“From the phone reservation to the table service, the quality of their staff really surprised me. The bartender made good drinks (though please keep the mint in the mojitos), and our server was very attentive, constantly checking on us, gave good suggestions and was able to explain every question. The food, on the other hand, was just okay, not bad, but nothing that would make me go back for it. The atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming.

“I have been to many hot pot places and this is the very best I have ever been to. It’s one of my favorite restaurants period. The food is always super fresh and delicious, the staff is super amazing, and the ambience is spot on for a fun and relaxing dining experience. To top it all off, I have food sensitivities (gluten free, in particular), but I have never had any issues here. I always get the mushroom soup base. It is soooooo flavorful. I don’t live close, but always try to find excuses to go to American Dream Mall just to dine here!“

I cannot recommend them enough! Service was impeccable from start to finish and pricing was competitive with downtown Hoboken.

The event coordinator, Avery was prompt and incredible helpful in getting all of the details right. Mike was attentive and delivered on every ask on the night of. Jessie was a gem behind the bar and was wonderful in the planning phases to help me nail down the drink package! Ryan showed incredible range with his DJing and kept the dancefloor lively all night.

Cocktail menu is fantastic as well!

My wife had foie gra mousse and I had the beet salad both were great, entree black bass and duck breast both cooked to perfection the dessert was wonders. Great attentive service. Had the pleasure of meeting the chef, Sadie and the gen. Manager Melanie, they could not have been more accommodating. I highly recommend, parking might be hard to find. I will return and soon, they are going to offer the foo gra in puff pastry, I go just for that. I found it reasonably priced. My wife enjoyed her 70th birthday meal as much as I did.“

“The Conrad New York Downtown is everything you'd expect from a Conrad property — sleek rooms, a fantastic location, and beautiful common spaces — but what elevated this stay from excellent to truly special was the staff.

Jordan, the manager at ATRIO, runs that restaurant with a level of warmth and attentiveness that's rare in a hotel dining room. He anticipated needs before we could voice them, and made us feel like regulars from the first visit. That kind of hospitality doesn't happen by accident — it's clearly the standard he sets for his team.

Upstairs at Leonessa, Stacey and Lindsey behind the bar are two of the most personable and skilled bartenders I've encountered in the city. The drinks were excellent, but the conversation and genuine care they brought to every guest at the bar made it a destination in its own right. We found ourselves lingering far longer than planned, which is the highest compliment you can pay a hotel bar.

The service throughout the property was immaculate — unhurried, precise, and always genuine rather than performative. Food wise, mostly the options are seafood based. I saw a lot of folks enjoy the tuna, salmon and lobster dishes. This place is not for vegans or vegetarians - all you get is a summer or ceaser salad with fries and crispy onions. The drinks menu is elaborate, saw a friend the perfect Manhattan. Desert wise we tried everything - key lime pie was extremely sour. Brownie sundae was decent and so was the other cherry-wine-vanilla combo. Nothing memorable about the New York cheesecake“
