“I brought my girlfriend to experience Indian food for the first time and this was the best spot ever! I have eaten in countless Indian restaurants and this one was by far the best in every category! Ramya, our server was so wonderful. She made recommendations and gave explanations of each item and directions on how to eat them using all the chutneys and dosas. All the dishes were delicious and fresh. The restaurant was warm and inviting! I will be back again and again with friends and family.“

Its hard to find good Indian food and I must say, I've been coming here for more than 20 years and I still will be coming more and more! Out of all the restaurants in parsippany & Rt 46, I specially come down to Wayne to eat this amazing food. my fav is the sag panir, malai kofta, and vegetable biryani. I love the one waitress and how she explained the spice levels according to chiptole and taco bell! the uncle who is the owner always greets everyone like hes known them for years. Pradyumna Cafe in NJ is a fantastic hidden spot that deserves more hype. The food here is incredibly flavorful. The dosa was perfectly crisp and beautifully golden, served alongside delicious sambar and a great variety of vibrant chutneys. We had some tomato soup to start then ordered garlic and cheese naan, tika masala, tikka chicken fried rice, and aloo samosa. The flavors were incredible! Our eyes were bigger than our stomach so we ended up having leftovers, which we looked forward to eating and finished this evening.

I wish I could remember our servers names, they were both kind and checked in with us throughout the meal.

Love how late their kitchen is open and they have a great drink menu, as well. Highly recommend for a great date spot or to bring your family. Definitely won’t wait that long again to return!“

“We popped in last night without a booking, before our movie viewing. The staff were so accomodating and friendly! The restaurant is candle lit and cozy, with quiet, ambient music. I often struggle with sound levels in busy restaurants, but I found the lighting and the sound level were really really pleasant. We ordered, and our starter was in front of us really quickly.

The food was delicious. Complex and rich flavours. Chicken tikka BBQ was so juicy and fresh. The lamb pasanda was the star of the show, even the gravy was mouth watering. The daal, in comparison, was a little bland, we might try a different vegetarian curry next time. The naan are HUGE, fluffy and authentic. Definitely share one between two. The challenge of the lassi was not drinking it in one go, it was so yummy.“

“I ordered mild. MILD. And yet my taste buds were personally visited by the ghost of every spice in existence. Was it spicy? A little. Did I care? Absolutely not, because the lamb biryani was so good I had to sit quietly for a moment and reflect on my life choices.

The butter chicken was silky, rich, and deeply unfair to every other butter chicken I’ve ever had. The garlic naan showed up like it had something to prove — and it did. I ate way too many pieces and I would do it again without hesitation.

The mango lassi was the cooldown I didn’t deserve but desperately needed.
