“Great Italian food and a decent menu, not much choice but not too much. It's located next to Post Office 34 and is very trendy. The view and service are great, but it's noisy as there isn't much to absorb the sound. We ordered focaccia, roasted peppers and pasta. Everything is great and super fresh.“

“The Japanese and Italian flavors mixed well and are to come back for. I stayed in the hotel where the restraunt was attached. In the area, with a focus of cocktails and table service for an upscale environment, it was delightful.
I love cocktails, and the servers were personable. Nothing pretentious. They focus on service and taste! Our food was excellent and the drinks were even better. It's a pleasant experience.“

“Got a burger and sweet potato fries and they were fantastic. All of the other menu items looked great too and I can't wait to try more of the menu next visit. Plus the service was quick and very friendly. Definitely recommend and will go again

“This was a fantastic experience! From the moment we stepped inside, the staff was courteous, engaging, helpful and knowledgeable. We had a party of 3, and ordered 6 dishes. Each dish came out as it was made and each dish was absolutely delicious. A person in our party had a gluten allergy which was no problem and accommodated with ease. We come to NY every year and this will absolutely be a place we revisit again and again! Vegans, vegetarians and omnivores alike will appreciate the dishes and be amazed with the taste! Highly recommended!“

“Best vegan pizza in NYC. I could have sworn I reviewed Double Zero before and now I’m wondering if the review disappeared because it was for their old location. They moved (on the same block I think?) into a place that looks a little tighter inside but had an outdoor seating.
Came with a party of 3 and sat inside for a quiet Saturday night dinner—interior seating was maybe half full and exterior seating was packed.
Warning interior didn’t have AC running.
Got two pizzas and jackfruit tacos
Jackfruit tacos: Good but lacked a sauce or spice that left it getting drowned out by the much more flavorful pizzas
Truffle cashew cream pizza: Excellent. Third time getting it and every time it’s been a hit. Flavorful spread of mushrooms on cashew cheese
Spicy Pepperoni Pizza: Pepperonis themselves quite good on a tomato, basil, cheese base. Note the pepperonis have coconut in them in case you’re allergic.
Also got two cocktails and a mocktail, but nothing to report there. My Moscow mule was largely ice.
Unfortunately, the owner is apparently a terrible person according to the April 22, 2024 NYTimes article, but the food is good especially for vegans.“

“Incredible quality to price ratio. First recommendation by two friends. Brought two non-veg friends and they were blown away. Loved the herb bread, whipped ricotta, lamb manti, kaltifi. Got over some FOMO with their cured salmon and steak kabob. We did family style and paid $75 pp with a cocktail each.“

First of all, it's gorgeous, so sunshine-y and green. We sat at the bar and the service was great. We ordered the cantaloupe slushies and they were so, so good! They weren't overly strong + they mix them themselves, just a few ingredients. The guac was a little small but delicious. The pork tacos were pretty expensive for 2, I thought, until I tasted them. WOW, so good. We were so busy catching up, we didn't realize they'd closed to get ready for dinner. They emphasized we hadn't overstayed our welcome, we could stay as long as we needed.
And the disco-themed restroom + playlist? Excellente“

“We got to the restaurant at 645 on a Friday. We’re seated quickly, ordered citron tea iced and the toasted grain beverage. Both were amazing. Got appetizers: joen pancake sampler, summer rolls, and duck bao. Best was the sweet corn pancakes, but the kimchi was delicious too. Summer roll was good but I loved the duck bao. For the meal ordered pad thai, Philly roll, and mango avocado roll. Philly roll was exquisite. Would recommend and return!“

“Here's the review Spencer wrote for you: My family and I just visited to celebrate my grandsons birthday- we like to get a bunch of plates and share family style and this menu was perfect for that. You have to get mezze and extra bread (must try the kubane). We also ended up getting three orders of the shishbarak for the six of us, it is way too good! I got the salmon for my entree which was cooked to perfection and beautifully seasoned. Spencer our server recommended the silan and the cheesecake for dessert so we shared those and boy were they something special- I can’t pick a favorite! He brought us a candle and we got some great pictures. I can’t recommend this restaurant enough.“

“My wife and I generally eat for five people, we ordered 4 small plates and 2 mains, still looking into dessert. Each dish had its own layer of perfection with unique flavors and exquisite presentation. I’d say a restaurant on its way to becoming Michelin…..bravo! “The first time I went to Slutty Vegan was after a long Wellness Event and I was hungry AF. The atmosphere picked me up while I received my order with the quickness and was engaged by the staff. The food was the perfect blend of Vegan and Fusion styles of caribbean/afrocentric food. Worth the visit!“
