The K-Ramen is nice and spicy and delicious! Michin dumplings are a go to dish. The bulgogi and bibimbap and perfectly seasoned, and very tender.“

Really nice ambience—I recommend the higher floors for more privacy (but is less accessible given the stairs). Tried the following: - Thai iced tea: awesome to find a semi-affordable vegan version of Thai iced tea! - Jeon (Korean savory pancakes) Combo: absolutely delicious and great to share, fun to share a mix of the flavors (sweet corn cilantro, scallion, and kimchi) - Crispy Korean Chili Tofu: really delicious and the perfect amount of heat in the sauce and crisp texture of the tofu - Sizzling Mushroom: disappointing, had a congealed texture, not super flavorful (doesn’t compare to the version at HanGawi) - Tofu Crumble Bibimbap: tasty - Spicy Kimchi Bibimbap: very good if you like kimchi! - Vegetarian “Duck”: good with a fake meat texture (Side note: I much prefer the bibimbap at HanGawi but the ones at Franchia are solid) Updated from previous review on 2025-08-16“

“I came here because of their amazing 4.9 rating on Google Maps, however, I was not amazed by their food. I got curry puffs to start my dinner. The puffs were nice and flavorful. The outside was light and flaky, and the insides were well seasoned with nice texture. The sauce came with was too sweet to my liking. Personally I prefer eating it as it is. I pad see ew with shrimp and added beef($5). The flavor was nice and the shrimp was fresh and clean. However, the beef wasn’t so good especially when I paid $5 extra for them. It was too dry and chewy.
Overall, it’s a standard Thai restaurant. The food was nice but nothing special about it.“

The sea bass is my fave, it just takes a while to be cook because they grill it. My bf likes the hormone don. A good spot for those who wants to try korean/ japanese fusion dish. This is truly the only fast-casual place where I feel the food is of high quality - it is clear everything is not mass-produced. The brussel sprouts are hands down the best I have ever had and same with the sweet potatoes. To be honest - everything is absolutely delicious. What makes it so special is you can truly tell that care was put into making everything that is served. Even the way it is displayed shows the amount of effort that goes into the preparation. The food is not over-seasoned or trying too hard to do something different - it is simply cooked well and with good ingredients, mixing which for some reason seems to be rare these days. The steak is honestly as good as steak I have had at much fancier restaurants. This is what fast casual should be. I am the biggest fan. I highly recommend. “I came across this restaurant when I was looking for some Korean food to eat in the neighborhood. I found that they have some Korean items on their menu. I came in a little bit past 5pm and I looked at the menu but didn’t see any Korean food options. So I ordered their house burger with fries. Then I decided to ask, and turned out they have a dinner menu after 6pm. She was kind enough and let me ordered their kimchi pancake from it. The burger was very delicious. The bun has a nice crust all over it. The patty was tender and juicy. It also came with a healthy and generous amount of lettuce. The fries were okay, nothing too special. And the kimchi pancake!!!!!! It was so delicious! It was thin and crispy and had kimchi pieces in every single bites. It might a little oily, but that’s what made it so delicious. I like that you get 2 different types of foods from 2 different continents, and they are both authentic and delicious. The server was very nice. Highly recommended. I’d love to come back again!
