“Had a quaint dinner party with 29 people and it was phenomenal, from the service to the food. My advice, if you want to walk around, dance and take pictures comfortably, definitely no more than 20 people in the patio area. That’s just my humble review, you do you! Everyone still had a great time with the space that was provided.

“I dont understand the reviews seriouslyWe made our order via Ubereats and we received all the items, hot and well served. The portions are good and all is good.It said 15 min on ubereats but it was more like 1h15 but We waited and he texted us the time he arrived“

“The perfect place to stop by for food if you’re around the area or done with Statue of Liberty/Ellis Island. The guys that run this food cart are awesome. The food is awesome. “First time trying both the Chicken & Beef Doner Boxes.I was pleasantly surprised how GOOD everything was! The flavourful meats with fresh veggies and feta, with or without sauces, all combined with the unique bread is a great new dinning experience unlike anything else. “I’m visiting NJ (lived here for a long time) and wanted to eat some of my favorite foods. I ordered dinner from port of peri peri and it was perfectly cooked but missing my fries. I let that be known to the restaurant and received a small refund. Next night, I ordered dinner again and I received a large order of fries on the house as well as a discount card for 5% for dine in orders valid for one more week. Amazing customer service. If I were in NJ longer, I would surely order again! The food is absolutely delicious 😋“

“My husband and I went to Forefeathers tonight for dinner, it was excellent. The chicken tenders were delicious, the pink dipping sauce was very good. We both got chix shawerma platters which comes with 2 sides. Heads up, they come with side salad, and we chose tabbouleh as one of the sides. Had we known about the side salad it came with already, we would have chosen a different side. We mentioned this to the gentleman at the register and he offered us another side. We got tzatziki and baba ghanoush! Both were delicious!!

Kudos to staff for offering, this is true hospitality.

“Great food and big portions. The chicken and gyro are always on point, and the white sauce is amazing. The manager gave really good service and made the experience even better. Super fast overall and solid prices. Definitely a go-to spot when you want something tasty and filling.“

“I’ve tried over a dozen Halal carts in the city, and this one has by far the best chicken over rice. Once you try it, you’ll go out of your way to come here every time you crave halal.

The chicken is juicy and always perfectly flavored and cooked. All ingredients are fresh. The sauces are great, and the red sauce is VERY spicy (love it)

The folks running it are super friendly and the cart is kept clean.

“Wallaaahi, it was the best bowl I've ever had. I walked 40 minutes to get here cause i had to park my truck far away cause New York aint Trucker friendly. I came from the 6six, and the price was really reasonable, 5 stars, i got the chicken bowl which was my first time here, even though i wanted to try the lamb, but i chose the chicken which i thought you could never go wrong with. On my next visit i will be trying the lamb over rice! I will be sharing this spot with my friends who come down to Brooklyn aswell!“

“Just found it on the way to our hotel when we stop at dominoes pizza ,so I just enter the restaurant and order burns road chutney paratha roll and mayo garlic roll and falooda for me and my husband. And don’t regret at all . Amazing food. And having authentic falooda after so long. I must say falooda was actually the hit better than Toronto. (We are visiting newyork from toronto.) very near by to our uncle’s home. So we will definitely stop by next visit to newyork for falooda for sure.“
