Canele was baked traditional way and was almost same as what you can get in France.
Yuzu Madeline and Almond croissant were delicious.“

“I have to admit, I cheated on you guys and wondered off to Rudy’s… I’m sorry but their sauce tastes like they just dumped it out of a store brand jar …biggest regret EVER!! I’m here at Carmine And Rays for the Margherita pies any and every time! The sauce is the most authentic flavorful taste and closest to my Italian grandmas I can get in the area. Ask for extra bread to soak it up.\n\nAlso enjoyed the GIANT homemade lobster lasagna, although the pancetta dominated the flavors to the point it was not obvious there was lobster in there.\n\nGood, attentive service. Relatively easy parking nearby. Would definitely go back.“

“I've only eaten there once, but I can see myself visiting again. Service was very good, and friendly. The "Alvin" Grilled Chicken Sandwich was tasty, though the Chicken was a bit chewy. The French Fries were very good. The menu looks very ambitious, and I look forward to trying their other offerings. The bathrooms are tiny, but clean! It's a safe bet that you'll get an enjoyable meal at Strawberry Place.“

I have loved cake since I was young but got recently diagnosed with celiac. For my 25th birthday I really wanted something special. She was able to put wording on my cake and it tasted so gooood holy moly!

“Lifelong Palisades resident, and have loved the 9W Market/The Filling Station since it opened back in 2011! A HUGE improvement over the previous ownership when it was called the Palisades Market which opened in the spring of 2010 and was only open for a few months and then closed. I was so disappointed with the Palisades Market because it lacked a decent food selection and this community needed something so much more. Luckily, the owners of the 9W Market have done such an amazing job! I’ve never had a bad meal here! The ingredients are high quality and super fresh! The atmosphere and ambiance is very relaxing and tranquil! Love the bistro theme on the indoor side and picnic theme by the filling station burger stand. Not to mention, the burgers are the best I’ve ever had! Made with high quality grass fed beef! This is gourmet nyc restaurant style food right in our local neighborhood! Keep up the great work!“

“I have been going here for years how long I used to babysit for Danny and his brother. The food is delicious. The soups are amazing. Chicken cutlets are delicious. I really haven’t had anything here. I didn’t love.

Dietary restrictions: You can ask not to put extra salt in certain things and I find the soup is not salty. They’re pretty accommodating with everyone.“

“My hubby and I popped in yesterday, and I am so glad we did. We bought a half-dozen cupcakes, and had fun picking out the flavors. (The options will make your mouth water!). He chose a few cookie dough cupcakes, while I got brownie, chocolate-covered strawberry, and vanilla with chocolate frosting cupcakes. I've only tasted the chocolate-covered strawberry one so far, and it was delicious. He didn't regret picking up multiple cookie dough cupcakes. We're looking forward to finishing our selections. “Family owned. The owner (I believe that’s who served me) is such a nice guy. I got the immunity juice and chicken Cesar wrap and both were fresh and delicious. I ate all of it up! Juice was a big quantity! I saved some for the next day and it was still great. Highly recommend this place. I called for pick up and it was ready in time. Fast service. Sweet man. No pressure to tip, so naturally I did leave a tip. I love supporting small businesses. Go try it. You won’t regret it.“

“Cassie’s has always been a place close to my heart. I always go there for dinner with my family and they are my go-to for catering events. However, last week I hosted my first big event at the restaurant after my daughter’s baptism and I found them to be equally as amazing. We ordered the event package, which included appetizers, pizza, salads, pasta and an entree. It was all delicious! The food, the atmosphere, and the staff were exceptional. All of my guests said they enjoyed their time there and said they plan to return. I especially want to thank Douglas, our main server of the night, who went above and beyond to ensure we were completely satisfied and happy. He was kind, professional and quickly completed every request that was made. I also want to thank Joshua who helped arrange the event and was very understanding and accommodating to our large group’s diverse needs. “I have been a long time customer, since the early 80’s. For the first time I had lunch at the Hot Bar and met the new executive chef Chris Smith while I was serving myself. Everything I tried was absolutely delicious and he was so friendly and helpful. Kudos to Stews for continually hiring outstanding employees and welcome to Chris.“
