The ramen here is delicious, rich , full of flavor and best part it taste homemade! The Korean fried chicken is definitely a must try and it has a great amount of heat to it both are 10/10 for sure.

The owner and servers are very nice, welcoming and helpful. If you’re unsure about what to order or need help ordering they’re happy to explain the menu and help you choose.

“Definitely one of the best ramen broths I’ve had, and I try a lot. The broth is clean with crisp flavors. I ordered the Kara (which is the spicy) on the side. I decided to control the spice level on my own, the kick is good, but I didn’t want too much of it.

The grilled pork belly is a good side to add.

The space is packed, and cozy. The staff are friendly and very experienced.“

“Today I visited Kohoku Ku Ramen and ordered takoyaki and EBI ramen.
The food was really delicious. The takoyaki was crispy on the outside and soft inside, with a rich and flavorful sauce. The EBI ramen had a strong shrimp aroma, and the broth was rich and tasty.
I wasn’t feeling well today and had a stuffy nose, but the hot soup with a slightly spicy kick really helped clear my head. It felt so comforting and refreshing.
Overall, a great experience—definitely a place I would come back to!“

“My husband loves the spicy miso ramen here as well as the sesame mochi ice cream. I just ordered Gyudon today and added an extra egg. A very simple dish and tastes so good! Flavorful but not crazy salty! The beef was tender and the rice is of good quality!

We also had the black sesame cheesecake and some matcha pudding! Desserts are good and not sweet which I love!“

“Ended up here accidentally on a layover: Hands down, the best ramen I’ve ever had (springy, slurpy perfection), amazing cocktails (if you like gin the Japanese 75 is a must try!), and whatever the whipped cream, creme brûlée’d banana dessert was tasted like heaven. I even ordered another tonkotsu ramen to go (all the way to Florida) to bring back to my fiancé. They separated all of it, packaged it so it wouldn’t leak, and wrote directions on specific timing for heating up each item! Very impressive service. I’ll be back again!“

The food was tasty, professionally presented and Portion size was large with a price point that is never seen these days. Pricing is beyond reasonable. Classy, elegant, yet very comfortable!“

The selection of Ramen was wide enough for me to feel lole there were options, and the customer service alongside it was great. Such kind workers who had so much patience with my groups slow commitment to a meal. Would recommend to anyone!“

“We came in a party of five - two adults and three kids. We ordered one tsukemen, two ramen (deluxe and miso), one kid’s meal, and one fried chicken (karaage with Korean spicy sauce). All were delicious and filling. Anime is playing from a projector on the wall, which kept my boys occupied and quiet 😉. Staff were polite to us and the kids. Might be the best spot in the Hudson yard area, and the locals seem to know it based on the take out order rate. Everything was delicious and efficient. Can’t wait to come back.“

“Overall a great experience! The menu is small but has some nice variety. The staff are friendly and helpful, and were happy to accomodate any of our requests and refilled our waters whenever we needed it. The food came out quite promptly and it was delicious. Very fresh and hot. My spicy tonkatsu ramen was actually spicy which made me happy. The pork was good, though it was a bit hard to eat such a large chunk of pork inside of a soup. The noodles had a very nice bite to them, and the broth was savory and brimming with flavor. It also came with half of a boiled egg. I wish they'd just give you the whole one because it was so good! (And would provide more protein.) The salted plum sprite was interesting, not my cup of tea but I can appreciate it. The sukiyaki soba was also delicious, two amazing things combined into one! The noodles were so flavorful thanks to the sauce, and you cant go wrong with sukiyaki, it almost tasted like beef gyuudon! The kaarage curry don looked like a good portion for the price, and I like that they disclosed it was a smaller portion, it is a nice option for someone who is not too hungry. The ramen and soba bowls are a pretty good size. They also had sauces and seasonings at the table which was nice, and were happy to provide a fork for people who did not know how to use chopsticks. The restaurant is also very well decorated and it made the experience all the more pleasant.The food was a bit pricey honestly but it did not disappoint!“

“I just found out about this gem from Harmon Cove neighbor who recommended this place, and they were right! I had the Sakai ramen and it was delicious! “I love Yoi, since they are only a block away from me I get to go all the time. I regularly order their jasmine milk tea and recently started getting the osmanthus oolong too. They both taste amazing and the quality is high. The sizes are also respectable, the large is actually large and satisfying in size!“

Mostly people who work around here will come buy lunch that’s why sold out fast, bento sell 10 am-2:30 pm; others sell 10 am-9 pm.
