“I was there at Jian Nan Syosset, Long Island. Everything went great!! But, those took the orders needed to be more educated to understand each dishes. We were a fairly larger group than standard party size. Some dished were small and some dim sum served with small quantities, like 3 or 4. Those who order for the large group, should give suggestion to order multiple orders for the same dish. So, each one in the group can have at least one.“

I also got the salmon avocado roll and the spicy tuna. These were delicious. The salmon was super fresh and buttery.

“Chola is easily the best Indian restaurant in all of Manhattan and Northern Jersey. My wife and I drive in bi-weekly for their awesome food and ever changing menu. “Bawarchi is owned and operated by, Aziz. He is a sociable man who is a trained chef serious about his food. The prices are honest at his small storefront restaurant which has only three tables to sit at. The hot food buffet for lunch is terrific, and I get a small container to go for around $11.
There's a delicious selection of Caribbean and Indian cuisine that is always hot and always fresh. I select the vegetarian, shrimp, or fish dishes, although I do know that my colleagues enjoy all the meat options offered. The food is skillfully prepared & you always get a free piece of naan bread, and a complimentary water or soda.
Eat here next time you're at 104th Street and Madison Avenue in Manhattan. It's simple, convenient and tastes very good.

“A restaurant hasn't impressed me in a very long time. That changed when I came and dined here. I saw this beautiful restaurant so many times while I was driving around and I'm so happy my partner and I decided to stop here because the food and the service was exceptional. “

“I have dined here a couple of times, always for a late dinner and without a reservation.

On both occasions I was welcomed with cordiality and seated promptly, with an ease I did appreciate.

The room is dimly lit but in a pleasant, considered way. It feels clean, well-maintained and cared for in the details. As it was a late hour, there were only a few other guests, making the noise level wonderfully subdued.

As an amuse-bouche of sorts, they bring colourful chips to the table, a cheerful touch.

The food itself is light, clean and agreeable. Having eaten recently in a place where dishes were rather heavy and oily, I found the cooking here to be notably lighter and more digestible, yet still flavourful and satisfying. Not being acquainted with Thai recipes, I cannot judge how faithful the preparation was to the tradition I wouldn't have, however, minded a larger portion.

Prices are honest for the location.

In my experience, the strength of the place is that it does not require planning. It is a welcoming place where one can stop, feel at ease, eat something nicely prepared and exotically flavoured.“

“Best Pho I've tried! Super fresh, not overly salty and its very well balanced. Protion sizes are phenomenal as well! If you need some feel good Pho, this is definitely the place. They are lighting quick as well. They always quote 10-15 minutes and have ot out in 5 to 7.“

It’s a staple date spot for my girlfriend and I, I’m a little ashamed I haven’t left a review earlier because we love everything about this place. I usually only order sushi so I cannot speak to the other entrees, but every single roll (and I’ve had almost all of the specialty rolls) has been either above average or exemplary. $4 for commercial banana milk felt expensive - I thought it would at least be served with a cup of glass and ice.

Just a thought here - regarding the composition of k-bap, I think there might be too many “chili pepper” in the dish - spicy chicken+gochujang+kimchi (which I ordered but was probably served wrong) is a lot of mixed spices from different sources.“

Got amazing service for my takeout order. The woman taking my order answered all of my questions and they immediately began working on my order. Once I ordered, she immediately walked to the back to make the coffee I ordered.

I also always feel at ease when I see staff taking their lunch break inside. One person (out of many!l was taking their break, and they were enjoying the food.“
