we’ve had in a while.

What I like most is that it is always consistent and the portions are sizable. The crab fried rice is my favorite item on their menu but everything I’ve tried has been amazing. The wings are crispy and well seasoned, the salads are refreshing and feeling, the mango sticky rice is the perfect balance of sweet and savory…I’ve tried other dishes as well, just too many to list haha! “Pleasantly suprised by this place! I was able to call and get a dozen crabs cooked in 15 minutes. They texted when it was ready and it was an easy pickup! It’s winter so the crabs weren’t heavy but they were VERY FRESH and seasoned well. I will definitely go back“

“We celebrated my mother’s birthday at Kunkle’s last evening. We were a party of 7. Everything was amazing! All of us tried different dishes and just had to share with each other to show them how good each dish was. From the burger that our 15 year old devoured to the steaks and seafood entrees the rest of us enjoyed, everything was perfect. The calamari may very well be the best I have ever tasted. The desserts were to die for! This may have been our first visit but most definitely will not be our last.“

“I got crab cove Doordashed last night and it was just what I needed! My mom got the fried shrimp basket with sweet potato fries and she said she enjoyed it! I ordered the seafood boil (basically a build your own) with 1/2 lb shrimp head off, 2 crab clusters, and 1/2 middle neck clams in the crazy crab sauce with the mild option. I couldn’t stop eating it even though I was so full!

The food was that good AND it was doordashed so it took a little over 20 min to get to me, I can only imagine how good it is in store!“

“Came in from Denver and was craving some great Italian. They did not disappoint! Service was excellent. Food was amazing! Clams Casino and Meatballs appetizer set a high bar for the rest of the meal, and they nailed it. Seafood ala Scannichios and the NY strip longjohn were hugely portioned and delicious. Others in our party had the Shrimp Scampi, Chicken Parm and a few others- and they raved about them. Tiramisu and Bananas Foster were sublime.
